You will NEVER close the border, even if you promise to do so in exchange for Ukrainian war money! To even suggest that you would is to try and blackmail the country. Trump closed it with executive orders; why can't you? You've NEVER kept a promise in your life! Prove me wrong: close the border now and then negotiate Ukrainian war money!
