For years, even decades, the left-wing, anti-American faction of our society has been steadily and relentlessly chipping away at religious freedom. The First Amendment to the Constitution reads: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." From this, it is clear that we Americans have the individual rights to choose the religion(s) with which we will associate and to practice the tenets thereof.
Yet, the Congress and the courts have been allowing the agendas of the anti-Americans to take precedence over those Amendment provisions. The big issue today, of course, is whether or not the right of religious freedom can be trumped by state and federal laws placing gay rights above the Constitutional guarantees. While that is the major issue of the day, other rights such as the right to pray in public, the right to pray before a peaceful assembly and the right to display religious artifacts have also been overruled by the anti-religious zealots and their liberal cohorts in Congress, legislatures and the courts.
It is a breath of fresh air that a proactive state government in Indiana has taken the bull by the horns and enacted its Religious Freedom Restoration Act. Religious teachings from a multitude of religions form the fundamental basis upon which this country was founded. Those who are now raising hell over its enactment wear their anti-American agendas on their sleeves, and the time has come for we who believe in our heritage to stand up and be counted before our beloved country is destroyed from within.

When Obama and Kerry announce they have reached a deal with Iran that leaves the door open for Iran to get nuclear weapons, just what do you think you or anyone else is going to do about it?

Iran is saying that there is no way they will agree to any deal on their nuclear program if such deal is put in writing. Obama and Kerry nevertheless insist on proceeding full-steam-ahead in a concerted effort to get the deal.
In the first place, historical experience teaches us that any deal with Iran is worthless whether it is written or not. But nobody... nobody... in today's world has an agreement with anybody... anybody... unless such agreement is not only in writing, but witnessed by twenty-nine notaries and fourteen priests and the Pope. I heard a Member of Congress say the other day that he now questions Obama's mental ability to be our president; I agree.
It doesn't matter where he was born or that he has a phony social security number. What does seem to matter is that he has a law degree from a prestigious American University and yet displays no realistic concept of the Constitution or the simple workings and requirements of daily conduct in a world full of legal pitfalls.
Am I actually suggesting that he's lost his mind? Yes. I believe he is psychotic to the point of being unable to recognize any semblance of reality. Sadly, the only other reasonable explanation for his ludicrous behavior is that he is a radical Muslim hellbent on the destruction of America.
Either way, every minute of every day that we allow Barack Hussein Obama to occupy the White House is somewhat akin to allowing a psycho co-pilot to fly a plane load of unsuspecting passengers over the French Alps. Of course, the stark reality is that you and I are the passengers.

Tongue in cheek, I said months ago that the smart move in the Middle East would be to let them all fight it out among themselves and, after the conflagration was over, to go in and nuke the survivors. It now appears that Obama has taken my advice so far; in a matter of a few simple months, the Middle East has descended into almost total anarchy. So, Obama seems to have implemented that part of my plan.
I am a tad concerned, however: he's decided to leave 9,800 troops in Afghanistan and that doesn't fit my scenario. As for the nuking bit, Obama will plan to leave that dirty deed for the next president to accomplish.
Please pass me a beer; this is going to be a thrilling movie, isn't it?

The United States shut Israel out in 2012 regarding any and all information about the ongoing nuclear negotiations between the U.S. and Iran. So, Israel started spying on the negotiations. Now, Obama and his thugs are upset that Netanyahu used information gained as a result of that spying to lobby Congress against the forthcoming agreement.
So, Netanyahu doesn't trust Obama? Who does? It is a well-known fact that Obama lies through his teeth and, when caught, he gets arrogant and haughty. If Obama ever tells the truth about anything, who will believe him?
Frankly, I'm ashamed to live in a country that tolerates Obama's belligerent and untrustworthy behavior. By allowing him to continue in this manner, we are no better than he is; we are complicit.

The Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal of a court ruling that allows Wisconsin's voter identification laws to stand. From now on, Wisconsin voters will have to show I.D. before casting their ballots.
The price of beef is likely going down, as Progressive activists in Wisconsin and across the country are having cows.
Every state in the nation needs to look at the Wisconsin law as being a model template. We have every right in the world to ask voters to prove their citizenship before participating in our electoral process.

Sixteen top national intelligence agencies have begun preparations for World War III, citing the rising violence and decay of civilization in the Middle East as being the cause. It has been speculated that such a war could begin within the next six months.
Granted, the forces of evil all seem to be converging in the Middle East. Not only are terrorist organizations such as I.S.I.L. on the rampage, but we are all now aware that much of the unrest and terrorism is being fostered by Iran. What hasn't been making the news is that Russia and China both have interests in the area because they both want access to the abundant oil; Putin has been warning Obama to stay out of it.
It would seem that the Middle East tinderbox is one step closer to becoming a total firestorm; the events in Yemen don't help because we had to evacuate some of our best intelligence sources from there over the weekend. We must understand that with each passing day, the odds of a missile being lobbed into Israel increase; the odds of an incursion into Israel are realistically at an all-time high. And if Israel is attacked, especially while Obama sits on the sidelines, you can bet they will retaliate with vengeance.
Once the match is struck and the fuse is lit, both Russia and China are certainly going to start sending more military supplies into the area, while the U.S. and Europe cannot help but be drawn into it, simply from the standpoint of world security.
This could all have been avoided, of course, had we elected to keep a strong presence in the area. Now, it seems that Obama's quest to withdraw U.S. troops and proclaim peace in the Middle East has, by his dilly-dallying, turned into an ominous turmoil of violent winds.

Don't think that the idea of Amazon.com delivering packages through the use of drones fell on deaf ears; the Mexican drug cartel is employing the use of drones to ship drugs across the Mexican border. Thugs have also been caught using drones to scope out affluent houses and businesses for the purpose of planning burglaries.
Once your mind starts down this path, it becomes easy to imagine scenarios where a drone could be put to bad use. Window peeping? Filming porno movies? You can even see a drone hanging over a bank teller's window with a loudspeaker demanding that the teller fork over the money or be shot.
The really neat thing from a crook's point of view is that you can use a drone to perform nefarious tasks and you don't have to expose yourself or your location in order to do it.
Drones are fairly cheap to acquire and retrofit for a variety of purposes. You could, for example, fish your favorite spot without hiking ten miles back into the forest to reach it. You could use one to spy on your spouse or to herd your cows.
It seems as if every time technology offers up a new product that can benefit mankind, evil forces can also make use of it. The next thing we know, Obama will be using drones to snatch our guns from our closets.

B.O.: The American press, the Congress and the American people are complaining that I haven't called to congratulate you on your reelection.
Bibi: That's nice.
B.O.: So, congratulations.
Bibi: Thanks.
B.O.: Is there anything else you'd like to talk about?
Bibi: Yes, about those nukes they're building in Iran.
B.O.: I'd love to discuss that, but I've got a tee time at Andrews.
Bibi: Oh.
B.O.: We'll talk again soon. Bye now.

I said way back in 2010 when the several tea parties were thriving that they needed to coalesce and to become a political party, with candidates, or they were going to die.
Here we are in 2015 and they did not come together and have not fielded any political candidates. In fact, their memberships are dwindling rapidly. Some have already become defunct and those which haven't are so busy trying to raise survival money that they can't attend to business anymore.
Neither major political party is responding to the will of the people. We patriotic Americans have become disenfranchised: we don't have any viable organization to speak up for us.
Sadly, my prediction was right. Once our only hope, the Tea Parties, have now failed us.

Hussein in the White House is well-known for his penchant for getting even with anyone and everyone who crosses him or his edicts. He's also known for his hatred of Benjamin Netanyahu, a foreign leader who dares to question the president's motives and handling of the Iranian nuclear crisis. So, no one was surprised at Hussein's hissie over the House invitation for Obama to speak earlier this month. And, when Netanyahu had the sheer temerity to accept without Hussein's permission, all of the commodes in the White House flushed at once.
Hence, not only a full-court-press by Hussein and his minions to discredit both Netanyahu and John Boehner, but an overt payback seems to have been put in motion: Hussein's State Department now stands subject to Congressional investigation to determine whether or not it is true that U.S. taxpayer money was illegally funneled by way of a government grants process to organizations actively engaged in the defeat of Netanyahu during this week's Israeli elections. In fact, it is well known that Obama sent several of his top campaign officials to Israel to provide assistance to Netanyahu's opponents.
It doesn't take an astute political observer to understand that Hussein and Company are totally enraged over Netanyahu's successful reelection.
So, it is equally natural for me to pose the question: Does this now mean that the C.I.A. could be actively engaged in a plot to assassinate Netanyahu?
Of course, I'll be widely criticized for mentioning the possibility but, under the circumstances I have no choice but to pose the question. Besides, given the psychotic attitude of Hussein about things, can we in good conscience rule out the possibility?

I've always been of the opinion that punishment should be dealt out on the "eye for an eye and hand for a hand" basis. If you murder somebody, you should get the death penalty.
That being said, now comes the argument as to whether or not someone who has been sentenced to death is entitled to be put to death by politically correct and "humane" methods. Typically speaking, the offender hasn't delivered his murder by humane means; they rape, they beat, they stab and quite often use painful poison or a shotgun.
Well, what's the purpose of the death penalty, anyway? There are actually two: (1) to deliver a penalty for the commission of the crime and (2) to deter others from committing a murder. How can you deter someone when you deliver the death penalty penalty in a sanitary room, far removed from public view? And what is it with this attitude of, "While he's waiting, he can have conjugal visits and as many heart bypasses or sex-change operations as he wants?"
If it were up to me, I'd still be hanging these convicts in front of the local court house at high noon, where everybody in town can see it.
Now comes the State of Utah and its dilemma of how to do the dirty deed. They've been using death by lethal injection, but had to stop when the proper chemicals became unavailable. So, rather than keeping the convicts from piling up on death row, they opted to go back to the days of the firing squad and they've been widely criticized for that. "We're going back to barbarism," I heard one commentator lament.
Good God! If the guy has been convicted of murder and exhausted his appeals, get it over with. Kill him and quit wasting the taxpayer's money. Granted, putting him in a pen and starving him to death is going too far but, any means which is quick and decisive is fine by me.
Besides, we need more room in our hoosegows for political prisoners.

It's a holy Jihad, declared by I.S.I.S. and the rest of the radical Muslim world against Christians in general and the United States in particular that we are facing. And we have a president who adamantly refuses to acknowledge that fact. To be sure, Obama doesn't seem to be interested at all.
If Obama and Kerry get their way, they will sign a "deal" with Iran which will allow that country to proceed with nuclear weapons, and they are very close to having them right now. Our "leaders" will continue to refuse to go after I.S.I.S. as if they were determined to rid this earth of that scum and I.S.I.S. will continue to grow and metastasize until its reign of terror permeates every corner of the world including America.
You could get a telephone call soon, telling you that your son or daughter has just had their head lopped off in the schoolyard. We could wake up any day now to the news that Iran has nuked Tel-Aviv. That is how close we are to being right in the middle of a religious world war; it could happen any day.
There are those of us, including some top network executives in high places in this country, who suspect that Obama is actually on the side of radical Islam. It occurs to me that until we Christians and Jews become willing to stand up and put a stop to all of this, we are but sitting ducks, waiting to die.

I don't know that I'm going to be able to post daily for awhile, but this is a start. Laying in a hospital bed while attached to multitudes of electronic leads, oxygen and nitrogen while unable to move or watch TV gives you plenty of time to contemplate your navel.... as well as your history and the real state of the Union.
It strikes me that we Americans have traditionally participated in our government: we've paid attention to what is being said and done in Washington and we've not hesitated to voice our opinions to our Congressional representatives and our friends and relatives. But, when I examine the current state of the Union, I discover that Americans have by-and-large decided that they don't want to be bothered with it all anymore. We've become desensitized to the flagrant corruption, the lies and the scandals to the point that it is no longer even politically correct to discuss our government or its leaders in an open forum.
It's as if half the country is disgusted with what our government has become and the other half has just simply given up and surrendered. So, Clinton has been obstructing truth and justice and hiding and deleting emails; Barack is going to take his Iranian deal to the United Nations and bypass the Senate; the I.R.S. is still targeting people and organizations and the N.S.A. has bugged our computers and smart phones. Yawn.
Some of us gripe and complain and still manage to squeeze out an occasional email to our Congressman, but most of us get up and walk out of the room when the news comes on. I submit to you that we have surrendered our rights to a government of the people, by the people and for the people and that by that surrender we have set ourselves up to enable Krushchev's prediction to come true: we are a nation that will fall from within.
In fact, we have reached that very precipice and we seem bound and determined to jump in.
Well, somebody... some great American patriot... needs to do something positive pretty damned soon or we're all going to become toast.

This may sound inflammatory, but hear me out.
The Democrats and the country got so enthusiastic about electing a black president that they never properly vetted him, and look at what we got. Now, there's a rush to elect the first female president and we seem to have the blinders on again.
This is the most important job in the world. I don't care whether they are green, black, brown, Jewish, reptilian, female, or charismatic. What I do care about is that they are qualified for the job, a patriotic American, a leader and not afraid to make the tough decisions.
Anything else is immaterial, extraneous and not a subject for consideration.

History will bear me out: we should have kept our noses out of the Middle East for many decades. They've been butchering each other since Biblical times, so let them. But, we had to stick our noses into it and where did it get us? The one thing they all do agree on is that that they hate our guts.
What a fine kettle of stew we got ourselves into.
Now, they all smell blood; they all know we are weak and that now is the to unite and strike, before Obama leaves. We may have allies in Israel, Egypt, Jordan and maybe Saudi Arabia. The rest are already gravitating at a rapid pace toward ganging up on America. And you know that Russia and China are prodding them.
So, how does this all add up to you?
Frankly, it scares the hell out of me.

President Barack Hussein Obama threatened Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last year that if Israel conducted a planned bombing attack on Iran's nuclear facilities, U.S. planes would be ordered to shoot the Israeli Air Force out of the sky.

Now, I hold this truth to be self-evident: Obama is protecting Iran.
Netanyahu, in his speech to Congress, not only laid out his case with eloquence, but he also put the onus on Obama: If the United States does not stand with Israel against Iran, Israel will go ahead and act alone. In other words, Obama is on notice that he can't complain if Israel acts and he had better not be shooting down any Israeli planes.
Your move, Barack; just be careful of the bishop and the queen.

The sawed-off little runt affectionately known as Kim Jong Un of North Korea is ordering his troops to prepare for war with the United States.
Evidently, he is desperate for attention during a period of time when the entire world is focused on the Middle East and I.S.I.S.
What concerns me most is the possibility that Obama might now draw another "red line," this time between North Korea and South Korea.

It has been an endless litany of failure; Congress simply is de facto defunct. The only two things they are able to do successfully is: (1) make asses out of themselves, (2) accuse each other of being asses.
It hasn't been any different when Obama had control of both houses of Congress, when he had control of only the Senate, or now when he controls neither house; Congress is not important anymore, although they are impotent. Congress is all talk and no action. They do all agree with Obama on one thing and one thing only: when the heat is on, it's time to get out of town for a vacation. These guys have more punts than all of the pro football teams in the country put together.
In the meanwhile, Obama has been successfully using this continued dysfunction to skirt the Constitution and commit tyranny. He should open a dress shop.
The Republicans have had endless and countless investigations into wrongdoings and have yet, after over six years, managed to complete any one of them; they have been successfully stymied at every turn. What's worse is that they don't seem to mind. In fact, in the last few days more and more of them have been shrugging their shoulders and promising, "Just wait until 2016." Well, we waited until 2010, 2012 and 2014; what's going to be different about 2016? Is Tiny Tim going to go tiptoeing through the tulips?
The Democrats have proven themselves to be anti-American. Anytime a poll shows that Americans are solidly for or against some pending legislative matter, the Democrats insist on taking the opposite position. I'd almost be willing to bet that if we all said they should get a raise, they'd vote in a pay cut.
It seems to me we may as well put Congress on unpaid vacation until 2016 and let Obama do whatever he wants. As long as he is going to get his way, what do we need this Congress for? Let's save the money and use it for buying up a bunch of sand for us to stick our collective heads into.
