It’s not very often that you will see me giving credit to Rush Limbaugh, or anyone else for that matter, for their insightful commentaries or dialogues. The reason is that they generally get their ideas from my blogs. If I mention the fact that the Libyan conflict that was only going to involve the United States for a few days is now into “a few months,” you can bet your sweet bippees that Rush, Sean, Laura and even O’Reilly on occasion, will pick up on it and work it through their shows for several days. Fox News is especially good at it. Why they never mention me, I’ll never know, but it’s customary to do so.
Well, I did give some thought to the fact that the Republicans are just not standing up and being counted when it comes to rallying around conservative ideologies. Take Paul Ryan, for example: He hung his political future out there on the line with his budget-reduction proposal and as soon as the evildoers jumped on it, all Republicans disappeared into the woodwork. That’s just not right. Anyway, I have alluded to that problem in my posts, but I really did not do it like Rush did it and one of the listener’s on his show. So to them, I do the Obama curtsey.
The Republicans have been guilty of letting their colleagues hang out to dry for years now. That’s why the party appears to have no leadership, no cohesiveness, no stability and no real direction. All it takes is for a couple of the evildoers to chastise a member of the party for something… anything… and the rest of the team disappears back into that old woodwork. They don’t stand behind Sarah Palin, they don’t stand behind Paul Ryan and they don’t stand behind our demands… the people’s demands… for fiscal responsibility or anything else… because the evildoers have done their nay saying.
So, there is the problem in a nutshell and Rush nailed it and did a good job of it and I’m not afraid to mention that fact in my blog. Hopefully, one of these days, he will return the common courtesy. (Did I mention that I’m in negotiations to take Glenn Beck’s spot on Fox? As a matter of fact, I’m just waiting for their call now and we’ll soon have the negotiations under way.)
It’s time for the conservatives in this country to show their testicles. Furthermore, it’s time for those of us “shit disturbers” who believe in the Tea Party stands, to force the conservatives to do just that. The ballroom party of the evildoers is over, (pardon the play on words), and we need to drive that fact home to everyone involved at every opportunity we get. They go after Ryan for his “dumb” Medicare proposal and he answers, “So where is your proposal?” End of conversation. Every Republican, every conservative, every real American should take a lesson from that. The only guy who has exemplified this was Donald Trump, and he had the evildoers all off into the restroom stalls trying to find relief.
We cannot hope to defeat the evildoers by being nice and polite, dumbing-down and shutting up. We have to get right back into their faces and we have to do it convincingly and with facts. Rush’s caller alluded to the problem that Republican lawmakers, when asked about particulars of the Ryan plan, simply had no answers. This means they have not read it, or if they have read it they do not understand it, or if they understand it they do not know how to articulate what they know.
We cannot afford to have lazy politicians in office who are not doing their jobs by studying and learning what is going on. This is exactly how we get bills like 2,700 pages of ObamaCare passed when no one has read the damned bill. That is outrageous, and I don’t care whether you are Democrat, Republican, Independent, or a Czarist.
The election is going to be very nasty. The evildoers have hired the worst of the worst to put together their ad campaigns. This will undoubtedly be an election so full of hateful, spiteful and downright ugly advertisements and allegations that you will think Osama Bin Laden was really a nice guy. I’m not kidding when I say this. We have to be prepared for it, and showing up on stage armed with the truth and the willingness to stand up and say the truth…. Is somewhat akin to showing a Cross to a vampire; the evildoers don’t know how to handle it.
So, I congratulate Rush for hitting on this before I did. It’s very unusual because, although his talent is on loan from God, my talent is wholly owned by me after being purchased from Spiro T. Agnew.
That’s MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectfully submitted.
