WHO REALLY NEEDS TO CHARGED WITH OBSTRUCTION?

I'm not going to mince any words here.  

We are five months down the road since inauguration day and the Republican-controlled Congress has accomplished nothing... absolutely nothing... to show for it.  That's zero, nada, zilch.  

If the mid-term elections were held today, I don't think there is an incumbent Republican running for re-election who would survive.  That's because there has been no serious effort whatsoever to install any tidbit of Trump's agenda that he won the Presidency with and that Congressional Republicans won their seats on.  

I don't want to hear the same old excuses, spins, promises or rationalizations.  The rubber hit the road in January and they are not getting even the slightest grip on it.  And if they think they're going to come back out into their districts this summer and pat themselves on their backs for  all the good they've done and get away with it... they've got another thing coming.  

From what I have seen, the Republicans are not one iota better than  the Democrats and, when all put together, it amounts to yet another "do nothing" Congress.   

I for one and damned fed up.

DEMOCRATS DEFEAT REPUBLICANS 11-2

I have to honestly think that if the game had been played the day before, the Republicans would have won.  I mean, it's totally unfair and James Comey was the cause of it.  We all know that there was no way the Dems could have won, if it hadn't been for the Russian collusion with Mike Doyle, the team's manager.  He should be impeached. 

This calls for Congressional hearings and a special prosecutor.

UNITED AIRLINES NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS

United Airlines continues to show its arrogant disregard for the the traveling public.  

Tuesday night, a newlywed passenger on board a flight from Newark Liberty International Airport to Venice, Italy noticed fuel leaking out of the airplane's wing while taxiing on the tarmac.  She and her husband tried to get a flight attendant to do something about it, but were told nothing was wrong and to sit down and shut up.  They continued to raise concerns and an employee finally took a look out the window and went running for the cockpit; the engines were immediately shut down and fire trucks promptly appeared on the scene.  The flight was subsequently canceled.   

The newlyweds had saved the day, but were then treated like lepers from a prehistoric cave and told they had better not make a big ruckus about the event on social media.  The couple needed to be in Italy in order to board a cruise and eventually were booked on another flight on Delta.  While United booked a nearby hotel and meals for other passengers, the newlyweds got only a food voucher and no place to stay until the new flight left the next day, so they ended up sleeping on the floor of baggage claim.  As of post time, United has not commented on the couple's plight.  

United has been involved on a long string of scurrilous behavior toward its passengers.   The fact that no positive steps toward resolving these issues seems to have taken place speaks for itself and its attitudes.  

People need to quit flying United Airlines before they kill somebody, whether inadvertently or negligently.

MCAULIFFE: HERE WE GO WITH THE BLAME ON GUNS AGAIN

Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe, ever the consummate anti-gunner,took to the microphone yesterday long before any of the details about the Virginia shooting had started to come out, and said: “I think we need to do more to protect all of our citizens,” adding, “This is not what today is about, but there are too many guns on the street.”  He then asserted with absolute authority: “We lose 93 million Americans a day to gun violence."  

Holy manure, Batman!  We lose the entire population of the country every 3-1/2 days!!!  Questioned about it, he nodded his head in solid affirmation, then he realized he should restate that to simply 93 individuals a day.  Even so, he failed to mention that most of those live in Chicago.  

He was so carried away with the ability to push gun control... literally foaming at the mouth... that he let his mouth overload his wheelbarrow.  

Nor did he understand that had there not been armed law enforcement at the baseball practice, able to respond within 2-3 minutes and take down the shooter, the carnage would have been much, much worse.  And the only reason there were armed personnel there at the time was that one of the participants was a senior lawmaker protected by Capitol cops 24/7.  

Those dimwitted liberals never miss an opportunity to turn tragedy to their benefit while making total fools of themselves in the process, do they?

MUELLER: IS THE FIX IN?

Follow this for a minute: (1) Sandy Berger, Loretta Lynch and Cheryl Mills all worked together for

the Washington law firm Hogan & Hartson, which prepared tax returns for the Clintons and did patent work for a software firm that played a role in the private email server Hillary Clinton used when she was Secretary of State. James Comey, then a Deputy Attorney General, limited the scope of an investigation into Berger's alleged removal and destruction of classified records from the National Archives relevant to accusations that the Clinton administration was negligent in the build-up to the 9/11 terrorist attack.

(2) Lynch and Comey both served as U.S. attorney in New York, Lynch for the Eastern District of New York, and Comey for the Southern District of New York. They crossed paths in the investigation of HSBC bank, which avoided criminal charges in a massive money-laundering scandal for which the bank paid a $1.9 billion fine.  The Clintons were involved with that bank. 

 

(3) Robert Mueller was Director at the FBI when James Comey worked for him.  They have long been allies. Comey regards his predecessor at the FBI as a mentor, while Mueller considers Comey his protégé. 

 

(4) Comey's brother Peter works for the Clinton Foundation.  

(5) Before Comey testified in Congress, he cleared his testimony with Mueller, who should be investigating Comey as part of the supposed Trump-Russian conspiracy.  In that testimony, Comey admitted that he had leaked information to the New York Times for the sole purpose of forcing the appointment of a special counsel, which of course happened when Robert Mueller was named to that job the very next day.  Given their relationship, is that proper?  

 

(6) One of the chief investigators hired by Mueller also worked for the Clinton Foundation, where Peter Comey works.  

 

Given all of this, what do you suppose the outcome of Mueller's investigation into the firing of Comey and the "Trump - Russian conspiracy" is really all about?

THE LUNACY OF TODAY'S JOURNALISM

Police in Jackson, Mississippi were called to a home where they found the severed head of a man on the front porch.  Cmdr. Tyree Jones, a spokesman for the Jackson Police Department, told the Clarion-Ledger that the “severance” appeared to be the cause of death.

IMPEACHMENT BY INNUENDO

The Democrats and their progressive Republican friends have been in a huge stew ever since one Donald J. Trump won the presidency in November.  Trump, the "spoiler," had promised everyone in the country that he was going to drain the swamp and expose all of the evildoers in the nation's Capitol for what they really are: would-be potentates.  That meant that 85% of the residents of Washington, DC had just become an endangered species.  

Their fear and astonishment turned into anger, and by noon the next day the Washington saloons were filled with strategists and political hacks who were bound and determined to stop Trump at all costs.  It is out of one of these smoke-filled rooms, I presume, that the infusion of some sinister thinking arose... thinking associated with the possession of various intelligence gathered by the Obama Mafia over the months preceding the election.  And the fact that an arrogant Trump had trumpeted his idea of trying to "get along" with the Russians was not last on anyone's mind.  

You know, if you tell a lie often enough, pretty soon you yourself are going to start believing it, and so will your friends and, likewise, so will the public... especially if you have the press and the media behind you.  And so it is that the Trump-Russian conspiracy was hatched; what was originally a Clinton complaint that the Russians were hacking the DNC became the foundation for another vast "right-wing conspiracy," this time to steal the election from Hillary.  

Since that time, as you know, virtually every spin about this Trump-Russian "conspiracy" has been disproven, ending with the ultimate debacle of the Comey testimony last week.  And as that day approached, knowing that they were in trouble, the Washington elite started throwing out more firecrackers of crapola... Kushner had secret agreements with the Russians for a top secret off-the-record back channel line of communications; Sessions had an undisclosed third meeting with the Russians in the bathroom of some gas station in a deserted alleyway of Fairfax, Virginia...  One way or another, true or not,  the powers-that-be in Washington were bound and determined to get Trump impeached and removed from office.  

It's gotten so out of hand that even Bernie Sanders has called them all out for their conduct.  

Wait... just wait... any day now, the news is going to come bubbling out that Trump has a bottle of Russian vodka in his liquor cabinet.  The problem is, of course, that he doesn't drink.  But, why should that inconvenient fact stop them?

LIBERAL AGENDA DROWNING IN SEAS OF SELF-PITY

Colin Kaepernick laments that no one in the NFL will let him play.  Kathy Griffin sobs that Trump is out to ruin her. Reality Winner's parents say their daughter is a patriotic, distinguished six-year Air Force vet who surely could not have done what everyone is saying she did, and that social media is to blame.  James Comey whines that he was unclear, confused, concerned, and not a stronger man... so therefore we need to understand... Hillary Clinton would have won the election if it hadn't been for Russia, the DNC, James Comey, misogyny and a long litany of other other excuses.  Bill Clinton insists that he and Loretta Lynch were talking about golf and grandkids on that Phoenix tarmac and that the press blew it out of proportion.   Obama snivels that his legacy is being trashed.  

They are all wallowing in self-pity.

Let them drown in it and let us get on with the business of mending the nation and turning our country back into the international role model it once was.  Let us build peace, and not division.  Let us not get hung up on the words and motives of dying snakes in deep and evil pits of darkness.  Let's get out of the cesspool of turpitude and get on with our lives.

CNN SHOWS WHY WE HATE NEWS OUTLETS

Using an "unnamed source," CNN went on the air Wednesday night to proclaim that Comey was going to testify Thursday that he never told Trump that Trump was not under investigation.  CNN political analyst Gloria Borger said: “Comey is going to dispute the president on this point if he’s asked about it by senators, and we have to assume that he will be.  He will say he never assured Donald Trump that he was not under investigation, that that would have been improper for him to do so.”  

Comey subsequently released what would be his opening statement in Thursday's testimony, saying that he in fact did tell Trump he was not under investigation... three times.  

In other words, CNN, like 98% of the media and press out there these days, was so anxious to break a negative story about Trump that they seized on an unverified report from an "unnamed source" to run with a story that was totally false.  

Venomous, irresponsible snakes that they are, they all need to be defanged.

OBAMA EXTORTION UNCOVERED

Although the mainstream media is not reporting it this way, and although they should have reported on this years ago, but evidently covered it up... Obama and his goons were using the courts to feather their political nests.  The modus operandi was that when the Department of Justice forced a corporate defendant's back to the wall, the court would tell the defendant to fork over a certain amount of money to third party special interests unrelated or unharmed in federal cases; usually, they were left-wing operatives such as La Raza, Neighborworks, National Community Reinvestment Coalition, the National Urban League and extreme environmental groups.  Those payments would then settle the case as far as the federal government was concerned.  

It would be interesting to know how much money was involved and how much of that was forwarded on to Obama after he left office.

KATHY GRIFFIN BLAMES TRUMP

I am so angry right now, I'm going to pop off and lower my standards of decency as a result.  

Kathy Griffin held a press conference yesterday and whined about how her career is over, crying, "Trump broke me."  She asserted that she has been contacted by the Secret Service and grumbled that the Trumps are "trying to ruin my rights forever."  

During the press conference, her attorney, Lisa Bloom, sternly admonished that the comedian has a First Amendment right to make fun of the president. "Whether or not you get, or like, her artistic expression, in America, Kathy has the right to parody the president." 

I beg your pardon!  Parody?  A severed head?  

Griffin lamented that she has had five shows canceled just this week, plus losing her contract with Squatty Potty and CNN.

I guess, I mean... well, she apologized and that should make us all want to kiss her ass, right?  And just like the entire liberal left, from Hillary Clinton to Barack Obama...  she didn't do anything wrong and is trying to twist this into a feel-sorry-for-Kathy spectacle.  

Now, I'm going to exercise my First Amendment rights:  You're in total denial, Kathy.  You're a low-life, scummy, wretched bitch.  I'd tell you to go to hell, but I don't think even they want you around.

Judicial Watch is reporting Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's bosom buddy,  was doing Clinton Foundation favors for a Russian group while Clinton and Abedin were working at the State Department.  They have found a number of new emails belonging to Hillary Clinton containing classified information which reveal the favors.  

"In May 2010, Abedin tells Band that she has 'hooked up' people from the Russian American Foundation with 'the right people' at the State Department after Abedin received a request from Russian American Foundation Vice President Rina Kirshner, forwarded by Clinton Foundation donor Eddie Trump (no relation to President Trump)." 

This appears to be a very, very smoking gun connecting State Department favors by Clinton to her Clinton Foundation donors...  Russians... and it literally ties Clinton to illegal Russian involvement at the very highest levels of our government.  

Now, what do you suppose is going to happen?  Nothing?

In the meanwhile, while they are all creating their own little dimwitted heavens, the rest of the country is being dumbed down via lack of real news and objective reporting about major events going on around the world.

Over the weekend, that venerable source of truth and justice, the WASHINGTON POST, ran with a story that Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law, talked with some Russians about setting up a secret connection between the Kremlin and the White House.  What shocks me most here, considering the WAPO's reputation for shoddy journalism and the manufacture of totally fake news, is that so many news outlets including FOX NEWS bought into the story and started pointing fingers of shame and shock at the Trump team.  

Given all of that, supposing it's true... so what?  I'll guarantee you that there are secret channels of communication between the White House and the United Kingdom, Israel, Mexico, Canada, Japan, France, Germany... on and on.  That's how the business of state has been done between nations forever.  And with our intelligence agencies and the White House itself leaking like sieves, how could we possibly discuss sensitive matters between nations any other way than through secret channels?  

These jackasses make me sick.  Why don't they all move to Caracas and get a life?

The Village at Towne Lake Homeowners Association in Woodstock, Georgia has issued a dictate that American flags can only be displayed on certain days of the year.  “These guidelines help maintain the aesthetic and architectural theme of the community,” an email notice proclaimed.  

Well, God Bless America and God bless our veterans who gave their lives for the privilege of flying our flag anywhere in the United States.  Veterans who live in the community have put their feet down, saying they will fly their flags in the face of the association's commandments and they don't particularly give a hoot what the association tries to do about it.  

And so the stage is set for another legal battle to be fought out in the liberal courts... good versus evil, patriotism versus elitism.

The radical left-wing Democrats and liberals in this country have made it abundantly clear that our Constitution upon which this government and all of its laws are founded is meaningless.  Where it provides for the orderly election of governing officials, and orderly transfer of power and authority,  they seek actively to circumvent such provisions.  

They have openly stated their intentions to remove Trump from office by one means or another.  They have done everything imaginable to delegitimize  his election and to prevent his Presidency from proceeding.  They have gone so far as to take to the streets to riot and plunder.  They have disturbed the flow of free commerce.  They have sought to destroy the rights of Americans to free speech.  

In short, they seek to undermine and destroy the fundamental ideals upon which this country was founded.  They are anarchists, pure and simple... terrorists in their own ways.   

They must be stopped.

I AGREE: LET'S GO TO WAR

Trump's stand on terrorism in this world is a breath of fresh air.  As I've said countless times in my several blogs: I refuse to accept the idea that we must learn to expect and tolerate "some" acts of terrorism.  That is pure, unadulterated horseshit, just as is the idea that we have accept "some" illegal aliens crossing our borders and "some" acts of violent civil disobedience in our streets.  

It's that kind of twisted and idiotic thinking that gave rise to I.S.I.S.  in the first place.   The Obama policies of refusing to call them out for what they are and confronting them; of releasing their poor, demented souls from prison in Guantanamo; and of allowing them to mercilessly lop off the heads and butcher thousands of Christians... those policies have allowed terrorism to grow and metastasize from the sands of the Middle East to the jungles of Africa, and to the streets of Europe and the United States.  

We must not allow these animals to rule our lives with the fear of their barbarous acts any longer... not even one second.  

We must take the battle to them, wherever they are, so that there is no cave on the face of the earth left for them to hide in, no rocks to climb under, no safe haven in any corner of any nation from which they can launch their terror.  We must show them no mercy, for they have shown the world no mercy.  It is an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth... us versus them, or good versus evil as Trump describes it.  

Let us renew those infamous words and act upon them with vigorous vengeance: "Let's roll!"

Yep, that's a fact.  Trump snuck out of the palace and met up with three Russians at an undisclosed pizza parlor in an obscure alleyway in downtown Riyadh.  I got this direct from my secret contact in the basement of the White House, who reports that Trump forked over his gold Rolex in payment for the Russian help in getting him elected in November.  

Hey!  NEW YORK TIMES!!! You've gotta run with this story!!!  If you don't, I'm selling it to the WASHINGTON POST or NBC!  And hey there, Chuck the Schmuck!  You've gotta get a Senate Investigation or a Special Prosecutor checking into this right now!  I actually think Trump got that Rolex from Kellyanne Conway...

TRUMP NEEDS TO COME TO GRIPS WITH REALITY

I'm not going to argue the merits of what Trump has accomplished in these first few months, except to say that he has made gigantic steps toward turning to country around.  I applaud him for that.  

Nevertheless, he's made some gaffes and faux paus.  And he'd better dome to grips with the reality of it damned fast, or everything he has worked for is going to go down the tubes and it's going to drag the country with it.   

Every Democrat and most Republicans in Washington hate his guts, and so does the liberal press.  Not only has he upset their apple carts, he's a threat to their futures.  None of those esteemed vultures back there wants to see the people of this country wrestle control of our government out of their hands; they want to rule, so they can continue their corruption unabated.  I said many months before the election... they have all become a culture in Washington, and it's a culture of graft, crime, corruption and sheer evil.  

I Trump is going to win this fight, we're all going to have to roll up our sleeves and support him.  But, beyond that, Trump has to get down in the gutter with them.  You can't fight snakes with tweets.

One thing that has been made clear over the past few days with the claims that Trump should not have fired Comey, the threats that no new F.B.I. Director will be approved until Trump agrees to a special prosecutor and these new allegations that Trump gave away the nation's top secrets to the Russians... is that both the House and the Senate Republicans have kept their mouths shut and have refused to stand up for the man who is solely responsible for the 2016 Republican victories across the nation.  

Well, if they won't stand up for the man I voted for, I am sure as hell not going to stand up for them in November of 2018.  Ryan and Graham and the rest of them can all go to hell.

UNITED NATIONS SHOULD BE DISBANDED

For years and years now, we've been saying that the United Nations has become a huge waste of money.  I think maybe it was seen as being a precursor to a world government, which is certainly something we do NOT need.  Yet, no president and no Congress has had the courage to do anything about it.  As a matter of fact, I think Obama even wanted to make it into a world government with him being the first high potentate.  

As it turns out, the countries of the world got together and forced the U.N. to put some tough sanctions on North Korea.  One of those sanctions was that nobody could sell it any weapons of mass destruction... like nerve gas.  As it turns out, a U.N. agency has been actively working with the North Koreans since 2015 to help them obtain a patent whereby they could make their own deadly nerve gas.  

You and I both know that no country starts stockpiling nuclear weapons, missiles and nerve gas just for the hell of it.  

The United Nations is about as corrupt as any organization can be.  It's so corrupt that I'm surprised the Clintons aren't involved in it.  

It's corrupt and useless and needs to be shut down.

WHAT WE OWE OUR COUNTRY

While speaking at Liberty University over the weekend, President Trump hit on something that should resonate with all of us.  He spoke about critics... those who sit on the sidelines griping and complaining about what someone else is, or is not, doing.  What immediately strikes me is the old saying about never criticizing someone else until you have walked a mile in their shoes.  

What is wrong with this country today is that we have allowed ourselves to become critics; yet, few of us have had the guts, gumption and temerity to step forward and help to fix things ourselves.  Trump went on to say just that:  Those who gripe and complain seldom know how to get anything done. 


I belong to several community-oriented service organizations.  I can't speak more highly of the Masonic Lodge, the American Legion or being on the Board of Directors of a local park association.  These are like-minded people who get together to help their communities in some tangible way, by giving of relatively minor portions of their time each month.  Over my lifetime, I've been president of an Optimist Club, on the Board of Trustees of a boys home, on an economic development board and a high muckety-muck in the Boy Scouts.  

In short, I've always been involved in my community in some way, no matter where I've lived... Las Vegas, Carson City, Reno, northern California, western Arizona or Washington State.  I've done everything from washing dishes or serving hot dogs to sitting on steering committees.  There was never a whole lot of stuff that I did at any one time, but over the course of my lifetime those contributions have added up to some significant participation in what is going on around me.  

Every one of those activities helped my country, America, in some way.  But, I've also been keenly aware of what is going on in Washington, or Carson City or Sacramento as the case may be.  And I've never hesitated to voice my opinion on matters that are important to me.  

I firmly believe that we have an obligation as Americans to give back, in some small way, to the country that has become the greatest nation in the world and probably the greatest nation in all of history.  We owe it to our country to get off the sidelines, quit criticizing and start helping.  With more of that kind of thinking in the country, just imagine what we could really be as a nation.  

So, get involved.  Do something.  Be an American.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY: CLINTON'S SMOKING GUN!

We've all known in our hearts and minds that Hillary should be in jail... countless times over and for many crimes against the government and the people of the United States of America.  The fact that she isn't is a flagrant display of corruption at the highest levels of Washington. One of the stories, unproven until yesterday, is that Hillary used her Clinton foundations and her job as Secretary of State to create a "pay for play" scheme.  Now, the smoking gun has fired like an AK-47.  

Bangladesh’s Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina says that Clinton called him in March of 2011 to demand that Dr. Muhammed Yunus be restored to his role of chairman of one of Bangladesh’s largest microfinance banks, Grameen Bank.  Yunus was well past the country's mandatory retirement age.  Grameen America, the bank’s American-based nonprofit where Yunus was still the chairman, had just donated up to $250,000 to the Clinton Global Initiative.  Another bank branch where Yunus was also Chairman, Grameen Research, donated as much as $50,000.  Grameen Bank was investigated in 2012 by the Bangladesh government for mismanagement of finances.  

 

The donations would make Clinton's efforts on Yunus' behalf a violation of federal ethics laws; she should have completely recused herself from the situation.   

The accusations being leveled by the Democrats against Donald Trump are paltry compared to the many things Hillary participated in while Secretary of State and after.  For example, while they accuse Trump of somehow colluding with the Russians, the fact is that Hillary literally "gave" the Russians 20% of our uranium... uranium that can be used to make bombs to destroy America.  

 

This and her other crimes simply cannot be swept under the rug; not in this country, anyway.

THE DRUGGING OF AMERICA

The United States Government, as well as individual State governments, has slowly been releasing its firm grip on illegal drugs and illegal uses of controlled substances in the country.  Mandatory prison sentences for drug-associated crimes have been shortened and marijuana use is becoming legal to use in more and more states.  As a result, the use of such substances is rapidly increasing, while more and more law enforcement agencies are being forced to turn a blind eye to the problem until some other criminal activity surfaces.    

The opioid epidemic has increased in the country to the point that it is killing more people per year than the AIDS epidemics of the 1990's and more people per year than lives lost in combined military actions in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and elsewhere... combined.  Such use now accounts for more deaths per year than by automobile accidents or gun crimes.  CDC says there were over 52,000 deaths as a result of drug overdoses in 2015.  

Our borders have been wide open to drug trafficking, and the refusal of our government to deport illegal criminals has added immensely to the problem.  

We have to understand that there is a drug culture in this country which is adversely affecting our economic productivity and increasing the burden to the taxpayers.  The time has come when we can no longer afford to shrug our shoulders and look the other way; we simply have to do something about it.

I've never heard such a ruckus; you'd think a wild boar was running loose in the chicken coop.  Everyone is second-guessing it, back-yard quarterbacking it, opining on it... a whole lot of people have even done a 180 on it.  First, they hated his guts; now they hate Trump for firing him.  Others supported him; now they're supporting Trump for firing him.  

As your favorite would-be psycho president would say: "At this point, what difference does it make?"  

He's history.  Wagging one's tongue will not produce his reappearance at the helm of the FBI.  

So, sit down and shut up.  We've got plenty more on our plates to deal with.

IF A LIE IS REPEATED OFTEN ENOUGH, IT BECOMES TRUTH

The Trump Team collaborated with the Russians before, during and after the elections to defeat Clinton.  Well, we all know that even Obama's top intelligence dog, Jame Clapper, has repeatedly said there is no evidence to support that allegation.  He was asked Monday during Congressional hearings whether or not he still stands by that assessment, and he answered in the affirmative.  

Yet, that answer was not covered by the mainstream media.  What WAS covered by the mainstream media was Sally Yates' testimony that she told Trump officials Flynn was in trouble; although that was old news, the mainstream media picked it up and exploded it across ever news outlet in the country.  

And when the dust settles, the only thing the Democrats are left with is the conviction that Trump and Putin conspired to throw Clinton in the ditch.  

The enemy is within.  The enemy is within and we are in a war for the soul of our country.  It's the Obama Socialists vs. the Trump Americans and when you're in a war... like they say, "All's fair in love and war." 

That means we're going to have no choice but to get down and dirty.

CONCEALED CARRY HOLDER PREVENTS BLOODBATH

It was supposed to be a quiet night out at an Arlington, Texas restaurant.  But James Jones had other ideas; he showed up acting crazy and when the club's bartender tried to find out what the problem was, Jones shot him dead.    

That's when an unidentified concealed carry permit holder pulled out his own gun and shot Jones, who appeared to be ready to unload his weapon at others in the restaurant.  In the aftermath of the shootings, police discovered that the incident could have been much deadlier. Investigators found two more loaded guns and two knives on Jones’ body.  

Oh, and by the way... the whole event was over in seconds... long before the police could arrive at the scene.  But the liberal left would have denied the concealed carry permit holder the right to carry his firearm.

BILL MAHER ACCUSES TRUMP OF INCEST

This from THE BLAZE: "Speaking with New York Magazine reporter Gabriel Sherman, Maher joked that Ivanka’s attempts to 'humanize' her father only lead him to believe that deviant sexual behavior is going on behind closed doors. “'A lot of us thought: Ivanka is gonna be our saving grace,' Maher said. 'When he’s about to f**kin’ nuke Finland or something, she’s gonna walk into the bedroom and, you know, —‘Daddy, Daddy,’' and mimicked Ivanka pleasuring her father with a lewd hand gesture. “‘Don’t do it, Daddy,'” he mocked." 

Any respectable political party would terminate his membership.  It's beyond crude, vulgar and obscene, totally beyond the pale and very unacceptable in any civilized society.  Maher is a sick, disgusting pervert and beyond that, he's a Democrat.

LONG JOURNEY: REBUILDING OUR FREEDOMS LOST UNDER OBAMA

Barack Hussein Obama, his left-wing radical friends and his regime were, let's face it, in a concerted and synchronized effort to "change" America.  They attacked our freedoms of speech, our rights to choose, our religions, our ownership of guns, our States, our independence as a free nation in the world, and our very basic abilities to earn a living and live in a free-market society.

We were well on our way to becoming a totally socialist, if not fascist, country.   

In doing so, Obama used his Executive Powers to ensure that his "changes" would not be easily undone.  He also instilled an allegiance among government agents and employees to his anti-American agenda that would slow down, if not prevent, any attempts to unravel his his "changes."  And it seems to me that his friend and mentor George Soros backed him by organizing factions within our society which would stand in the way of any rollbacks, while they plundered and rioted as necessary.  

As a result, we're not going to see significant undoing of "change" unless we are willing to roll up our sleeves and get our hands dirty.  We cannot do it simply by sitting on the couch, supping on a beer while watching "Dancing with the Zars."

It's going to take some concentrated effort by us parts to clean the corruption and sickos out of Congress, purge government agencies of political agendas and send the left-wing radicals packing themselves up and heading back to the rocks from under which they came.  Trump has made a smashing effort to redirect the momentum by restoring a moral compass to this country.  His dramatic move to restore the rights of individual religions to exist in this country is a clear sign that he is carrying our torch.

It's up to us to remain vigilant and strong, and to rout out and shout out the despicable anti-American enemies still very much among us.

CHINA IN DEEP TROUBLE ACCORDING TO NORTH KOREAN MIDGET

North Korea is warning China to back off... or else.  It seems China recently took North Korea to task for violating a 1961 treaty between the two countries by telling the North Koreans to immediately halt its nuclear weapons program.  

"China should no longer try to test the limits of the DPRK's patience," a North Korean commentary said. "China had better ponder over the grave consequences to be entailed by its reckless act of chopping down the pillar of the DPRK-China relations."  

Evidently, the sawed-off little runt doesn't realize that all of the parts for North Korean missiles are made in China.  

Is there no end to Kim Jong-un's lunacy?

OBAMACARE IS A RED HERRING

It dawned on me last night: the fuss over ObamaCare is a red herring.  

Consider this:  There are about 325 million people in the United States and about 12 million of them... 3.7%... are enrolled in ObamaCare.  Well, the entire nation is now focused on the pending legislation to repeal and replace ObamaCare.  What's the big deal here?  

The absolute fact is that the rest of us, self-insured or insured under employee or private healthcare plans or through Medicare... are the ones who are really suffering.  Premiums are skyrocketing, co-pays are increasing, deductibles are soaring, and the associated costs for vision and dental care, prescriptions, etc. are out of reach of more and more Americans.  

Why isn't anyone doing anything about that?  

Perhaps they figure that, if they can keep us focused on ObamaCare, they won't have to deal with the problem.

MASSIVE DEMOCRAT COVERUP FOR CLINTON, RICE

First it was Hillary Clinton and her Benghazi debacle and testimony, as well as endless email and foundation scandals; then it was Susan Rice and the unmasking of Trump associates mentioned in government surveillance documents.  Not one of these stories has garnered any attention by the liberal left-wing press and they are all being stonewalled and covered up by Democrats in Congress.  

It is unfathomable to me that, even with the Republican control of both Houses of Congress, Americans are being prevented from knowing the full story about Clinton and her many misdeeds, and that the Rice story has been relegated to oblivion.  

We Americans have every right to get to the bottom of these things.  

So, why haven't any Congressional Committees held hearings on either of them?  And why hasn't the Justice Department, now no longer under the thumbs of Holder or Lynch, stepped up to the plate?

A POSITIVE ALTERNATIVE TO BOY SCOUTS

For decades and decades, the Boy Scouts of America was a positive influence in the growth of American boys, as it helped mold their character, integrity, strength and knowledge.  

Then, they trashed some of their core principles and beliefs.  They turned aside from Biblical teachings and principles when they allowed gay leaders and members into their folds.  That move caused Christian families across the country a great deal of consternation.  I, for one, lost all respect for the organization where I was in a leadership role at many levels for many years.  

Now, there is a growing alternative for those who want the oldstyle traditional ideals of the Boys Scouts and who insist on living in a Christian manner.  Trail Life USA, which focuses on “traditional Christian values” already has more than 26,000 members across the country and is growing by leaps and bounds.  The faith-based group group is aimed at turning boys into Christian men, and the group’s core values indicate they believe this “can only be done by allowing a boy the opportunity to interact, work with, and be mentored by and with other Christian men.”  

It's refreshing to see someone push back against the liberal agenda.
