You've got a loaded gun held to your head. Either you do what you are told to do or you are going to pay the penalty. When someone uses force to take from you your possessions or your money, that is a recognized form of rape as defined by the dictionary.
Here's the way it is: the law says you must have health insurance that meets the requirements of the U.S. Government, or else. Or else. Yes, my friend, you can get fined and/or sent to prison; that's what the law provides. Never mind that the law was passed under false pretenses; never mind that it is going to cost you an outrageous pile of money that you don't have; never mind the enormous deductibles; never mind the fact that the policy does not contain the coverage you want; never mind that businesses get a one-year delay or that unions are going to get out of it altogether; never mind that Congressional staffs don't have to comply... either you fork over the money or the government is going to pull the trigger.
How can you possibly sit there and enjoy sipping your coffee after you've just been raped? Do you suffer from the battered wife syndrome, or are you going to pick up the telephone and do something about it?
