I'm not going to mince any words here.
We are five months down the road since inauguration day and the Republican-controlled Congress has accomplished nothing... absolutely nothing... to show for it. That's zero, nada, zilch.
If the mid-term elections were held today, I don't think there is an incumbent Republican running for re-election who would survive. That's because there has been no serious effort whatsoever to install any tidbit of Trump's agenda that he won the Presidency with and that Congressional Republicans won their seats on.
I don't want to hear the same old excuses, spins, promises or rationalizations. The rubber hit the road in January and they are not getting even the slightest grip on it. And if they think they're going to come back out into their districts this summer and pat themselves on their backs for all the good they've done and get away with it... they've got another thing coming.
From what I have seen, the Republicans are not one iota better than the Democrats and, when all put together, it amounts to yet another "do nothing" Congress.
I for one and damned fed up.
