They have determined that liquor is dangerous to your health. Therefore, plans are afoot to limit the amount you consume.
Everything is being considered, from limiting the days and hours you can purchase and when bars can be open, to issuing mandatory licenses that would prohibit a sale to you if you've reached your limit of purchases for the month.
