Republican Taylor-Greene and the Freedom Caucus nailed it: We must not comply!

 

The Dems are steaming ahead with legislation and Biden has already issued dictates that you must require that your daughter compete with “transgender” boys in sports and she must shower with them… penis and all.  It doesn’t matter what you want or what your religious beliefs are; you have to do as you’re told?  

 

You can’t use certain “forbidden” words. You don’t have unlimited access to information that affects your lives! No journalist or media outlet has the right to print or say anything unless it is approved by the “establishment!” You are mandated to wear a mask… (now two masks)… wherever you go and whatever you do, whether you are eating or not! You have no freedom of religion and no right to own a gun. Whatever the Constitution says is not subject to historical interpretation; only the Dems have the authority to tell you what it says.    

 

The courts can make their own laws and they have the inherent right to ignore what the written law reads. You, on the other hand, must acquiesce and accept the fact that the election was not stolen, although millions of more votes were cast than there were registered voters. They have the right to prevent you from knowing that fact.

 

Sit down, shut up and do as you are told?

 

Just because they hide behind razor-wired fences surrounded by thousands of armed guards does not make them omnipotent! This is OUR country, not theirs! We have the God-given, constitutionally guaranteed right to do whatever it takes to maintain and enforce our freedoms, our liberties and our rights to govern ourselves!    

 

If they don’t like it, that’s their problem… not ours!

To Hell With Republicans!

I don’t think the Republican Party gets the message: We, the people, are done with you! 

 

For election after election after election, party leaders have postulated that they’re going to do better by us. They’re going to start behaving like they care, like they share our concerns, like they are going to stand up and be Americans. And time after time, when we give them that power and that mandate, they fail, fail and fail. 

 

We gave them the Senate, the House and the White House. We selected a leader with guts and gumption, who holds a belief in American idealism. Just four years later, after making total asses out of themselves and after doing everything possible to put President Trump on a bookshelf someplace, they gave the House, the Senate and the White House back to the leftist Democrats without a whimper!   

 

There are those who would argue that the Democrats stole the election. The truth of the matter is that the Republicans allowed them to get away with it! All they did was to blow spoke up everyone’s ass!    

 

They’re now acting as if their base will come loyally back to them again and they will reclaim the House in 2022. 

 

Not with MY vote, they won’t!

 

I’m done with them!

 

It’s disgraceful! It’s un-American! It’s treasonous what has happened to us! They sold out America, and they damned well do not deserve my vote… ever again!

Executive Orders Are Not Law

The way Joe Biden and the Democrat Mafia would have you believe, an Executive Order issued by them is the law of the land, which you had better damned-well comply with. Well, that’s simply not true. 

 

Laws are promulgated as Bills only by the Congress or a State Legislature; once signed by the President or the Governor, they become law. The courts, whether State or Federal, interpret the laws and apply the penalties for violation or the mandates contained therein.  A court interpretation will have a bearing on how the law is applied.  Where a matter of dispute not covered by a law comes before a court and the court decides the matter, that decision becomes precedent and acts as the law until overturned by a higher court or replaced by a law. That’s the essence of it. 

 

So, just what is an Executive Order?  

 

The President is charged with applying and administering the laws.  He has an inherent power to issue orders to his agencies and staff to accomplish that responsibility. Those “Executive Orders only apply to government officials and agencies under his control. So, when he issues an Executive Order ordering all flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of somebody, Joe Blow in Tuscaloosa, Utah can ignore it.

 

In the same vein, when Uncle Joe issues an Executive Order prohibiting the possession of an AR-15, only government employees or agencies have to comply.  If you choose to comply, that’s up to you.  If Uncle Joe wants to make you comply, he has to ask Congress to bass a Bill, he has to sign it… and it then becomes law... 

 

Unless the federal court system rules that law to be unconstitutional. 

 

So there, Uncle Joe! Take your far-reaching, zealous Executive Orders and stick ‘em where the sun don’t shine.

Two Days After Impeachment Debacle, The Screws Get Tightened Even More!

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said yesterday that Congress will establish an independent, Sept. 11-style commission to look into the deadly insurrection that took place at the U.S. Capitol. The “investigation” has already been described being a political inquisition into one Donald J. Trump and his criminal culpability in the January 6^th “riots.”    

 

It may take several years before the results are final. 

 

In the same breath, Pelosi said in a letter to Democratic colleagues that the House will also put forth supplemental spending to boost security at the Capitol.

 

If this doesn’t smack of a Fascist takeover of the United States, what does?
