SPECIAL POST
I heard Loretta Lynch on FOX NEWS SUNDAY over the weekend tell Chris Wallace that Americans are too reactionary. She suggested that an event like Orlando instills fear in the hearts of mankind and we cry out for the authorities to do stupid things in order to stop acts of terror. Well, we've been relying on our government since 9/11 15 years ago to protect us from acts of terror; the first eight years went by without a hitch, but look at what has been happening ever since.
Why shouldn't we have fear in our hearts? How can we rely on a president who claims that the most serious threat to our national security is global warming? How can we rely on a president whose own reaction to acts of terror is to call on everyday Americans to disarm themselves? "Trust me," he says?
In the meantime, just what has he done to stop terror attacks on U.S. soil? If he had taken every gun owned by a law-abiding citizen in this country, how many of these attacks would not have occurred?
Until he answers those two questions, he needs to sit down and shut the hell up.
That's MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectfully submitted.
