I can’t believe it!  Two “Short Shots” already this year!

Have you noticed that whenever the subject comes up about what Obama HASN’T done during the last 3-1/2 years, the subject is immediately changed to the Bush Administration?  And have you noticed that whenever the going gets tough, Obama heads out of town?  I guess ya gotta just keep those important bows going…

If Obama’s so terrific, why do all of his Kenyan relatives want to change their names?  Anyway, I hear through the grapevine that a select group of Hawaiian engravers is now working on the next version of Barry’s birth certificate in an alley behind the hospital where he was “born.” 

If you thought ACORN was dead, you haven’t been reading this blog.  How many times have YOU registered to vote? 

With all of the jobs floating around that Obama has created, I think it is only fitting that the Democratic National Convention kicks off on Labor Day weekend.  After all, if you subtract the S.E.I.U. and AFL-CIO members from the ranks of Obama supporters, there’s no one else left.  Oh… sorry; I forgot about Nancy and Harry. 

After hearing Paul Ryan’s rousing speech the other night, one has to wonder how Joe Biden can top that.  Or, are they even going to let him speak? 

Have you noticed how our relations with North Korea, Iran and Syria have improved since Obama’s been President?  The way things are going, I presume Putin will be on the Democratic Convention speech lineup.  Maybe they’ll put Charlie Sheen on the podium to counteract Clint Eastwood.  Hugo Chavez to counteract Marco Rubio? 

Why hasn’t anybody… I mean anybody… asked for an accounting of the stimulus or the bailout money? 

I understand there’s no truth to the rumor that Michelle, Valerie and Barry are having a threesome. 

Ryan hit it right on the nose when he said that “We can do this.”  We CAN do this if we stand together, as I have said consistently for months… hand-in-hand, elbow-to-elbow and shoulder-to-shoulder… we can take back this country, restore its foundations, energize its values, grow its economy and rebuild its stature among nations.  But, we have to stand together as Americans… Republicans, Democrats, Christians, Jews, Blacks, Whites, Hispanics… together as Americans we can get this done.  And the final answer is simple…Not only CAN we do it, we MUST.  

This is the Labor Day Weekend, a time for picnics and barbeques.  Let’s get fast and furious and put Obama on the spit and let him roast in his own juices.  And, by all means, please pass the gray poop-on.
