In what seems to me to be a last-ditch effort to remain relevant, Barack Hussein Obama announced yesterday that he is enacting "stringent" new gun control laws, whether America likes it or not. But upon closer examination, his rhetoric falls flat.
While early previews of his announcement would have you believe that every handgun in America was going to be required to be a "smart gun," the fact is that only law enforcement agencies would be subjected to his edict: in order to buy or sell a hand gun, it would be required to be a "smart gun." Otherwise, I guess there is no federal funding available to your law enforcement agency... that's how he makes such things stick.
But, he's greatly increasing the risk of injury or death to every law enforcement officer affected. I say that because... well, you're reading this on a computer or tablet: how many times has it malfunctioned? And you know as well as I do that the only time a computer gets stubborn is when you're in the middle of something urgent and important.
A "smart gun" is supposed to be computer-driven. It's claimed that it will prevent an unauthorized person from firing it. So, there's the cop, confronting terrorism in the streets of America, pulling his gun and discovering that it has a "glitch." Maybe it needs to be rebooted? Maybe it's time for a software update? Tell that to the bad guy, who is using a regular, old-style Glock 23.
Once again, Obama has proven himself to be unworthy of possessing enough common sense to run a dog pound, let alone the United States Government.
Thank God that the end to his idiocracy is at hand... only seven more months to go.

TRUMP'S SPEECH: RIGHT ON!
SPECIAL POST
I listened to most of Donald Trump's first major address to the nation yesterday as the "presumptive" Republican Party presidential nominee.
Frankly, regardless of what the pundits and the anti-Trump camps would wish for, I thought it was a good speech. He laid out his general, overall foreign policy and did not... as he shouldn't... get into details. When you're dealing with such things, you're much better off as president to play your cards close to your vest; talk general overall policy, but keep the details to yourself. What is necessary to be successful in achieving your goals and complying with your policy is just as subject to change as is the direction of the wind.
I'm not going to go into picking apart what he had to say, as is everyone else. You need to step back and get a better perspective of the overall picture... how the pieces of the puzzle fit together. I was impressed with the demeanor, the tone and the tenor of what he had to say and how he said it.
It's like a breath of fresh air just blew through the streets of Washington. I'm sure both the Republican and the Democrat establishments are shaking in their sneakers.

HILLARY'S PRICEY SPEECHES
SPECIAL POST
There's been a lot of ink devoted to trying to get at the transcripts of speeches made by Hillary Clinton to Goldman Sachs and other financial powerhouses... speeches that she now refuses to release transcripts of. We're now learning that Ms. Clinton rejected allowing her audiences to have their cell phones on, to take pictures or to use recording devices during her speeches, which usually netted $225,000 each plus expenses. And for the first time, the companies paying for the speeches banned the press from attending.
Don't these actions on the part of Clinton underscore the fact that we definitely do not need her in the White House?

CRUZ, KASICH BECOME OFFICIAL RNC ATTACK DOGS
SPECIAL POST
I suggested the other day that I felt the RNC was funding both Cruz and Kasich in a desperate attempt to keep Trump from getting to 1,237 delegates going into the Republican Convention. How else, I reasoned, could they be getting the funding to keep their campaigns alive?
Now, it's out in the open. Cruz and Kasich have cut a deal in which they have dropped all pretense of seeking the presidency and out-rightly announced that their only purpose now is to keep Trump from reaching his goal. So what do they expect in return for this tremendous time and effort on their part? Well, it has to be a darned good reward and that makes it obvious: If Cruz and Kasich will keep Trump from his 1,237, that throws the convention into contention and the "establishment" will allow and engineer it so that Cruz and Kasich gain the party's nomination.
By way of further conjecture, since the RNC establishment has no real love for Cruz either and arguing that Kasich stands the best chance against Clinton, Kasich will top the ticket.
How obvious can it be that the "establishment" has no intention of cleaning up its act? If they succeed in pulling this off... making winners out of two losers... there is going to be absolutely no change in the way they treat Americans or in the shabby way they conduct their duties in Congress.
Trump supporters need to really pull together now and, for the sake of the future of our country, they need to do everything possible to solidify their vote and put the evildoers in their places.

U.S. National Missile Defenses.
The satellites are orbiting at an altitude of 300 miles with trajectories that put them daily over the U.S.

SICK AND DEPRAVED: THE RESTROOM QUESTION AND MORE
I've had it up to here with all of this politically correct horseshit. The plain and simple fact of the matter is this: if you are going to allow your wife, fiancee, girlfriend, mother, sister or daughter to go into a restroom that may be occupied by a male, whether you know him or not, you are out of your ever lovin' gourd. Furthermore, if you are going to allow any slick-talking politician, liberal, bureaucrat or other jackass to tell you that you are wrong on this stance, then you are sick and deranged.
If you are going to allow a man to open his fly and piss in the open in your downtown public streets, you have lost all sense of decency and morality, whether you live in San Francisco or not.
If you are going to allow any partisan drum beater to tell you that you cannot fly the American flag, display a cross in your yard or pray in public, then you're not an American. And if you're going to allow a politician, bureaucrat or judge to tell you that you cannot publicly voice your opinion about Muslims, gays, felons, illegals, radical Islamic terrorists or anything else that comes to mind... then you are no better than a weenie... a political zombie.
Period, case closed, end of the story.

ATTACKS ON RELIGOUS FREEDOM INTENSIFY
SPECIAL POST
A lay minister for the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Georgia was fired from his job with the Georgia Department of Public Health in 2014 because of something he said in a sermon. Sermon topics preached by Dr. Eric Walsh included “following God, having compassion on the poor, health, marriage, sexuality, world religions, science, creationism, and more.” Walsh is now suing the State of Georgia.
Both the Constitutional rights of free speech and religious liberty have been transgressed. The day is here... upon us... when people of religious faith are going to have to stand up and literally fight for their rights, right here in America.

CRUZ & KASICH: THE MONEY TRAIL
SPECIAL POST
Tuesday's New York elections settled one thing: Ted Cruz can no longer win the Republican nomination on the first ballot. Of course, John Kasich was eliminated almost from the beginning. Now then, they've both just emphatically reiterated that they're not getting out of the race.
That raises two questions: (1) Why are they not getting out, and (2) where are they getting the money to finance their continued campaigns? The answers to these questions are very much tied together.
Keep in mind that the Republican establishment is doing anything and everything to keep Trump out. Also keep in mind that the most viable way to reach that goal is to keep Trump from going into Cleveland with 1,237 or more delegates. It's obvious that the establishment has keep both Cruz and Kasich in play, hoping that between them they can garner enough delegates from the remaining states to keep Trump from getting his number.
So, now we know the why; let's talk about the money. Campaigns eat up an enormous amount of money... hotel stays, travel expenses, ads, staff, lawyers. From a practical standpoint, who on earth is going to contribute to a candidate who can't win?
The only logical conclusion here is that the Republican establishment... the RNC and Republican-controlled PACs... are funding Cruz and Kasich. And in the same breath, they're asking Trump supporters and even Trump himself to donate to the RNC.
Anybody ready for some lemon pie?

OBAMACARE TAKES A BIG HIT
SPECIAL POST
As reported here over the past few months, United Health Care has been considering dropping out of some ObamaCare health exchanges due to continuing losses by the company. Now, after further analyzing the situation, UHC has announced it is getting out of almost all of the exchanges. This move will leave many exchanges with only one insurer.
What's worse, Aetna is getting completely out as the few remaining insurers report drastic reductions in income.
It appears that ObamaCare is about to implode, unless..... the government raises rates and taxes.
I don't know about you, but I think we're getting raped.

AMERICA'S HEALTH CARE OUTRAGE
SPECIAL POST
It's a fact: medical providers are leaving the industry in droves. Costs are skyrocketing for medical insurance, ObamaCare, prescriptions, dental care and vision care. Real income has declined for most Americans since 2008 and as a result of all of this, people are having to make real choices about whether to see the dentist, pay for health insurance, go to the doctor, put food on the table or buy the kids a new pair of shoes.
As medical providers retire or fold up their practices, both the availability of care and the quality of care are suffering. The sales pitch of ObamaCare, that premium costs would go down and more people would be covered, was a total fabrication and misrepresentation.
What's worse is that nobody in Congress seems to have any thoughts about resolving these issues. Now that Obama has successfully shoved his plan down the throats of tens of millions of unwilling Americans, no one in Congress wants to step up to the plate and get this monster under control.
It seems that everyone on The Hill is so busy trying to stop Trump that they can't get any real work done.

THE TRUTH ABOUT 9/11
SPECIAL POST
We've always believed that we ran the government of this country and that the government reported to us. Therefore, it stands to reason that the government owes it to us to tell us the truth.
Well, hold on to your knickers because... we've been lied to... again.
After that horrific day on September 11, 2001 when the World Trade Center came down in flames, there was a big investigation to determine just who was responsible and who might be implicated beyond the hijackers. The resulting report was sealed... just as was the report the Kennedy assassination, I might add.
There are 28 pages of the report which are now scheduled to be declassified and released to the public. Rumor has it that the funding to finance the 9/11 attacks came from, or at least through, the Saudi government... a rumor that has consistently been denied by the Saudi Arabian government and Washington. But, there is speculation that those 28 pages will reveal the truth... that the Saudis were indeed complicitly involved.
Now, if that is not true, then the Saudis have nothing to worry about; but, they are screaming bloody epithets. The problem is is multi-faceted: (1) they fear we might seize their assets located in this country and are threatening to sell them if Washington releases those documents; (2) there would be some economic turmoil if they sell their hundred of billions of dollars worth of U.S. holdings; (3) they could shut down, or greatly reduce their oil exports, creating a worldwide shortage of oil and resulting problems; (4) Americans might justifiably want to hold those who covered up the Saudi involvement to go to jail, and (5) a severing of ties between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia could result, thereby further destabilizing the Middle East.
God forbid the citizens of this country would ever want to hold politicians responsible for their duty to be honest and truthful with us. No wonder the winds of change are blowing down the streets of Washington.

RNC, COLORADO GOP MIRED IN DEEP ANTI-TRUMP CONSPIRACY?
BREITBART is reporting: "Volunteers at the Colorado Republican Assembly are coming forward
with evidence to indicate that their state’s delegate selection process
was riddled with errors that disadvantaged some Donald Trump supporters
who were running to become national delegates."
The report goes on to say: "'I’m the former Chairman of the Pueblo County Republican Party and the person who developed the Slates for National Delegates for the Trump team. The Colorado GOP website was filled with errors posted about the National Delegates,' Becky Mizel told Breitbart News." Many candidates were assigned incorrect numbers, thereby confusing the vote.
As result of irregularities, would-be Trump delegates were denied the opportunity to become appointed as delegates and "the errors could have violated state bylaws significantly enough that some of the results could be contested, according to the volunteers."
It also appears that, sensing an opportunity existed to change the Colorado rules, the RNC actively participated in a scheme to do so last year, before those rules were changed and in a direct effort to sideline Trump's candidacy.
And the RNC hierarchy wonders why membership is madder than hell?
Right now, we have a job to do and that is to get the White House back into our control. Next, we have to take those dirty, rotten bastards in charge of the Republican Party who think they run American politics out to the woodshed.

200 MILLION FEMALE FETUSES KILLED
SPECIAL POST
Women’s Rights Without Frontiers, a human-rights group, has testified before Congress that abortion clinics are targeting female fetuses for elimination. The United Nations estimates that some 200 million women are “demographically missing” in the world today due to sex-selective abortion. This number is greater than all the casualties of all the wars of the twentieth century combined.
What's next in our Godless world? Will they start aborting fetuses of Christian parents?
How sick and depraved can this world become?

GLOBAL WARMING AND GARDENING IN CLEVELAND
SPECIAL POST
Signs are blossoming this spring with predictions of an ugly showdown at the GOP National Convention in Cleveland in the summer. Top-ranked party members are already jumping their sinking ship.
Jeb Bush has just announced that he won't be attending and Kelly Ayotte isn't likely to show her face, either. Other names are popping out of the ground like weeds, vowing not to attend.
Obviously, the Republican hierarchy is in disarray and starting to feel some shame. Maybe they're starting to smell their own fertilizer.

DECEPTION 101
SPECIAL POST
I've always believed in American democracy, but what is playing out now on the political scene of our country is disgusting.
Both major political parties have rigged the system so that our votes don't count. The Democrats assign hundreds of freelance delegates who have no obligation to vote for a presidential candidate just because he or she gets the most votes. The Republicans, like the Democrats, allow individual states to determine how their delegates will be chosen. In Colorado, for example, members of the Republican party were given no opportunity to express their wishes as to who the candidate should be.
The ability for either party to change the rules in the middle of the process is also absurd. In fact, either party hierarchy has the ability to manipulate the selection of the party's nominee, thereby ignoring the wishes of the electorate altogether.
And WE allow this to happen?

THE CLINTON "INVESTIGATIONS"
SPECIAL POST
The FBI and Congress have investigating Hillary and Benghazi ever since September 13, 2012... just two days after the massacre by terrorists occurred. We still don't have any answers... not one. The only thing positive that has happened since those investigations began is the "discovery" in March of 2015 that Hillary was not using official U.S. State Department email channels for her communications. The truth is that it was common knowledge in Washington circles that Hillary had her own server, as far back as 2009.
In July of 2015, the FBI started to look at the Clinton emails with interest, dedicating over 100 agents to the task of investigating the matter; today, about ten months later, the number of agents involved is estimated at 147. That's a considerable amount of investigative resource involved... but we still don't have any answers. Yet, every day that passes, Clinton gets closer to winning the Democrat nomination for president and she's showing no signs of slowing down.
After all of this time and effort, one can only conclude that there is one big dog and pony show, played with smoke and mirrors, being perpetrated upon the American public. It's like a big carny game, and you and I are the suckers. It defies every form of logic to suggest that we don't have any answers yet.
If all of this is true, the FBI is permeated with some of the most inept, ill-trained investigative agents in the history of mankind.
That's MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectively submitted.

I.S.I.S. CAMP 8 MILES FROM OUR BORDER!!!
SPECIAL POST
JUDICIAL WATCH has discovered an I.S.I.S. camp just across the border from El Paso, Texas and Columbus, New Mexico and near Ciudad Juarez. The camp is associated with and has assistance from Mexican drug cartels. Another I.S.I.S. camp is located nearby at Puerto Palomas.
JUDICIAL WATCH reports: "Coyotes engaged in human smuggling – and working for Juárez Cartel – help move ISIS terrorists through the desert and across the border between Santa Teresa and Sunland Park, New Mexico. To the east of El Paso and Ciudad Juárez, cartel-backed ‘coyotes’ are also smuggling ISIS terrorists through the porous border between Acala and Fort Hancock, Texas. These specific areas were targeted for exploitation by ISIS because of their understaffed municipal and county police forces, and the relative safe-havens the areas provide for the unchecked large-scale drug smuggling that was already ongoing."
It is an outrage that this news has not made the front page of every newspaper in the country. This, to be blunt, is scary shit.

NO MORE GUN FREE ZONES
Like you, I've had enough with with all of these shootings going on. We need to change things.
The proposition that getting rid of guns will end gun crimes in this country is as ludicrous as the suggestion that getting rid of booze will put an end to drunk drivers on the highways. Now think about this: smart drivers who are worried about getting their compact car into a collision with a truck relieve their concerns by going out and buying bigger and safer vehicles. So, if you're worried about gun crime, why not go out and buy yourself a cannon?
It's a fact: well over over 80% of terrorist or mass gun shootings occur in gun-free zones. I mean schools, military or government facilities... If a potential shooter knows that a particular area is less likely to be infested with people who own guns, it makes common sense to him or her to make that a target area. Criminals may be dumb, but they're not stupid.
The bureaucrats and politicians who think that making an area into a gun-free zone don't understand the problem: guns don't shoot by themselves. You can outlaw the guns and you can outlaw the criminals, but the criminals don't care about your silly-assed rules. So, judging by the stats, everyone in this country should be made to own a gun, know how to shoot it and be required to carry it wherever they go...and gun-free zones should be eliminated for those who have a concealed carry permit.
That move puts a realistic barrier between the criminal or terrorist shooter and the law-abiding citizen. The next move is to start addressing the underlying social issues that create the problem in the first place.

CAN TRUMP STILL WIN?
SPECIAL POST
After The Donald took his shellacking in Wisconsin, he capped off two weeks of bad mistakes leading up to that primary by basically thumbing his nose at Wisconsin voters and heading back to New York to lick his wounds... without even extending the courtesy of an election night rally speech. Word promptly started leaking out that his campaign staff was in serious disarray
In the days after the Wisconsin primary, Trump's negatives jumped into the high 60% range... as much as 68% in one poll. And his national poll standings have begun to slide, meaning that his chances of walking into the Cleveland convention with the nomination all sewed up are rapidly dimming. The Republican establishment is, to say the least, drooling at the mouth.
There's been some speculation that Trump and Cruz could sew everything up if only they would come together and unite. The big problem is that neither one wants to be vice-president; in fact, Cruz has never been known to be a team player and is unlikely to give any ground in order to accommodate a Republican win against the Democrats in November.
Every political wag pretty much agrees that Trump will not snag the nomination unless he wins it on the first ballot in Cleveland. Until he makes some drastic changes in the way he is conducting himself during this campaign, unless he can substantially reduce his negatives and reverse the declining poll numbers... it could well be that Trump will not be building any walls along the Mexican border.

PLANNED PATRENTHOOD CRISIS GETS UGLIER
SPECIAL POST
California Attorney General Kamala Harris, a firm believer in abortions, ordered the State Department of Justice to raid the home of David Daleiden Tuesday night and to seize all of the videos taken by Daleiden in the exposure of Planned Parenthood's illegal selling of fetal body parts last year. Planned Parenthood reportedly contributed tens of thousands of dollars to Harris' political coffers during her last run for office.
The fact that this overt violation of Daleiden's First Amendment rights and a probable violation of his protections against illegal search and seizure has gone virtually unmentioned in the media is testimony to the proposition that democracy in this country no longer exists.
It is also a blunt, in-your-face statement that religious beliefs in America are in direct conflict with the agenda of the existing politburo.

ABOUT OBAMA'S COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS
SPECIAL POST
Obama is complaining because American corporations are not only moving their jobs overseas, but now they're moving their corporate offices overseas as well, thereby avoiding the highest corporate tax rates in the world... America's.
So, how does he intend to deal with the problem? Well, he's going to add more taxes, of course.
No wonder he doesn't want his college transcripts released to the public.

REAL CLEAR POLITICS
SPECIAL POST
It's interesting to note that every politico who has come out against Trump has everything to lose and nothing to gain if he wins the presidency.
It's also interesting to note that if every politico currently in power were to be kicked out of Washington, the country's problems would undoubtedly be solved.

BYE BYE GOP: RYAN FOR PRESIDENT
SPECIAL POST
As you know, there is a move afoot to deny those who have participated in the primaries and caucuses by scrubbing the entire slate of potential nominees at an "open," but much contested Republican convention. More than one party elitist has been heard to say, "They [the members] think they have the right to choose the candidate, but the party officials have that right. Read the constitution and by-laws."
Over the weekend, several party "voices" including Alex Castellanos ventured forth to say that Paul Ryan is who the delegates really want.
This exactly the same tactic the hierarchy used in 2008 to pick John McCain against the wishes of the Republican base and in 2012 to pick Mitt Romney... again against the wishes of the party base.
The difference is that this time, totally fed up with the refusal of Republicans in Congress to listen to the will of the people, the party members are not going to sit still any longer and allow democracy to take a back seat in the election and governmental processes. Such a move will mean the actual end of the Republican Party; it will cease to exist and it will implode. I, for example, will not vote for Ryan or Cruz; I will sit at home first.
The problem here is that those in charge of the party know that, but they seem bound and determined to exercise their autonomous authorities anyway.

REPUBLICAN PARTY IS WORTHLESS
Longtime Republican activist and FOX NEWS contributor Karl Rove has come out and advocated that the GOP drop all three... Trump, Cruz and Kasich... presidential candidates and select a new face, (presumably Paul Ryan).
Rove epitomizes the elitist establishment thinking of the Republican party. They are willing to totally ignore their own processes for choosing nominees and to literally piss on the wishes of those who have gone to the polls and caucuses to vote for the candidates of their choice. Once again, the Republican Party has proven that it would prefer to allow a Clinton or a Sanders to win in November as opposed to allowing a candidate that the hierarchy cannot totally control win the nomination according to the will of the voters.
The Republican Party and its illustrious establishment can go straight to hell... skip the hand basket.

TRUMP IS CORRECT ON NUKES
SPECIAL POST
Donald Trump says Japan and South Korea should be allowed to have nukes. Although he's created quite a stir with that stance, I think he's correct.
Of course, the White House was quick to dump on Trump, insisting that nuclear proliferation is not in the best interests of world peace. I happen to agree with that statement also, but here's the fact: Obama has allowed both Iranian and North Korean nuclear projects to go forward; how can he have the gall to say in the same breath that South Korea and Japan have no right to defend themselves against the threat of nuclear attack by getting nukes?
The real answer here, of course, is to take out both North Korea's and Iran's nuclear facilities. That would put an end to the question and be the right solution. But, since Obama refuses to do that and Congress refuses to stand up to Obama, the next best solution is to allow South Korea, Japan and even Saudi Arabia to have nukes themselves.
Trump has nailed it again.
