A&E STEPS FIRMLY INTO THE GUTTER

A&E’s fyi channel has just announced a new show called “Seven Year Switch,” the premise of which is that couples get bored sexually and otherwise seven years into their marriage and therefore need a change.  Married couples will swap husbands and wives for a two-week period and do everything married couples do, including presumably having sex, since they will be “sleeping” together, according to the show’s announcement.  There was no revelation in the announcement as to whether or not the sex will be explicit.  

There is such a thing, If you can remember that far back), as "good taste" when it comes to entertainment.  In my opinion, the leaders of the country and the entertainment industry should be setting standards of good conduct for the rest of the nation to follow.  We have a serious problem in this country with the breakdown of the family unit, with countless tens of thousands of single-parent households.  The sanctity of marriage seems to be to about as broken as Obama's pledge of "transparency."  

If A&E is unable to achieve decent ratings and viewership through the presentation of good quality programming, if they have to resort to "shock therapy" in order to get our attention... well, maybe they should consider getting better writers, actors, directors and story lines.  Otherwise, the next thing you know, they'll be showing men and sheep.

FAILURE IN BALTIMORE IS AN AMERICAN FAILURE

Enough is enough with these thugs and looters who take to the streets at the slightest provocation in order to wreak their destructive behavior on their neighborhoods.  It is absolutely imperative that violence be met proactively with overwhelming law enforcement response and that it be made clear early on that we will not tolerate such criminal activity. 

The mayor of Baltimore has a lot of explaining to do.  There was ample intelligence that a massive riot was going to occur Monday night; yet, the police numbers were not sufficient to respond adequately.  The National Guard, on alert they might be needed, was evidently not called by the Mayor until late Monday night, long after it was evident that the civil situation had turned chaotic.

There were other contributing and disturbing factors.  For example, the mayor said explicitly that she wanted to give the "purge" space to destroy.  The White House was not forthcoming with and denunciation of the anarchy in Baltimore's streets.  Al Sharpton made it abundantly clear that he was going to Baltimore to stir the pot.  And although it was known weeks, months... even years before the first brick was thrown that the Black community was getting fed up with being fluffed off by city authorities, no one took the initiative to start a productive dialogue. 

One thing is certain: this festering crap has to stop in America, and it has to stop now, in Baltimore.

DUMP ON SCHWEIZER

As a typical reaction among left-wing Democrats when caught doing something wrong, the Clinton campaign lashed out unmercifully at Peter Schweizer last week for his book "CLINTON CASH."  Yet, there were ominously no outright denials about the contents and allegations contained therein.  There were several carefully worded statements that looked like denials, but that were not denials when you read them closely. "There's no evidence that...."  as opposed to "I deny that..." 

It's the same old routine exercised by the Clintons for decades: blame the "vast right-wing conspiracy."  One halfway expects those missing emails to show up in a cardboard box in an obscure White House closet should she get elected.  

What bothers me most is that there are people in this country who are buying into the Clinton position.  How they can do this after eight years of prior Clinton rule in Washington is beyond me; my confusion is compounded by the fact that we've just gone through 6-1/2 years of Obama as well.  Perhaps they have taken leave of their senses, but I'm inclined to think that they were born without any brains at all.  This would make interesting fodder for a new book by Schweizer:  "SENSELESS IN AMERICA."  

The average Democrat does seem to have his/her eyes open; they're nervously jumping on the anti-Hillary bandwagon.  But, no viable potential Democratic candidate is seen to be stepping forward.  The only thing certain is that should Hillary miraculously make it to the White House, Schweizer will not be invited to spend a night in the Lincoln bedroom.

THE INFRASTUCTURE TAX LIE

The latest revelation coming out of Washington is that our infrastructure, (highways, electrical lines, bridges, etc.), is worn out and needs to be replaced; taxes will have to be raised.  

I agree that repairs need to be made.  The problem is that taxes which were raised to building these things in the first place were then extended to maintain them, but the money was siphoned off by the feds to pay for other things.  It's like the great Social Security fund ripoff by the government, a big scam and lie.  

Money raised for special building and maintaining projects needs to remain allocated to those purposes only.  We have a central government that is self-serving and intent on growing itself to the point that it consumes us.  

More than ever, we need to get some accountability back into Washington and we need to do it now.

GOP: BULL IN A CHINA CLOSET

The good news is that the House Armed Services Committee is trying to investigate the May 2014 Bergdahl prisoner swap for five Taliban prisoners being held at Gitmo.  And they're justifiably upset over the Pentagon's stonewalling on providing requested information.  

The bad news is that the Committee is threatening to withhold part of the Defense budget until the Pentagon complies.  Now granted, it's only a portion  of the defense budget.... the part that runs the Secretary's office... but the message is a totally rotten message to send at a time when we are faced with a world full of national security problems and when we are paying the penalty for cuts already made under the Sequester.  Our military training is suffering drastically and aging hardware is rapidly becoming obsolete, while China and Russia are both investing heavily in their military programs.  

The GOP, in it's rush to force the Pentagon to comply with its justifiable demands for information is creating a public relations nightmare, and the average American is going to wonder whose fault it really is that our national defense posture now sucks.  

Someone should take those guys out to the woodshed and teach them some common sense.  Why don't they cut the White House budget instead?

BYE BYE HILLARY?

FOX NEWS has gathered evidence and put together a story regarding the Clintons that will be aired tonight.  The gist of the story is that Bill arranged for Russia to purchase an America uranium production company, Uranium One.  That company had produced up to half of the uranium used by the United States from ore owned by the the U.S.  

Up to that point, Hillary had been vocally against the acquisition by any foreign country of U.S. security interests.  As part of the "deal,"  Bill received a huge speaking fee and Hillary, as Secretary of State, signed off on the on the "deal;" her signature was required to validate the uranium company purchase.  

Ironically, as the story points out, some of America's uranium may now be in Iranian reactors, since such uranium was provided by Russia to Iran.  The story is set to be hosted by Bret Baier and aired tonight on FOX NEWS. 

 Of course, it's just "old news" and another "distraction" from the Clinton campaign.

EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SINK?

Obama is really after that Iranian deal.  He's willing to lift sanctions immediately, he's will to let them eventually have nuclear weapons, he's willing to forgo inspections, and now he's willing to pay them a $50 bribe, (otherwise being referred to as a "signing bonus"),  to sign a deal...  

It looks as if he's willing to throw in everything except the kitchen sink.  Unfortunately, we have to expect that the White House is going to be ordering out for pizza before the deal is done. 

In the meanwhile, it's business as usual back in Tehran: "Death to America."

It has been a laughing matter for years: Whenever Obama was called upon to vote in the Illinois or U.S. Senate, he responded with a "present," instead of voting for or against.  

What we see now is very scary.  North Korea has the nuclear weapon, Iran is on the very verge of having one, China is violating International Law in the South China Sea, Putin is rampaging in the Ukraine, I.S.I.S. is reaching to all corners of the world with it's butchering and terror, and order in the world is floundering.  The phone is not only ringing at 3:00 AM in the White House, it's ringing almost continuously at all hours of the night and day and Obama is... conspicuously absent.  Put him in front of a television and ask him what he's going to do and he responds with that "deer in the headlights" gaze and mutters something about Bush.  

The world clearly needs a leader, and they'd have better chances of finding one in the chicken coop than in the White House.  No wonder Barack wants to let Bergdahl off the hook for going A.W.O.L.

IT'S TIME FOR CHRISTIANS TO GET THEIR BACKS UP

PATRIOT UPDATE has the following excerpt:  "Barack Obama has spent his entire six years in office demonstrating his preference for Muslims, secular humanists, Europeans, homosexuals, abortionists, and even golf over Christianity. As verified by his former “pastor” Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s only interest in Christianity is how it can help or hurt him politically. Further, President Obama has played a key role in transforming America into a society in which it has become not just acceptable but sporting to discriminate against Christians. Now his feelings are hurt because Christians are critical of him. We aren’t “loving” enough for the thin-skinned president. Imagine that. Apparently the President expects Christians to thank him for helping promote a culture that treats followers of Christ like lepers. Any Christian who is not critical of Barack Obama is either hopelessly out of touch or living in a state of delusion."

There are other trends occurring throughout the world right now, at this very moment, which are pushing and pulling Christians from every angle... Many aspects of our American society tug at Christian conscience, such as the gay movement, the push for legalized abortion and the constant barrage of hammering against Christian ideologies by the press and media.  Abroad, radical Islam in every corner of the world is crushing and butchering Christianity in an overt attempt to eliminate us from the face of the earth.  

In the meanwhile, our American pastors, preachers, fathers and other clergy have been taking a back seat to the goings on around them, being silent and complacent to the growing and harrowing threats to their parishioners.  This dichotomy of  views toward Christianity, one of complacency and the other of outright oppression, is setting up an inevitable conflict which will embroil the very foundations of belief in the Christian God.  

I've always believed that, once you sense oncoming conflict, you should become proactive and ready yourself to deal with it.  It's time we got ready to rumble.

NEW BLM SHOWDOWN

The SHASTA LANTERN of Redding, California, is reporting on a showdown brewing near Grants Pass, Oregon between the illustrious Bureau of Land Management and a group of gold miners.  "The property in question, the Sugar Pine Mining Claim, has existed as a rightful claim since 1876 and is one of the oldest claims in the country.  Reportedly late this week, BLM officials accompanied by deputies of Josephine County Sheriff Dave Daniel issued a Cease and Desist order to the mine and it’s owners. The order has given the miners until April 25th to remove all equipment, buildings and supplies from the mine. It has been reported local BLM officials have threatened to burn the buildings down if they are not removed by the date."

Claims in the area, including the Sugar Pine Mine, have been operating for decades... as far back as the early 1870's.  The mining district has produced in excess of 10 million ounces of gold since its inception, and geologists estimate that only 10% of the gold in the ground has been removed.  The rights are well-settled and can be taken only through a special process under a 1955 federal act.  Although the miners have contested BLM actions citing this Act, the BLM is stonewalling and claiming they can evict the miners at will.  

"Although they hope to resolve this issue legally and properly through the courts the people in this district have stated that they will fully disobey an order they view as illegal and invalid. A call has been issued for assistance from the Oath Keeper’s and other State Militia groups. According to conversations had by the Lantern with locals on the ground those calls are being honored. Due to the weekend the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office, BLM and and the Oregon Governors office has been unreachable for comment. We hope to bring you an update on their responses early Monday morning,"[this morning].  

Under the Obama Administration, federal agencies have been riding roughshod over Americans akin to a gang of Al Capone mobsters or Jesse James outlaws.  It appears to me that the nation is on the very edge of government tyranny.  

And they want us to give up our guns?  This type of bullshit has to stop.

Obama went after Congress and in particular the Senate yesterday, thundering an irate "Enough!" over the Senate's refusal so far to confirm Obama's nomination of Loretta Lynch as the new Attorney General. 

Which begs the question: Does that mean he's ready to resign?

JESUS IS DEAD: GET OVER IT

Come on, all of you Christians; get over it.  Jesus has been dead for 2,000 years.  Don't you think it's time you quit mentioning him as being one of the reasons for your so-called "Christian values?"  

• Military Chaplains are being reprimanded for speaking explicitly about Jesus and the Bible.
• Christians are sued when they attempt to live out their biblically based values.
• The President scolds Christians for not “celebrating” perverse lifestyle choices which contradict scripture.
• A Fire Chief was suspended merely because a book he wrote espoused biblical values.
• And a motivational speaker is fired for mentioning Jesus in a combatting stress speech to High School students in Texas. 

Get the picture?  Being a Christian is soooo... yesterday.  

Get with the program.  Being Muslim is cool.  It's time to shed your archaic ways.

PATIENCE MY ASS

They have their own lives, you know.  Their country has its own political and religious pressures; America is not the only nation on the face of the Earth.  So, cut those guys some slack and try to see things from their side.  

Never mind that those pesky Iranians are exporting terrorism to all corners of the world; it's in their heritage, their culture.  Sure they lie and scheme, but so do we; take Obama, Reid, Pelosi and Company for example.  And those guys have been at it for thousands of years, whereas America has only been around for about 400 years.  I mean, where do we get off trying to tell those guys how to run their country, anyway? 

So, pay attention to Obama and Kerry will you?  Show Iran some genuine "down home" patience and understanding. 

You DO know where that will get us, don't you?

WILL THE DEMOCRATS TOE THE WHITE HOUSE LINE?

Now, after John Kerry has met privately with Congressional Democrats to espouse the Obama position on the Iranian nuclear "deal,"and now that he has twisted their arms expecting them to do as Obama dictates, the question arises as to whether or not they will stand behind Americans and override the president's calculated veto of probable Congressional legislation to provide for the right of review of the "deal," or whether they will conspire to let Obama's veto stand.  

We know that Russia is now going ahead with sales of ground-to-air missiles to Iran, making it more difficult if not impossible for the U.S. and/or Israel to attack Iranian nuclear sites when the "deal" falls apart and Iran proceeds to assemble its first nuke.  That fact alone makes the cheese more binding.  And, of course, we know that Iran's nuclear prospects are bound to start a nuclear arms race among Middle East countries.  

Simply put, we cannot allow Iran to have nukes. 

Given this scenario, do you suppose the Democrats will side with Obama, or American security interests?  

If the Democrats side with Obama and allow his veto of the Congressional legislation to stand, then history will judge them as being complicit in allowing Iran to advance its nuclear agenda.  I have to ask: Is there even an ounce of good conscience and American patriotism left in any of their souls?

WHITE HOUSE COVERING UP SECRET IRANIAN NUCLEAR PURCHASES

The White House has known since December that the Iranians have been desperately trying to buy hardware for its Arak nuclear reactor, according to a December 2014 report at www.foreignpolicy.com.  The equipment is to be used in a heavy water reactor capable of creating weapons-grade plutonium.  

"The American allegations, which have never before been reported, come more than a year after the Iranian government pledged as part of an interim agreement with the United States and other big powers to scale back Iran’s most controversial nuclear-related activities, including the enrichment of high-grade uranium, in exchange for billions of dollars in sanctions relief."

Regardless of the fact, the White House has relentlessly pursued the acquisition of a new "deal" that will enable Iran to obtain nuclear weapons over a period of a few years.  And, the White House has at the same time withheld release of this shopping-spree news to the general public.

Why?

OBAMA TO AMERICA ON IRAN: SHUT UP

Hussein lashed out at Americans and Congress over the weekend, saying that partisan wrangling over the nuclear agreement with Iran has gone beyond pale and said the harsh criticism of the deal “needs to stop.”  "When you start getting to the point where you are actively communicating that the United States government and our secretary of state is somehow spinning presentations in a negotiation with a foreign power, particularly one you say is your enemy, that's a problem," he said.  

Well, Hussein, if you and Kerry were not widely known for lying and spinning, you would not have this problem.  And as for you telling me, an American, that I do not have the right to criticize, that I do not have the right to object when you appear to be actively selling this country and the free world down the river... that is what is really beyond the pale here. 

And frankly, Hussein, I don't care whether you like what I have to say, or not.  What you sow, you reap.

IMPEACH OBAMA?

BE IT RESOLVED that the Conservative Party, on behalf of the people of the United States, hereby promulgates several Articles of Impeachment for examination by the House of Representatives and that all such Articles passed by the House be exhibited to the Senate of these United States for trial and conviction, permitting his removal from Office and other punishments as determined by the Senate.
Article I
The President purposely, and with malice of forethought, repeatedly mislead the American public about the true nature and provisions of the Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare/ACA) by saying that people could keep their healthcare plans, doctors and get treatment at hospitals of their choice. This was factually and legally false at the time of his declarations.
Article II
The President, to gain unwarranted political advantage, unilaterally changed, altered, delayed and modified key provisions of ACA without consulting Congress. This violates the clear intent of Article 1of the US Constitution in that Congress must be engaged to properly edit Laws that it passed.
(1) President Obama and his Administration violated ACA by making unauthorized payments of $3Billion to health insurance companies in 2014 without Congressional approval as required by that Law. Obama further compounded these unlawful acts by refusing to advise or explain such payments when requested by Congress.
Article III
The President violated his sworn Oath of Office to faithfully execute the Laws of the land and to protect the Constitution when he unilaterally misused his prosecutorial discretion by refusing deport and/or prosecute illegal aliens, as prescribed by law, with an unlawful Executive Order.
Article IV
The President violated his sworn Oath of Office to faithfully execute the Laws of the land and to protect the Constitution when he consistently failed to protect the US border, invalidated and undermined immigrant screening regulations, permitted a flood of illegal aliens from Central America to enter the United States without prior public comment or Congressional approval and generally failed to uphold key provisions of the Immigration Reform and Control Act (Simpson-Mazzoli).
Article V
The President violated Section 1028 of the National Defense Authorization Act by failing to provide a 30 day advanced notice to Congress of his intent to release five Taliban terrorists from Guantanamo Bay prison relating to the return of Army Pfc. Bowe Bergdahl to US custody.
Article VI
The President violated the War Powers Act by failing to obtain Congressional approval for deploying US military personnel in a NATO war in Libya during 2011 for more than 60 days. Obama made false and misleading declarations that the NATO activity was a “Kinetic Action” rather than the common sense meaning of the term “war” in order to avoid abiding by that Law.
In all of this, Barack Hussein Obama has undermined the integrity of his office, has brought disrepute on the Presidency, has betrayed his trust as President and has acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice, to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.
WHEREFORE, Barack Hussein Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment, trial, and conviction, upon which he shall be subject to removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States, and any other punishments delivered upon him by the United States Senate.

GUN CONFISCATION

According to FOX NEWS, cherished family heirlooms were among the 21 firearms Michael Roberts surrendered to the Torrance Police Department in 2010, after his doctor filed a restraining order against him.  The court order was the result of a dispute Roberts had with a member of the doctor’s staff and, after Roberts pleaded no contest, the matter was resolved. Yet, even though he filed the proper Law Enforcement Gun Release paperwork on four separate occasions, obtained clearance from the California Department of Justice and had two court orders commanding the return of his guns, police refused to hand them over.  

Lawsuits ensued and Roberts won a $15,500 judgment against the cops and return of his guns; unfortunately, the cops have destroyed them.  

This is one of many cases where Americans have had their legally-owned guns confiscated and destroyed.  

Personally, I cannot imagine law enforcement officers taking such steps on their own; by and large, they are in solid favor of American gun rights.  So, I suspect that they have done these things under direction of political government direction, probably the Department of Justice.

OBAMA KNEW BERGDAHL HAD CRIMINAL INTENT

Before the moment that Bowe Bergdahl's parents stepped onto the White House lawn for an Obama ceremony labeling Bergdahl as being one who served with distinction, Obama knew two things: (1) Bergdahl had defected to the Taliban and (2) Bergdahl was seeking to travel on to Uzbekistan and hook up with the Russian Mob. 

So, why the trade for five top terrorists?  Insiders are saying that Obama was desperate to empty Gitmo and to close it.  Trading five Taliban terrorists for one seemed like a good deal to him at the time.  

What we don't know is what secret "deals" he has made with Iran to get his "big deal" on nukes.

DO WE NEED A POLITICIAN IN THE WHITE HOUSE?

Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush, Hillary Clinton... just about everyone running or potentially running for the White House in 2016 is a politician.  The question arises: What has a politician done for you lately?  

Here's a fact to consider: The majority of the likely field comes from Congress; yet, Congress has the lowest approval rating in the history of the country.... like 12%.   Why would you select one of those meatheads to be your president?  It seems to me that we're just asking for more of the same line of worthless bull and lackadaisical leadership that we've had ever since Ronald Reagan left office. 

Corporate leaders and stockholders know that when things stagnate in the business world, it's time to bring in fresh new talent.  If we don't really want things to continue as they are, if we want to see innovation and a different style of leadership on Pennsylvania Avenue, we need fresh new talent.  

The inevitable argument is that you need a man or woman with experience.  Well, ask yourself what experience has done for this country?  

I simply have to favor the Ben Carsons, the Mike Huckabees and the Carly Fiorinas of the country.  With a stretch, I can also include Scott Walker in that category.  What's wrong with one of those being in the White House?  Donald Trump might be included in such a field, but judging by his past dabbling in politics I just can't lend any credibility to his possible run at this time.  Then, if you insist, you can back one of them up with one of the "experienced" politicos for Veep.  

Why do we need to be lulled into a false sense of security and "business as usual?"

THAT SWEET IRANIAN DEAL

According to Obama and Kerry... What Iran Gets:
(1) An active nuclear program with international legitimacy: The Obama administration's original goal at the outset of these talks was to eliminate Iran's nuclear program; the Washington Post's editors write that the White House's stance has since "evolved into a plan to tolerate and temporarily restrict [Iran's nuclear] capability." Their infrastructure stays intact. They don't have to shut down any existing nuclear sites, including the ones they illegally developed in secret.

(2) Thousands of operational centrifuges: Despite agreeing to effectively uninstall (but not destroy) roughly two-thirds of their centrifuges (although that statistic is actually inflated), Iran is permitted to keep 6,100 on line, with just over 5,000 actively enriching low-grade uranium. The US' reported initial aim was to reduce this number to between 500 and 1,500. Hundreds of centrifuges (sans uranium) will continue to spin in Iran's once-covert, difficult-to-penetrate Fordow mountain facility, which was discovered by Western intelligence agencies in 2009.  Iran says it will convert the facility into a nuclear "research" center, used for purely peaceful purposes.

(3) Expiration dates on restrictions: Virtually all of the major Western-imposed restrictions on Iran's program "sunset" after a period of 10 to 15 years.  Iran's chief negotiator described these limitations as temporary, lasting only "for a period of time."  These are gigantic, consequential concessions. President Obama confirmed these points in his Rose Garden statement this afternoon, but Sec. Kerry later told reporters that there was "no sunset" in the deal.  Kerry may have been referring to the IAEA inspections regime, which does not appear to have any expiration date, meaning that Iran has, in theory, agreed to perpetual inspections over an unlimited time horizon.

(4) Major sanctions relief: Crucially, all American and international nuclear-based sanctions against Iran are to be lifted immediately upon an initial IAEA (the UN's nuclear watchdog) affirmation that Tehran has so far lived up to its end of the bargain.  Kerry stated that the exact timing of this major event is still under discussion, but if it goes through, Iran will receive immense sanctions relief in exchange for going along with the program at its earliest stages.  There does not appear to be any phase-in of sanctions reductions over time, contingent on continued Iranian compliance.  This would be an enormous boon to Iran's economy (freeing up cash for the regime to fund its continued malfeasance around the world), with Western "strings attached" getting severed very early on.  In addition to the sanctions, existing anti-Iran UN resolutions will be ripped up.  They would be extremely challenging to re-impose, for reasons discussed below.

(5) No action on other abuses and rogue programs: The regime's sponsorship and direct facilitation of terrorism, malignant meddling in the region, egregious human rights abuses, and rogue missile program are all untouched by this agreement.  Obama acknowledged all of these ongoing sins in his statement, noting that US sanctions attached to the regime's other bad behavior will remain in place.  America is cutting a deal with a regime that it admits is still engaging in international lawlessness and terrorism on a massive scale.


What America and the West Get:
(1) A relatively robust-sounding inspections/verification regime: Again, this might have been what Kerry meant when he was boasting about the deal's lack of a "sunset."  In fact, really important parts of the agreement would expire after just ten years, but it seems as though the inspections aren't among them.  We'll see if indefinite, unlimited inspections makes the final cut of this still-unwritten "deal."  It appears for now that by accepting the IAEA's so-called "additional protocol," Iran has effectively agreed in principle to allow "snap," or unannounced, inspections.  They've also granted international inspectors access to known and suspected nuclear sites.

(2) Limiting Iran's enrichment to low levels, with rudimentary technology: For now, that is.  These limitations start to go away after 10 years, with others following five years on.  The discussed restrictions would apply to the number of centrifuges enriching uranium, the important enrichment levels (which determine whether nuclear materials can be used in a bomb), and the sophistication of centrifuges being used and developed by Tehran.

(3) A lengthened Iranian nuclear "breakout" period: At present, Iran is estimated to be two-to-three months away from achieving "breakout" (the process of enriching enough nuclear material to the necessary level of purity to make the bomb).  The terms of this framework would extend Tehran's breakout period to one year.  That's an improvement that would theoretically allow the world community extra time to identify and punish any Iranian subterfuge.  Why "theoretically"? Stay tuned.

(4) Iran reduces its current stockpile of nuclear materials:  In addition to cutting its number of operational centrifuges, Iran agrees to scale back its stockpile of existing low-enriched uranium from 10,000 kg to 300 kg.  The West insisted upon removing that stockpile from the country, but the Iranians started resisting that course of action as a deal-breaker in the last few days.  The State Department's summary doesn't make clear what happens to the nuclear material in question.  Does it get shipped out of Iran?  Does it get diluted by international monitors?  Unclear. 

And what do the Iranians say about this?

 It's purely spin and bull.

The ugly truth is that it's not just the Middle East that is burning in flames of war; Somalia, Kenya, Nigeria, the Ukraine...

These are dangerous times.  And here we are, stuck with Nero in the White House, fiddling with his golf clubs.

WHY I DON'T BELIEVE IN ORGANIZED RELIGION

America is increasingly anti-religious.  In particular, the left-wing establishment is openly anti-Christian, taking every possible opportunity to marginalize religious beliefs and those who follow them.  Yet, the leaders of these religious organizations are conspicuously silent. 

These "clerics," as they call themselves, are quick to tell parishioners that they have to fork over some money to keep the church alive.  And they are quick to preach their religious platitudes to anyone who will listen.  But, when it comes to standing up for God or Christ, they clam up.  

In other words, they are the epitome of the word "hypocrite."  

And that is the reason why you never see me in church;  if I want to be surrounded by phonies, I'll surround myself with politicians.

EXCITING NEWS FROM THE ROSE GARDEN

Any time Obama's lips move, you can expect an outright lie: "It is a good deal, a deal that meets our core objectives," he said in a speech from the White House Rose Garden. "This framework would cut off every pathway that Iran could take to develop a nuclear weapon."  It's another one of those "If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor" moments.  The only thing missing from this exciting announcement was the presence of Jonathan Gruber. 

They are going to continue enriching uranium although, according to the "deal," only to a level suitable for creating electricity.  After ten years, they can step up their enrichment process.  The same guys who have not been able to verify Iran's compliance with existing "deals" will be in charge of verifying compliance with this "deal."  Obama said the deal's implementation would be closely watched. "If Iran cheats, the world will know it,"he asserted. 

What if they have already enriched some uranium to weapons-grade levels?  Well, nothing in the agreement covers that possibility.   The agreement is said to extend the timeline required to make a nuclear weapon from the current admitted 2-3 months to a year and they are going to continue nailing down the details of their agreement for the next 90 days.  

So, what happens if 90 days from now, the Iranians nuke Israel?  Two to three months IS less than the 90 days, you know. 

Finally, Obama says we are going to be watching and verifying in unprecedented steps.  And, if you want to keep your plan, you can keep your plan... period.

How the president of the United States can look our country straight in the eye and say this is pile of horseshit is a "good deal" is beyond my imagination.

BOMB, BOMB, BOMB IRAN?

Former Ambassador John Bolton is suggesting that we need to go in and bomb Iranian nuclear facilities.  It's a sad state of affairs, but I agree with him.  

The Iranians have been waving their middle fingers at Obama and the U.S. for several years and Obama has seen fit to bend American interests over and take it.  It is painfully evident that Iran is hell-bent on getting nuclear weapons and that Obama doesn't have the stomach to stop them.  The probability of Iran getting nukes has already gotten the rest of the Middle East nations into the mode of obtaining nuclear weapons for themselves.  

Given the current status of war and terrorism in the Middle East, can you imagine what would be going on if all of the players had nukes?   

No one in his right mind relishes the thought of sending American bombers and missiles into Iran, or anywhere else for that matter.  But, we have to understand and accept the cold reality that Iran with nukes definitely means World War III.  We cannot, in good conscience, allow that eventuality to occur... even if it means we go into Iran with bomb-bay doors open.

OBAMA TO HELP ILLEGALS UNONIZE

FOX NEWS reports the federal government has signed agreements with three foreign countries: Mexico, Ecuador and the Philippines, To establish outreach programs for teaching immigrants their rights to engage in labor organizing in the U.S.  The agreements are part of a broader effort by the National Labor Relations Board to get immigrants involved in union activism.  

It appears that the "Century of Negativity" in America has arrived on virtually all fronts.  Our country is now disintegrating into oblivion just as surely as is the Middle East, and there appear to be no cowboys with white hats to rescue us.
