Several Democratic lawmakers, in an open attempt to force U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to sit out voting on forthcoming ObamaCare Court cases, have attacked his integrity and qualifications to be on the Court; they are demanding an FBI probe of one of his 2010 decisions on campaign finance reform. Additionally, they are saying that, due to his wife’s employment with Liberty Central, a healthcare firm, Thomas will be influenced to vote against ObamaCare in what is predicted to be a 5-4 Supreme Court vote.
"We knew that Justice Thomas' family had a financial stake in opposing health care reform. Now we know even more," Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) said in a statement. "It's pretty clear the justice has one option here: recusal."
The agenda here is clear; they are attacking all Justices who are likely to vote against ObamaCare in a concerted effort to redetermine the probable outcome. It is a blatant attempt to take over and control the justice system; they do not care about justice, they care only about cramming an unconstitutional ObamaCare down the throats of Americans and they do not care who they have to ruin or what they have to do to win. And, I believe that this is just an opening salvo in what will be a bitter and ugly 2012 Presidential Campaign. The radical left is now a gang mentality ensconced in high public office.
We cannot and must not turn our backs and hide. We Americans need to stand up to this mentality and we need to require our Congressmen and Senators to do the same. These contemptible bastards, (I cannot think of a more appropriate word), need to be exposed for who and what they are and they really do need to be run out of the country… skip the rail.
