Barack Hussein Obama has made it clear he doesn't have a damn who is in charge of Congress... He's the undisputed boss of the country and there's absolutely nothing anyone can do about it. Period.
He made it clear yesterday that the Keystone Pipeline project, widely favored by the American public, will be vetoed if approved by Congress. Unsaid, but clearly meant, is that the Republican-controlled Senate will be unable to muster the 67 votes required to overturn his veto, because the Democrat Members will support him.
Therefore, there's not a damned thing the Republicans can accomplish unless he waives his bony finger and approves of it. And this first confrontation is meant to drill it home to the GOP that they are powerless in the face of the Omnipotent One. He is the only power in Washington; everyone else can kiss his ass.
