The rest of unemployed Americans be damned: Obama's new Executive Order provides that businesses will be paid $3,000 for every illegal they hire, according to FOX NEWS.
And guess what? Because of a kink in ObamaCare, businesses will NOT face a penalty for not providing illegal immigrants health care.
Happy Holidays, America.

THE REAL AND OMINOUS DANGER ABOUT DRONES
SPECIAL POST
You have probably heard of the growing concern about drones in America, especially around airports. Many pilots are reporting increasing near collisions with drones; one of those things sucked into a jet engine intake, especially during takeoff, could prove very fatal.
But, that's not what concerns me most.
You might be under the mistaken impression that these small drones are somewhat akin to flying model airplanes. In a sense, they are. But, they are far more sophisticated, being able to fly much higher and longer and... able to carry a payload. With an on-board video camera, the on-ground "pilot" can virtually fly a drone anywhere within fuel range.
Picture one of these with a mere five-pounds or less of plastic or otherwise high-explosive on board. That could do very significant damage to a structure, and I don't imagine that these small aircraft can be picked up on radar. It sounds like a terrorist's dream machine to me.
I'm wondering if these flights around airports are simple "test runs" to see what response they might attract. The pilots could be gearing up for much bigger things and we all know that terrorists are sneaking across our southern border and, Lord knows, we have countless domestic terrorists already here.
So, who really needs to hijack a jetliner these days?

WHY BLACKS SHOULD REALLY BE ANGRY
SPECIAL POST
What we hear coming out of the discussion about the Ferguson riots is a profound sense that the rest of us Americans are picking on blacks and that it has to stop. I don't see that in my empirical world, but I don't live in Chicago, Philadelphia or Ferguson, ether.
What I do know is that unemployment among blacks is far higher than it is among whites. To me, that means not only that they are not getting adequate training for the job marketplace, but the current market for the jobs they are currently qualified for does not exist in sufficient numbers.
Now enters the Obama immigration dictate, adding five million more unemployed bodies looking for the same jobs.
If I were Black, I'd be damned angry, alright... at Barack Obama.

OBAMA'S REVENGE CONTINUES
SPECIAL POST
Obama's nasty temper continues to flare at the temerity of the American public to so solidly rebuke his policies in the November 4th elections. Angered beyond words, Obama fired back at America by using an Executive Order to go around Congress, seize control of immigration from Congress and violate his oath of office by refusing to enforce previously enacted Congressional and Presidential approved laws.
Yesterday, Obama continued his rampage. Noting that Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel was gaining favor among Americans for telling it like it is with I.S.I.S. and elsewhere in the Middle East, Obama summoned him to the Oval Office where it appears a blistering argument ensued over Hagel's I.S.I.S. policy and remarks, and Hagel was summarily fired. Then, fearing another lashback from the public, the White House announced that Hagel had resigned. Indeed, Obama went overboard in gushing praise of Hagel when he went to the press and made the announcement.
Still in Obama's crosshairs: gun control; scuttling of the Keystone Pipeline; releasing remaining terrorists, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed Rashid, while closing Guantanamo and installing his global warming initiatives.
It appears that we have unleashed the real Obama. One thing is certain: If you're not a "yes" man, you have no place in Obama's Washington.

MAKE A LIST
SPECIAL POST
Some Members of Congress have come out in support of Obama's seizure of power and violation of the Constitution.
Keep names. Make those American enemies number one to remove from office in 2016. We're almost done changing this government back to a government of the people, by the people and for the people. Only a few more have to be sent to oblivion.

Some Members of Congress have come out in support of Obama's seizure of power and violation of the Constitution.
- They agree that Obama does not have to enforce the laws they make.
- They agree that Obama has the right to deceive Americans in order to get his way in forcing ObamaCare down the throats of an unwilling and unwitting public.
- They agree that Obama has the power to legislate, regardless of what the Constitution says.
- They agree that Obama has dictatorial powers and can do what he wants.
- They agree that Americans have ceded over their inalienable rights to own guns, practice religion, and defend their nation to Barack Hussein Obama.
Keep names. Make those American enemies number one to remove from office in 2016. We're almost done changing this government back to a government of the people, by the people and for the people. Only a few more have to be sent to oblivion.

CRAM IT
Remember the furor over ObamaCare? Remember how the vast majority of Americans were against it? Remember how it seemed to us that Obama, Reid and Pelosi violated the trust and will of the American people by passing it anyway. Here we are four years later and the ugly truth is that ObamaCare was indeed not about health; it was about redistribution of wealth, and they hired Jonathan Gruber to engineer it.
That doesn't sit too well, does it? That's what you call a cramdown.
What you have now in 2014, is another arrogant cramdown. While the first one was about the redistribution of wealth, this one is about the transfer of legislative power from the Congress to the President. It may be masked as an immigration bill, that's not what it is really about; if Obama really wanted his immigration bill, he could have passed it back in 2009 or 2010 when he had control of both houses of Congress.
So, he looks at us Thursday night and tells us about how sorry he feels about the illegal immigrants and their plight and how we, as Americans, are obligated to let him get away with violating the law so we can make things better for those poor, unfortunate illegals.
In other countries, they call leaders who disregard the laws of their nation, who perform end runs around their governments and who seize power for themselves... dictators.
Well, my fellow Americans, you can shut me off by moving to another website, but you cannot escape the facts. The only question is: what are you willing to do about it?
That's MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectfully submitted.

THIS IS A TEST
SPECIAL POST
Let there be no doubt about it: this is a test.
Can the will of one overrule the will of the country?
If Obama goes ahead tonight and announces executive amnesty for 5+ million illegals in the United States, he does not intend to stop there. He has unfinished business on his plate: gun control, higher energy prices, global warming initiatives, closing Guantanamo... get the picture?
I can hear it now, when he issues an order to stop the manufacture, sale or possession of a firearm in the U.S.: "I issued an Executive Order on immigration, it was legal and so is this. It's for the good of the country. So, suck it up."
I'm sorry, folks. This is where the rubber does meet the road.
What are you willing to do about it? Do you have the balls to stand up to him? Or, will you let the will of one overrule the will of the country?

TREY GOWDY FINALLY MAKES A BIG MISTAKE
SPECIAL POST
Most of us look upon Trey Gowdy with respect and awe. After all, he is like David in the ring with Goliath. He's the dragon slayer from South Carolina, the former prosecutor who is used to making the bad guys squirm.
Trey Gowdy says we can't impeach Obama because... Joe Biden would become President.
What difference does it make who becomes President if you have one currently in office who is sneering at the Constitution and seizing power from the electorate and Congress? Just because you have a boob for Vice President in no way means you should ignore the arrogant disregard for the laws of our country that Obama poses. Hell... at this point, I'd rather have Charles Manson and "Star" in the White House than Barack Obama and Michelle.
Sorry, Trey... you blew it on this one.

IS SAUDI ARABIA REALLY A U.S. ENEMY?
SPECIAL POST
Convicted terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui is claiming that he and the other 19 terrorists who took down the World Trade Center and Pentagon on 9/11/2001 were on the payroll of a Saudi Arabian prince. (Moussaoui was the 20th hijacker, the one who bowed out at the last moment). He is claiming that the prince funded the training program for the terrorists and was fully aware of what their intentions were.
He also says that Saudi Arabians funded a plan to shoot down Air Force One during Clinton's Administration. According to Moussaoui, Osama Bin Laden was behind the schemes and he was the one funneling money through Saudi Arabians to fund Al Qaeda and the plots. The Saudi regime has steadfastly denied similar allegations in the past.
Could it really be that we have not pushed the issue because we do not want to jeopardize our access to Saudi oil?

A CALL FOR AMERICAN PATRIOTISM
SPECIAL POST
Well, the dust has settled on the election and everyone in the country except Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi knows full-well that Obama got his fanny handed to him on a plate. There's the possibility that a fresh breath of air might be blowing through the halls of Washington.
One by one, there are people who have been totally silent for the last six years who are starting to speak out about what has been going wrong with this Administration. The news of Valerie Jarrett's White House tyranny is a good example, and there have been a few shots taken at Holder as well.
Maybe... just maybe... the floodgates will open and some of the mysteries will be solved. Will all real Americans in Washington who have been keeping their mouths shut now please step forward and tell the truth?

SHOWDOWN AT THE D.C. CORRAL
Enter Big, Bad, Black Bart, riding his black nag, wearing a black bandana and black hat. Watch as his black boots, fitted with razor-sharp spurs, scuff the crusty dirt into a cloud of dust. Take a look at his two black-gripped pistols as he twirls them on his bony fingers. Everyone around this cold-blooded scene knows who he is.... even the winds blow ill.
From another side of the corral, take a gander at Jumpin' John, a not-so-reformed blowhard from way back in Ohio. He stands out of the crowd with his lily-white hat, his gallant white steed and his ivory-handled .45's. No one really wants to watch him die, but....
On the far side of the corral, the townsfolk have gathered in ominous silence. Their prayers are for Jumpin' John to pull off a miracle and outdraw Big Black Bart, but the tears running down their faces tell the story; no one.... no one outdraws Big Black Bart.
On the close side of the corral, the local Mexican ranch hands are gathered, all shouting in unison, "Shoot hm!!! Kill him!!!" without any idea of which side they really want to choose.
"I don't really want to kill you," Bart says to John. "But, you leave me no choice. Around here, everyone knows things happen my way, or they don't happen at all. Period."
"The people are behind me," John replies. "They're sick and tired of your bullshit."
"I don't much care what they think," Bart says back. "I'm in charge around here."
Then, in the blink of an eye, Big Black Bart goes for his Smith and Wesson... John's hand moves like greased lightening for his cannon and....
Two of the Mexicans head for the grassy knoll and start to dig a grave. One of them says to the other, "Who do you suppose we're gonna plant in here?" and a shot rings out behind them.
"I don't know," the second Mexican says. "Maybe we should make this hole big enough for two."

SCORE ONE FOR CALIFORNIA GUN RIGHTS
SPECIAL POST
Up until recently, the various counties in California have set their own rules and standards as to what qualifications a gun owner had to have in order to obtain a concealed carry permit. Many cities and counties therefore refused to issue any permit. The courts then issued a "shall issue" order, saying the practice was against the Second Amendment.
So, they fought the ruling and were joined by several other parties as the case went up on appeal. Now, the 9th District Court of Appeals Judge in that case has ruled that the late-comers have no standing to try and join the suit at this point, that they should have done so way back when. And the guy who's been trying to defend the counties and state, San Diego County Sheriff Bill Gore, is saying that he has no intention of carrying forward any appeals.
California gun owners are getting a bang out of that.

RUSSIA FLYING BOMBERS OVER GULF OF MEXICO

Russia has announced it is using its bombers to regularly patrol between the Arctic, the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico.
I guess that short meeting between Obama and Putin in China the other day didn't go so well.
And thank you, Mr. President, for continuing your excellent job in foreign relations.

WHEN?
SPECIAL POST
Every now and then, I get so much of my fill of it that I have to pause, draw a deep breath and tell it like it really is. So, here I go... if I offend anyone in the process I'm sorry, but this simply has to be said.
I said it back when the plans for this dupery called the Affordable Case Act first escaped Obama's lips; I said it was going to be the worst thing that has ever happened to this country. If you want to take a moment, you can go back to the blogs I was writing in those days, trying to warn the country about this horrible legislation that was worming its way through the Halls of Congress.
When some of the nasty provisions of the Act did leak out, the public responded; over 70% of the country said they didn't like the idea. And then, the real lies started. Obama, Reid and Pelosi collaborated on development of the biggest governmental fraud ever to be perpetrated upon mankind anywhere in history.
They passed it in the middle of the night and followed up with a relentless campaign of misinformation and disinformation, telling the country how great life was going to be. And this country fell for it.
I was insistent. I kept pointing out the things that were wrong with it and the things they were not telling America about it, but nobody listened. In the process, I lost many friends who refused to believe that Obama would ever screw the country. Yet, here we are, saddled with a monstrosity we cannot afford, a program that doesn't work, an "insurance" design that will never meet its enrollment goals.
We even have an admission that the whole thing was a lie... a sham... from the very beginning.
And, we have the Grand Architect, Barack Obama, about to use an Executive Order on immigration, telling us we are winning the war on I.S.I.S., insisting there was not even a "smidgen" of corruption in the I.R.S. and looking at us with a straight face when he tells us that the Benghazi Massacre was due to an anti-Muslim video that few had seen.
Just when, my fellow Americans, are you and the rest of this country ever going to have enough?
When?

D.O.J.STONEWALLS ON I.R.S.
SPECIAL POST
The Department of Justice, charged by President Obama with investigating the IRS targeting scandal and the missing Emails, now has admitted to a court that they never even looked for those Emails. Their reasoning, according to JUDICIAL WATCH is: "They claimed 'the servers would not result in the recovery of any information.'”
"They also said they did not search back-up tapes because there is 'no reason to believe that the tapes are a potential source of recovering” the emails, and they had not searched the government-wide back-up system because they had “no reason to believe such a system…even exists.'”
The IRS also admitted that it has only searched a database that it knows does not contain the missing records.
So, what are we going to do about it my fellow Americans?

B.F.D.
The Republican hierarchy is crowing like a big banty rooster since scoring the biggest political upset in the nation's history. They now control more seats in the House than at any time in history, the vast majority of state governorships and a solid majority in 70% of the state legislatures. BFD.
There's a huge problem that the big bad gorilla in the room is not talking about: This was no endorsement of the Republican Party; it was a loud and clear repudiation of the left-wing liberal Obama zombies. I assert that if Obama been out of the picture, the GOP would not have done nearly as well as they did. I further assert that the next election is by no remote means "in the bag" for the Republicans.
There are a lot of us who are still stinging from the absolutely horrendous, lousy job the Republicans did the last time they had control of the White House and both Houses of Congress. Most of us are not too damned happy with the current Republican hierarchy, either. In fact, I for one dropped my membership in the Republican Party because, to me they suck almost as badly as the Democrats.
What I am saying here is that the ball is in their court and they'd better damned well do something with it besides dribbling. If they don't, they're going to have one monumental wake up call in 2016.

CALIFORNIA PROP 47 IS BAD NEWS FOR AMERICA
SPECIAL POST
California Proposition 47, which was passed by popular vote, removes the felony designation from those convicted of drug crimes. The argument for passage was that such people shouldn't be sent to jail for long terms for "health choices." They would have you believe that those convicted simply had a pinch too much of marijuana or a half-gram too much of meth on their possession when they were arrested by overbearing police.
The plain truth is that these are people who went beyond the simple possession of small amounts; they progressed into violence. Robbery and burglary became a method for obtaining the money needed to make drug purchases. The public became the victims of this "victimless health choice." People have been killed over, or because of, drugs. "Druggies" have not been hesitant to coerce the unwitting or minor children into becoming addicts in order to gain the drug sale income to support their own habits.
I grant that drug treatment and getting people off drugs is the preferred method of dealing with it, but those in jail on felony charges have by-and-large either tried and failed, or have refused to even try drug treatment.
We will now be faced with thousands of drug users being released from California prisons. One observer pointed out that we would be saving millions of dollars in over-crowded jails by letting these people out; I agree. We will also be faced with repeated drug-related crimes again and on a mounting scale. The reason you put people in jail is two-fold: to punish them for their crime and to keep them from repetition. Statistics overwhelmingly bear out my assertion that those who were in jail for drug-related crimes are more likely than any other segment of the jail population to end up back in prison again... for the same types of offenses.
This move goes beyond dumb. It's a typical liberal idea, ill-thought-out and poorly conceived.
That's MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectfully submitted.

MEXICO IS LIKE A BAD, BAD DOG
SPECIAL POST
I believe that neighbors should be good neighbors. If you can't be a good neighbor, move out the the neighborhood. Go live out in the sticks or the woods someplace where nobody else has to put up with your nonsense.
Canada is a good neighbor. Those guys keep their lawns mowed, don't park their rusty old trucks on those lawns, don't let their dogs crap on your lawn and they don't expect you to pay for the fertilizer and water that goes onto their lawns.
Mexicans are different. They have drug cartels and they allow their drug cartels to cross over onto our lawns and poop. They don't patrol their side of the river to keep their citizens from crossing over into our country illegally. They don't mind holding one of our honored former Marines in a dirty jail without even discussing it with us. But, they sure raise hell when we try to straighten up their messes, don't they?
Let's be honest: Just what has Mexico done to be a good neighbor and to help us out over the last 100 years? Well... they have allowed American companies to come down there and hire cheap labor, I agree. Just what benefit do you and I get out of it... it's the companies and their stockholders who benefit.
A good neighbor would call us up and tell us they're sorry so many Mexicans have crossed the border illegally and they'd offer to help us pay for all of these educational and medical benefits we're passing out to help their citizens. They would agree to take the Mexican convicts we have in our jails at our expense and to transfer them to their jails at their expense.
A good neighbor would at least invite us over for tacos and refried beans now and then.
But, they're not good neighbors. As a matter of fact, with them in the neighborhood who really wants to live along the border? I say they're lowering our property values, pure and simple. It's so bad, sometimes I think that's where Obama was really born.
Maybe we could get Benjamin Netanyahu to straighten out the situation for us?
That's MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectfully submitted.

WAS IT AN HONEST ELECTION?
Or, was there a concerted and orchestrated effort at election fraud?
That's MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectfully submitted.

CAN AMERICA PLEASE HAVE A ROBOOT?
SPECIAL POST
Here it is, Election Day, and I surely hope you have done your duty to God and country by getting out there to vote. If you haven't, there's still time to do it.
We've been listening now to a growing crescendo of talking heads telling us who is ahead by .0001% of the vote, who said what about who, who is going to control the Senate and what it all means. You know what? Who cares what they have to think?
We all know that when the dust settles, whenever it does, it's only going to be a matter of days... perhaps even hours... before they start flapping off at the gums again, postulating about who is going to do what in 2016. It's as if the whole national political scene has become a Bizzaro way of life.
It'll end up being a breath of fresh air that will soon turn putrid with political gamesmanship, smoke-filled back rooms mixed with fat-wallet lobbyists and a never-ending parade of lies and spins. The innocents cannot help but become corrupted by the influence of the theater, drama and culture that now pervades the halls of government.
What we really need is a one-time total reboot. Let's have a special election the next time around. Let's make it a one-time rule that all offices will be elected regardless of the rules of tenure, and that no one who has held a national office before can run for any national office in this election. Let's end all terms of all Justices on the Supreme Court just this once, and let's have the governors of the states elect new Justices just this one time.
Let's redo the tax code and let's include a balanced budget Amendment to the Constitution while we're at it.
Think about it; it will be a total reboot. The culture of corruption will be out the door. It'll be a fresh start for America.
Of course, it will never happen... but isn't the whole idea enticing?
I need another good, strong shot of Irish whiskey with a beer chaser... maybe I can solve Mexico's problems, too.
That's MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectfully submitted.

THE ELECTION BULL
You're probably sick and tired of listening to this election rhetoric. So am I, so I'll keep this short and to the point.
In 2012, we were all assured that Obama would lose by a landslide and we were sick and tired of the election bull anyway, so we stayed home and they showed up at the polls; Obama left us all shaking our heads wondering how in hell he got reelected.
Don't get sandbagged on Tuesday by sitting at home thinking the Republicans have it all in the bag. Get out and vote.
That's MY AMERICAN OPINION, respectfully submitted.
