A REAL & PERMANENT BUDGET SOLUTION

The Democrats in Congress and the White House flatly refuse to pass or sign any Bill that includes a balanced budget provision.  They've said it repeatedly.  

Here's the math to my solution: 

• 330 million people in the U.S.
• 50% don't pay any taxes anyway, so that leaves
• 165 million people, of which 70% want a balanced budget provision
• That's 115.5 million people

Good old Harry Reid says that "Paying taxes is voluntary."  If 115.5 million of us quit paying our voluntary taxes, that resolves the budget issue permanently.  That is the position they have put us in and we need to follow up on it.  They can't put 115.5 million of us in jail and close Guantanamo at the same time.  Not even Barney Frankfarter could do that.
