GETTING USED TO AMERICA'S POLICE-STATE MENTALITY

SPECIAL POST

Fort Worth Police have been pulling drivers over and demanding blood samples, breath tests and saliva for DNA testing. The cops are claiming it is for a research project.  The $7.9 million project, headed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, is far from over, with similar police stops slated next year at about 300 sites in 60 cities around the nation.

Well, the citizens got ticked and forced Police Chief Jeffrey Halstead to apologize.  He said, "I agree with our citizens' concerns, and I apologize for our participation. Any future federal survey of this nature, which jeopardizes the public's trust, will not be approved for the use of Fort Worth police."  Isn't that sweet?

What kind of mentality thinks this was an acceptable project in the first place?  A police mentality thinks that way, where the cops are in command and can do as they please.  It's the same mentality that causes a new officer to jump in his squad car and go issue 100 traffic tickets on his first day, flashing his lights and making lots of noise.

This mentality, fueled by the Obama regime's outright oppression of America, is growing across the country.  Every day we hear about some new horror involving some public officer dealing with citizens in an outrageous and egregious manner.

Are you really going to sit there and tell me that it's okay with you?

That's MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectfully submitted.
