Does Trump Understand The Message?

If you’re going to do battle, you need to surround yourself with loyal allies and you have to plan to crush your enemy. You can’t be nice and polite about it; if someone gets in your way, get them out of the way.  You don’t have time to dawdle; the expenditure of time is your worst enemy.    

 

Trump didn’t exhibit those attributes. 

 

He surrounded himself with weak, ineffectual surrogates, many of whom proved themselves to be very disloyal to his cause. He tried to reason with the Democrats and he allowed the RINOs to endlessly doubletalk him.  He also had a tendency to announce his strategies to the whole country, including his enemies, in advance.  In his position, he should always have anticipated the worst in people and been prepared in advance to deal with it.  There’s no way you can win when your enemies are in your own camp.   

 

Now, he’s on the outside, looking in. The country is a whole lot worse off because he’s on the outside looking in!

 

Given that he’s had a chance to step back and look in retrospect, he seems to recognize the cold, hard facts. That he has encouraged party members not to financially support RINOs is indeed a very good sign. Murkowski, McConnell, Romney, Cheney and their ilk must all be neutered.  He should have fired Sessions on the spot when he learned he had been betrayed. Wray should have never been appointed to the FBI job. I could go on, but I think the point has been made. 

 

Trump needs to clean out his own party and his whole inner circle before he has even a remote chance of cleaning out the swamp.

You Can’t Handle THIS Truth!

Election officials in Maricopa County Arizona, where Trump” lost,” have been refusing to turn the actual ballots over to the Arizona State Senate for a forensic audit.  Now, after being ordered by a judge to turn them over, shredded 2020 ballots have been found in a dumpster and a “mysterious” fire broke out at one of the election supervisor’s farms.  Of course, it is speculated that more shredded ballots and other election materials were in that fire.     

 

What are we Americans going to do about it?

An Honest Journalist?

Ever since FOX NEWS canned Lou Dobbs for telling the truth, I’ve been wondering whether or not there are any honest journalists left in the profession.  Well, apparently… there are! 

 

Kari Lake, one of Arizona Fox 10’s top-rated news anchors, has resigned, saying she doesn’t like the direction journalism is taking. She says she’s no longer proud to be a member of the media.  “Sadly, journalism has changed a lot since I first stepped into a newsroom, and I’ll be honest, I don’t like the direction its going. The media needs more balance in coverage and a wider range of viewpoints represented in every newsroom at every level and at each position.”

 

She alludes to reading news copy that she didn’t believe was fully truthful, or which only told part of the story, and that she was “contributing to the fear and division in this country by continuing on in this profession.”

 

Journalists are trained to question everything and to be able to defend what they say on the air or put in print. When they don’t… well, failure to follow those guidelines used to send reporters to the locker rooms in shame, sometimes losing their jobs. I think back many years to a Reno weather forecast, where the “meteorologist” asserted that there was absolutely no chance of precipitation for the net 24 hours. Had he bothered to look out the window, he would have known there were already several inches of snow on the ground, with a blizzard raging.   

 

These days, you’re expected to report what you’re handed to read without question. If you balk or question such directions, you’d better have plenty of money in the bank. If, as a result of following directions, you report something that isn’t true, your company will back you up by refusing to issue a correction… no matter how blatant the untruth is. 

 

Everyone, including journalists, needs to work. Since few news outlets these days are in the mood to hire honest and truthful journalists, you had better be prepared to trash your principles and training if you want to keep food on the table.   

 

That’s why I’m particularly impressed with Kari Lake, who has the courage to face the challenges involved in reporting the facts.  Good for her! Sadly, there will be many would-be journalists willing to do whatever it takes to get her job.

Cuomo’s Fatal Mistake

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, somewhat mired down in an Al Franken-style cesspool of his own making, has totally screwed up.  Anyone in his right mind know that, if you get into a political or criminal predicament, you need to call Bill or Hillary. 

 

Obama, Comey, Lynch and that cabal all know that Hillary can fix anything. 

 

What Cuomo needed to do was to turn his misdeeds into being a federal crime.  The net step is to call Hillary, who in turn calls the FBI, which in turn quashes any investigation and that’s the end of that.

 

Unfortunately for good old Andy, it’s now too late for that.

No! I Will NOT Comply!

Republican Taylor-Greene and the Freedom Caucus nailed it: We must not comply!

 

The Dems are steaming ahead with legislation and Biden has already issued dictates that you must require that your daughter compete with “transgender” boys in sports and she must shower with them… penis and all.  It doesn’t matter what you want or what your religious beliefs are; you have to do as you’re told?  

 

You can’t use certain “forbidden” words. You don’t have unlimited access to information that affects your lives! No journalist or media outlet has the right to print or say anything unless it is approved by the “establishment!” You are mandated to wear a mask… (now two masks)… wherever you go and whatever you do, whether you are eating or not! You have no freedom of religion and no right to own a gun. Whatever the Constitution says is not subject to historical interpretation; only the Dems have the authority to tell you what it says.    

 

The courts can make their own laws and they have the inherent right to ignore what the written law reads. You, on the other hand, must acquiesce and accept the fact that the election was not stolen, although millions of more votes were cast than there were registered voters. They have the right to prevent you from knowing that fact.

 

Sit down, shut up and do as you are told?

 

Just because they hide behind razor-wired fences surrounded by thousands of armed guards does not make them omnipotent! This is OUR country, not theirs! We have the God-given, constitutionally guaranteed right to do whatever it takes to maintain and enforce our freedoms, our liberties and our rights to govern ourselves!    

 

If they don’t like it, that’s their problem… not ours!
