Although the mainstream media is not reporting it this way, and although they should have reported on this years ago, but evidently covered it up... Obama and his goons were using the courts to feather their political nests. The modus operandi was that when the Department of Justice forced a corporate defendant's back to the wall, the court would tell the defendant to fork over a certain amount of money to third party special interests unrelated or unharmed in federal cases; usually, they were left-wing operatives such as La Raza, Neighborworks, National Community Reinvestment Coalition, the National Urban League and extreme environmental groups. Those payments would then settle the case as far as the federal government was concerned.
It would be interesting to know how much money was involved and how much of that was forwarded on to Obama after he left office.
