Biden Displays American Treason

Joe Biden took an oath on January 20^th to protect and defend the Constitution. Now, less than three months later, he alleges that it is “not absolute” and suggests that he or the Congress can trash it, change it, or ignore it at will. 

 

Bullshit! Read it! Just on its face, his stance is treasonous and in direct conflict with his oath of office.   

 

Yesterday, Biden said: “Gun violence in this country is an epidemic,” and a “public health emergency.” In doing so, he opened the door wide open for government trampling on the Bill of Rights, just as it has done with the Chinese Virus and the eradication of individual liberties. 

 

He also made it clear that this is just the beginning of his oppression against gun owners. 

 

I don’t need to make the argument here. Over 80 million American gun owners are well aware of the impending Fascist gun grab. What you DO need to know is that he has crossed the line. He now can, and should be, impeached and removed.

Fascist-Communist Democrats Coming for Our Guns

The smell of gunpowder still permeated the air in Boulder when Joe Biden and the Fascist-Communist Democrats who illegitimately stole the White House started demanding more gun control.  We knew it would happen! 

 

The Boulder killer, Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, pledged his support to Allah and ISIS before his rampage began. He is clearly a domestic terrorist. Yet, Biden and his Fascist regime want you and me to pay for it by surrendering our constitutional rights! That’s correct: 80 million plus law-abiding Americans must pay for the horrendous acts of a savage murderer.   

 

Enough is enough. I’ve had it with these oppressive tyrannists who endlessly seek to push our country into a civil war. We know they are being manipulated by Russia, China, Soros and Obama, and we know this is all about world dominance and crushing anybody who believes in God or freedom. 

 

The days of ugly confrontation are within sight.

2ND AMENDMENT ALERT: NRA IN TROUBLE!

NRA President Oliver North is out, amid an avalanche of internal problems, bickering and apparent financial issues.  North says the top brass needs to urgently form a committee to investigate the organization's finances, adding that it represents a “clear crisis” that “needs to be dealt with” if the organization wants to remain a viable organization.  

An attempted coup by opponents against Wayne LaPierre boiled over in the Board Room last week, even as President Trump addressed the group in Indianapolis.   The squabble involves advertising and public relations firm Ackerman McQueen and internal arguments over the political posture the NRA has assumed in recent years.  While Ackerman is largely credited with creating the popularity of the NRA, some board members were questioning the firm's billing practices and the tens of millions of dollars paid out in fees. 

Speculation leaking out around the fringes is that the NRA could be in deep financial trouble. 

The news is ominous: In the face of mounting adversity from the liberals and Democrats, American gun owners are depending on the viability and the mission of the NRA to defend their Second Amendment rights.

GUN CONTROL: ONE MORE TIME

Here we go again: There's a horrible mass shooting and the liberals immediately go all-out to take guns away from law abiding citizens, doing absolutely nothing to take guns away from the criminals or terrorists.  

Down there in New Zealand, this new move to take away semi-automatic rifles from citizens provides absolutely no methodology for taking away semi-automatic weapons from the criminals.  Hence, government is making the problem worse by making citizens more vulnerable to the criminals and terrorists.  It's best described by the idiot governor who thinks that school staff should not be armed against school shooters,  simply because doing so would put more guns in the classrooms.  

Now, if you really want an effective law... how about this:.  If you are charged with and found guilty of  committing a crime while using a firearm, your prison sentence will automatically be doubled to a minimum of ten years hard time.  If you are a felon and caught in possession of a firearm, you will automatically get a ten-year prison sentence; likewise, if you are caught selling or lending a firearm to a felon, you will automatically get five years hard time.  

The only reason you don't see such laws being enacted and enforced is that those in power actually want your guns... not the guns of the criminals.

MY TAKE ON THE AURORA SHOOTING

While the facts continue to be investigated and revealed, some of the information in the public realm as of Saturday raise my concern.  For one, Gary Martin had been called into a room where he was terminated... after being on the job for 15 years.  Aurora police said they had arrested Martin six times on charges that included traffic violations and domestic violence. His last arrest in the city was in 2008.  His most recent arrest was two years ago, when Oswego police picked him up on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.  

Normally, if an employee is going to present serious problems to the work environment, you know it within six months... maybe a year.  The fact that he had a lengthy record of domestic violence, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property leads me to believe he was probably a troublemaker on the job.  Sometimes, management is afraid to confront such behavior; he at least should have been refereed to mandatory counseling.  I cannot think of a justifiable reason to keep a troublemaker on the job for 15 years.

Secondly, if you're going to discipline or terminate an employee with this kind of track record, you should always have a security guard in the room.  

Third,  I'm going to assume that the five fatalities were all either in the room or in the immediate vicinity of the room, and it further appears that all five were killed in the immediate bursts of gunfire.  After that, Martin evidently started to roam the plant and warehouse, shooting at other employees indiscriminately.   There is absolutely no indication that any other employee had a gun with which to shoot back, and about five minutes elapsed from the first shot to the arrival of law enforcement.  

Finally, Martin bought the gun used to commit the shootings in 2014 and there was no evident reason to deny the sale at that time.  However, five days after taking possession of the weapon, a Smith & Wesson 40-caliber handgun, Martin tried to obtain a concealed carry permit.  During the fingerprinting and background process it was discovered that he had a felony conviction for assault in Mississippi in 1995.  They therefore turned down the concealed carry permit but failed to seize his gun, which should have happened because he had a felony conviction.  

Five innocent lives were lost and a dozen people including five police officers were wounded.  It seems to me that there's a helluva lot of blame to be spread around.

THE POLITICALLY CORRECT GESTAPO IS WATCHING YOU

Roommates of a Harvard University grad student were ticked off and suspicious because she had a Make America Great Again ball cap; they proceeded to search her belongings and discovered she had legally-owned guns in her room.   They promptly told the landlord, who threw the female student out because the roommates felt "uncomfortable."  
  

“When I asked them why they were in my room to begin with, they each came up with completely contradicting stories (none of which made any sense), but one comment struck me in particular: ‘We saw that you had a MAGA hat and come on, you’re from Alabama … so we just kind of assumed that you had something,'” Leyla Pirnie said.  Her roommates admitted to searching her closet, under her bed, and in all her drawers in an effort to find her guns.

What has this country come to?  The roommates get away with invading Pirnie's privacy?  Instead of having the roommates move because they were "uncomfortable," Pirnie has to move because she has legally-owned guns and a MAGA cap in her room?  Pirnie has to foot the bill for all costs associated with the move?  

This country is sounding more and more like a fascist communist dictatorship everyday, and I don't like it one damned bit.

DEMOCRATS ADMIT IT: THEY WANT YOUR GUNS AND THEY WANT HIGHER CRIME RATES

Fox News is reporting: "There has been a spike in spending on ads by Democrats that focus on gun control across gubernatorial, Senate and House races, according to USA Today. In 2014, there were 558 pro-gun control spots, mostly from Democrats. In 2018, that number had rocketed to 18,416, in comparison to 8,897 anti-gun control spots by mostly Republicans."  62 of 63 candidates on the House Democrats’ campaign arm’s list of seats to flip in November support expanded background checks for gun purchases.

They ignore the fact that 100% of the gun crimes committed in this country are carried out by people who don't give a hoot about any laws... gun laws included.  Therefore and by default, gun laws only impact the law-abiding citizen.  The Democrats would seize all guns from all law-abiding citizens, leaving them vulnerable to criminals with guns. 

In the same breath, Democrats advocated for wide open borders.  The fact that highly illegal and addictive drugs cross the borders every minute doesn't phase them a bit.  They're not concerned about sex trafficking across the southern border and they totally favor dismantling I.C.E. and letting illegal alien criminals hole up in "sanctuary" cities and states.  In other words, they actively support higher crime rates. 

When it comes to public safety and abiding by the laws, preventing murders and stopping drug addiction, the Republicans win the argument hands down... while the Democrats have become the abysmal enemies of an orderly and just society.  All you have to do to prove it to yourself is to look at Chicago, a sanctuary city with gun control, run by Democrats.

NO KILLING GUNMAN GAVES A DAMN ABOUT THE LAW

Somehow, the country has come to believe that it is possible to write some law that will stop violent crime and, in particular, killing by guns, knives or bows and arrows.  Let's get one thing straight in our minds: once a criminal decides to commit a crime, he/she doesn't give a rat's fanny about what the law says.  Once they decide to go packing their weapons of destruction into a crowded movie theater or a school building, no law... no law... is going to stop them. 

It's been proven in country after country and jurisdiction after jurisdiction that oppressive gun laws, banning guns or even confiscation of guns does not stop gun crimes.  

The answer is that we have to remove the predilection or inclination for criminal activity, whether it be shoplifting or mass school shootings, or anywhere in between.      

I was brought up to believe that if you committed any crime, you were not only going to be punished, you were going to be ostracized or shunned by your friends and by society in general.  Even if you were rehabilitated, you would no longer be trusted.   What's worse, when you got to the cemetery you would have to face God's wrath.  

So, what has changed? 

We don't take our kids to church or have them read from the Bible anymore.  We don't sit at the dinner table and thank God for what we are about to eat anymore.   We have broken families, leaving the structure out of family units.  We don't demand that our children be the best that they can be at anything anymore; if they do less than they are capable of, we simply shrug our shoulders and flip the channel.  We tolerate the breakdown of society by glorifying drug abuse.  Hedonism has replaced God.  

We don't have a gun problem in this country.  We can't write enough laws to correct the real problems.  What we do have to accomplish is that we have to get back to the God-fearing days about every facet of our lives.  We have to insist on the straight and narrow and we have to seek out and repair the cracks in the foundations of our lives that allow evil to creep in.

CROSSING THE STATE LINE WITH A CONCEALED GUN

For those of us who carry concealed and who have a permit in one or more states, crossing a state line can subject one to a myriad of unfamiliar laws that could land him or her in jail; it's already happened in many states.  

The House of Representatives passed a Bill last year that would provide reciprocity to concealed-carry gun owners; if I have a license to carry in California, it will be valid in any state.  The Senate, under our illustrious Mitch McConnell, has been refusing to bring the Bill up; it has to pass there and go on to the President's desk before it is signed into law.  In the meanwhile, we continue to be at severe risk. 

The chief argument against reciprocity seems to be that a fellow or gal who is not a criminal in one state, or who passes background checks and required training to carry concealed in one state, will suddenly become a criminal in the state next door... killing or maiming all kinds of innocent people and wreaking havoc in the streets.  That, of course, is absurd.  The real story is that the left-wing establishment wants to control legal guns and legal gun owners, (the illegal gun owners don't even bother to get a permit to carry).  They also want the tax and fee revenues.  

It's time to put an end to the confusion and risk; it should be legal for one who has a concealed carry permit to carry his firearm across state lines, just as it is legal for him or her to carry across county lines.
