FEDS WANT TO MONITOR "HATE SPEECH"

Further to my opinion yesterday regarding Donald Sterling having a Constitutional right to say the despicable things he said, there is a move on now to authorize government agencies to monitor your emails, blogs, social media accounts and telephone or cellphone conversations for "hate speech."  

The Hate Crime Reporting Act of 2014 “would create an updated comprehensive report examining the role of the Internet and other telecommunications in encouraging hate crimes based on gender, race, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation and create recommendations to address such crimes,” stated a news release from Markey’s office.

The Hate Crime Reporting Act of 2014 would "create an updated comprehensive report examining the role of the Internet and other telecommunications in encouraging hate crimes based on gender, race, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation and create recommendations to address such crimes," said a news released from Senator Ed Markey's office.  

So here I go: I hate Barack Obama and despise everything he stands for.  Where is that statement going to get me... Guantanamo?  Who decides what hate speech" consists of?  What penalties are there going to be for this "crime."  What about my Constitutional rights to free speech?  

Uh, oh... I'm in trouble.  There's about 30 B.L.M. SUV's and a few from the D.O.J. out front right now.  Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin and the gang had better go hide under their beds immediately.  Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio... you're both toast.
