Breaking news yesterday is that Lois Lerner at the I.R.S. had a second personal email account that she used for conducting I.R.S. business. And Caroline Kennedy, Ambassador to Japan, also has at least one personal email account over which she has sent government messages. You can now expect Hillary to claim, "See, everybody does it!"
But, there are differences. Lerner's personal email account was on the IRS government server. Kennedy's personal email accounts were infrequently used and contained "sensitive, but unclassified" information. Several agencies are saying they sent and received classified emails through Clinton's private email server; that server was privately owned and unsecure. It also appears that after Clinton was told she needed to produce emails, she then proceeded with the deletions... which smacks of obstruction of justice.
Clinton tries to say she never sent or received classified emails on her server. But, she didn't have a government email account, so how did she conduct State Department affairs if she had no access to classified documents by email? You can see right through that story.
The fact that Hillary had a private server, that it was unprotected, that she had no government email accounts... is prima facie evidence that she knew she was violating the law and that she did it for the expressed purpose of hiding the conduct of her government affairs from the State Department and from the American people.
She needs to be brought to justice and held fully accountable.
