The Omnipotent One keeps on with his endless harangues to the effect that, unless the Republicans do as he commands and agree to more taxes and higher spending, he is willing to let "Sequester" kick in and punish all of us by stopping meat inspections, letting criminals loose, firing police, closing down the FBI... the threats are ominous and never-ending.
Well, since he invented the sequester idea and signed it into law, I think we would be fools if we don't call his bluff. If the Republicans cave in on this, they might as well kiss their sorry asses goodbye. It's about time someone in the country grew a little spine.
