My conclusion is that the two were fairly evenly matched, but Biden blew it big time when it came to questions on Libya and Iran. Biden's physical sideshow was rude and crude; it was beyond buffoonery... it was baboonery. The only thing Biden didn't do in his comedy act was to pick his nose and scratch his ass.
