SPECIAL POST
Late Friday, as often happens with unpleasant, controversial or bad news in Washington, it oozed out that Barack Hussein Obama had asked Chinese and Russian representatives to head to Capitol Hill and lobby Congressional Members on the Iran nuclear "deal." These "emissaries" are being told they must convince Congress to vote for approving the "deal," according to informed sources.
What leverage they might have is up for speculation. Perhaps the Chinese are going to threaten to call the U.S. debt due, or to refuse any further loans. Perhaps the Russians are threatening to cut off the supply of vodka to Congressional chambers. Whatever the plan, one thing is certain: never before has a sitting president of the United States enlisted the help of foreign interests to put pressure on Congress for action which is being contested and protested by the vast majority of American citizens.
Why?
This activity runs contrary to the spirit of American democracy. When coupled with the existence of secret side deals that the White House adamantly refuses to disclose, it becomes readily apparent that the deal is not... cannot be... in the best interests of Americans or of the world.
Not only must Congress turn down this "deal," it needs to pass a bill of censure against the president for his treasonous, anti-American maneuvers which have far surpassed the limits of presidential propriety. Either that, or this nation is now being governed by the United Nations, and our Constitution has been usurped and successfully overthrown by Obama and his odious regime.
That's MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectfully submitted.
