Just two months after a horrible loss at the polls for his party, president Barack Hussein Obama stood before Congress, the Supreme Court and the nation Tuesday night and told us in no uncertain terms that he does not care how we vote, who we elect, what we think or what we want; HE is the president and he will do what he wants, when he wants and by whatever methodology suits his agenda. Period.
He refused to discuss the issues which concern us all, mainly our national security and radical Muslim terrorists. He skirted around or outright lied about other issues including the economy, amnesty for illegals and energy. He steadfastly refused to call it "radical Islamic terrorism" and chose instead to pronounce that if he doesn't like what Congress passes, he'll veto it... and he doesn't care whether they like it or not. Left unsaid, but certainly what was in play: if they override his veto, he'll simply ignore them and govern by executive order. Period.
By these means, the president has stripped us of the right to vote, simply because our "votes" do not count. He has relegated Congress to being governmental water boys sitting on the sidelines, and we all know what he thinks of the Supreme Court. Period.
We have allowed ourselves to become mere puppets under an imperial presidency. Period, period, period.
