MY ADVICE TO TRUMP

Since everyone is jumping on the bandwagon and telling Trump the billionaire how to succeed, I thought I should join the chorus.  I'm sure he'll take my advice, because it's sound advice coming from an American who has his best interests at heart.  

You see, we all want a change from this corruption that has permeated Washington.  We want an end to our national security threats, we want a solid and reasonable immigration policy, we want a growing economy, we want jobs and we want a leader who is willing and able to clean house.  Trump sends those messages out, but what he has to say gets lost in the thunderous claptrap rhetoric of the Clinton Machine.  The Hillary zombies, (they'll scream when I call them that, although they cheered when Hillary called us "deplorables"), are so busy parading around like she's the Queen of Sheba that they aren't getting Trump's message. 

So here's the pitch.  Trump needs to hold a press conference and make about a focused five-minute statement outlining what is wrong with the items I mentioned above, how those things are killing our country and what he intends to do about it.  Five minutes, that's it.  He then needs a closer, short and to the point: we need to work together to make things happen.  To accomplish what must be done, he needs your vote and your support.  Now is the time for all good men and women to come to the aid of their country.  Please... stand by him and help him.  

That's it.  No questions, get off the stage.  

In this manner, he gets past the debate scenario.  He muscles past the media slants and coverups.  He speaks directly to all of us, deplorable and zombie alike.  And maybe, just maybe, he'll get his message out.

JUST WHERE ARE WE AND WHO ARE WE?

Here we are at this point in our history... basically in a trap.  There was a day in my memory when we could park our cars in the driveway unlocked and with the keys in the ignition and not be worried about someone stealing it.  There was a day when we slept with our windows open and just the front screen door between us and the outside world.  We trusted each other and took each other at our words.  We cared about our neighbors and community and life was frankly... well... wholesome. 

Our federal government took care of protecting us and our states took care of the rest of the major things which affected our lives.  Everyone, regardless of political persuasion, was on the same team... the American team.  We all worked together to make our country not only the best country in the world, but even better; we may have had different philosophical differences in how to get there, but we all agreed that we had to get there and that was our common goal.  

Today, it's F you and if you don't like it... up yours.  It's my way or the highway.  We can't trust anything said or promised unless it's reduced to writing, signed and notarized.  And if we're sleeping with our home alarms unset and our guns not on the nightstand, we're asking for it.  

We don't care if babies are murdered near their delivery dates, but we do care if a convicted murderer gets sentenced to death.  We don't care if our politicians are crooked and not doing the jobs we elected them to do; we have two of the worst presidential candidates this country has ever had... and we don't care.  In fact, we're on the very verge of electing a crook and liar and we know it.  Well, we reason, what's the alternative? 

What happened and just who are we?

THE PROMISE TRUMP WON'T MAKE

There seems to be much ado about the fact that Trump has refused to say he will concede and support Hillary if she wins.  It seems to me like it was yesterday when 16 other Republican candidates promised to support Trump if he won the Republican nomination.  He won.  How many backed down from their promises?  

If Hillary does win, it will be the worst day in the history of this country.  And you expect Trump to be happy about that?  

I only wish I could vote three times like all of those newly-registered illegal Democrats can.

HILLARY BLOWS IT

The headline is not intended to be a play off of  Madonna's pledge to give every man who votes for Clinton a blow job.  Rather, Hillary spent far more time avoiding answering Chris Wallace's direct questions than Trump; in fact, Trump did the best job of addressing questions than he did in the previous two debates.  And she ignored, several times, Wallace's imposition of time constraints and kept right on controlling the microphone over Wallace's protestations.  

Finally, as my initial reaction to the debate, Trump brought WikiLeaks into the dialogue in the first part of the debate and Hillary never addressed or rebuked the charges being made by Julian Assange, but chose to ignore them and to try and steer the conversation to a supposed Russian conspiracy to help Trump win.  I think even the most casual observer would agree that the last person on the face of the earth Putin wants in the White House is Donald Trump. 

Trump did not take Hillary's baited barbs as he did in the first two debates and managed to control himself in the face of Hillary's relentless lies and spins.  At first, I felt he had made a strategic mistake when he allowed Hillary to deflect on the WikiLeaks issue.  Late in the debate, with about ten minutes to go,  I thought he was going to force her to the ropes when he started hammering on things she had done wrong.  

When you look at it from a purely debate standpoint, Trump won.   When you factor in her lies, spins and evasions, as well as her maneuvers with trying to hog the microphone, she seemed to lose the evening from an emotional standpoint as well.  

One thing we know for certain: it doesn't bother her at all to abort a fetus on the day of or the day before birth.  That is murder by any definition of the word.  Just think of what she's going to do to her enemies... us, the deplorables.

SCREW THE NFL

I've not watched a single NFL game since Colin Kaepernick's protests over our National Anthem started.  More and more people are turning the tube off and regaining their lives, discovering that professional football has become just as corrupt and un-American as most of our politicians, media and bureaucrats.  Frankly, we're all just sick and tired of it.  

Kaepernick has every right to express himself, even if he makes an ass out of himself in doing so.  But... neither he or the NFL has any right whatsoever to force us to participate in the process.  

To hell with all of them.

FOREIGN MONEY: ANOTHER CLINTON SPIN

Top Clinton campaign officials decided independently that they would accept foreign donations to the campaign even though they knew it was illegal and could be attacked by Republicans.  That's the news apparently contained in the latest batch of Wikileaks.  

There were internal discussions, many via email, as to the pros and cons and that fact that the Clinton Foundation was already accepting foreign contributions.  The aides eventually agreed to take the risk and accept such contributions for the campaign as well.   

The media and the campaign would have us believe, therefore, that Clinton herself is innocent of any wrongdoing.  Nevertheless, Clinton was informed of the decision after the fact and made no effort to counter it.  She was, therefore, just as complicit as those who initiated the plan.  

Hillary, you and your mafia make me sick.

BAD DAY IN CHAPPAQUA

You can sure tell when the Clinton Camp is worried about the status of the election: Just the other day, they had Obama come out and threaten to draw a red line around Trump Tower if Trump said anything mean about Michelle.  Now, they've called on the "big bad dog," Joe Biden to shore up their failing campaign.  

Joe finally proved beyond any reasonable doubt over the weekend that he's lost total control of his feeble mind... he let his mouth overload his tailbone again.  In two magnanimous statements, he essentially said: (1) you can't talk about Bill Clinton's past, because that's just simply not fair, but Trump is nevertheless a pervert, and (2) Julian Assange has no right to keep leaking these emails, so the United States should launch a cyber-attack against Russia.  He did not, of course, mention a single word in defense of the facts that are coming out in Wikileaks.  

The next thing you know, they're going to trot out Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi to give Trump a real working over.

TRUMP'S WOMEN: MORE CLINTON LIES

Here we are with less than a month to go before the elections and we have how many women crawling out of the woodwork claiming Trump groped them or made unwanted sexual advances?  Over how long a period of time?  The Clinton Camp would have us believe that every woman in the country has been accosted by Trump at one time or another except for Clinton herself.  And not one of them... not one... has come forth in all of these years?  

Well, the Clinton Camp asserts, the women were all afraid of Trump.  I don't believe that for one second.  Look at all of the women who were actually accosted by Bill Clinton... a couple of them came forward right after the fact!  And there's no doubt in my mind that those women had a lot more to fear from Bill and Hillary than the alleged Trump victims had to fear from Trump. 

Isn't it amazing that all of the  sudden the press, the media, the F.B.I., the Justice Department, the State Department and the White House are all angels of glory coming forth to save the nation, that they have never done any wrong or conspired to do anything against the republic, and that Trump is a total sexist ass leading a hopeless bunch of deplorable racists into oblivion? 

Get real, America.   Tell me more about Benghazi.

BASTARDS OF THE PEN

Supposedly, a journalist is someone whose job is to report the news for a newspaper, magazine, radio program, or television program.  Nowhere in any definition of the word is a journalist considered to be a maker of the news; he reports it; he/she investigates and describes events and facts, or edits news stories.  

These days, reporters and  journalists seem to be confined to being propaganda arms of the ultra-liberal left wing political establishment.  They no longer report, they spin and even manufacture news to fit their agendas and the agendas of their political masters.  For example, the New York Times previously "reported" that Donald Trump was involved in inappropriate conduct with one Brewer Lane; she immediately went public and discounted the "report" and the New York Times had to retract the story.  

But, that didn't stop their agenda.  They have continually been at the forefront of anti-Trump rhetoric bordering on the verge of slander and now... they've come forth with new allegations that Trump has been groping women.  Since this comes on the heels of the release of a vulgar tape obtained under spurious circumstances,  it would appear that there is a last-minute coordinated effort by the press and the media to sandbag Trump on the eve of the presidential election.  Trump is filing suit against the Times for slander.  

The left-wing press and media "report" these fabrications as being authentic news stories, but openly and flagrantly refuse to report to the American public the abuses of power, the truth of email misdoings, the corruption at the State and Justice Departments... they refuse to investigate and report on the most serious allegations of all, that Hillary Clinton used the Clinton Foundation as a conduit to obtain money for her personal gain while issuing contracts and favors on behalf of the United States Government to those crossed her palms with tons and tons of illicit money.  

Certainly, there must be a reputable and honest journalist out there in some far corner of the land; but, we are told that "news" organizations have admonished their staffs to dump Trump, or else face the consequences.  So, whoever is honest and reputable out there has sold his/her eternal being in order to keep his dirty wages.  And it's not just Clinton they've covered for... it's Lynch, Holder, Kerry, Obama, Comey and more... it's an anti-American agenda.  The same goes for the F.B.I.. agents who grumble and groan about Comey's cover-up for Clinton, but lack the American courage to stand up and say it in public.  

The "reporters" of the day dishonor the definition of the word and their country.  In short, they are the true bastards, epitomes of totalitarianism gone wild.  May God have no mercy on their poor, tormented, sad, sick souls.

ATTILA THE HUN

For those of you who would stay home and not vote or for those of you who would vote for Hillary Clinton, I have to ask:  is the country better off today than it would have been had John McCain or Mitt Romney won against Barack Hussein Obama?  Do we really want or need another four years of this horrible American tragedy?  

I'll be damned if I'll stay home and let Hillary win.  I don't care WHO her opponent is, I'll vote for the opponent.  In fact, I'd even vote for Attila the Hun before I'd let Hillary in.  There's just too damned much at stake.

TRUMP FLIPS THE BIG ONE TO RYAN

Donald Trump has made it clear that he doesn't give a hoot about the hierarchy of the Republican Party any longer.  Good for him; it's long overdue.  

Trump got onto the Republican ticket because the voters who put him there are sick and tired of the bullshit politics of "the establishment," and because Trump was the first and only one to step forth, put his money and reputation on the line and go after the "good old boys" of both the Democrat and Republican parties.  You will recall that Ryan, Romney, Kristol, Bush and the gang made it clear than unless Trump towed "their" line, he might not get onto the ticket even though he had won the right fairly and squarely.  So, in an effort to make peace, he went along with the program to some extent.  

Now, just a month away from Election Day, the same mealy-mouthed two-bit establishment Republicans are seizing upon a Clinton-orchestrated smear campaign as an excuse to jump ship.  And Trump has quite rightly decided he is no longer going to go along with "their program."  He's going to go back to the reason he got onto the ticket in the first place and he's going after those double-dealers with vengeance.  

Thank God for that.  It's the best thing that can happen for the country.

MANIPULATING THE TRUTH

Well, there are these new opprobrious Wiki-Leaks emails floating around from John Podesta talking about how to scuttle Bernie Sanders' primary candidacy and evidently involving Hillary in the process.  There are also emails floating around about how Hillary tells us one thing and tells Wall Street something else entirely... and brags about it.  So, Hillary and her fellow thugs come out with allegations that the Russians have been doing the hacking, insinuating that Trump is somehow involved. 

They further allege the material "could have been altered" to make them look bad.  Well, why doesn't the Clinton campaign simply release Hillary's original Wall Street speeches and Podesta's original emails and let us see for ourselves who said what?  Their response: No way Jose, we're not releasing our documents.  

It's kind of like... when Trump nailed her during the debate about shredding 33,000 emails after they were subpoenaed, she got this hilarious smile and... abruptly changed the subject.  

And the press goes along with this horseshit.

AND THE WINNER WAS...

It seems to me that every time Hillary was being caught in lies and every time Donald was right on target, Hillary got that insane, loony-tunes smile.   Ga ga.  Donald, on the other hand, was chomping at the bit and fell victim to the audacity of what Hillary was saying on several occasions; but, by and large he came across as being on message and correct.  

As for that "locker room talk" subject, I think Hillary overplayed the hand and that Trump handled the subject very well.  In the closing moments of the debate, Trump hammered home the fact that the future of the Supreme Court rests on the outcome of this election and this time, Hillary stepped into the trap by saying that she intended use a more liberal Supreme Court to install some extended forms of gun control.   

I actually felt that this debate was, for a change, fairly moderated. 

I gave the first debate to Hillary.  Without question, I give this one to The Donald.

F.B.I. AGENTS SUCK

It's been clandestinely reported that F.B.I. agents are more than ticked off about how James Comey sold out America, American justice and the F.B.I.. reputation in order to protect Hillary Clinton in this 2016 election.  Agents say Comey tied investigators’ hands by agreeing to unheard-of ground rules and other demands by the lawyers for Clinton and her aides that limited their investigation. 

Well, T.S. 

The plain simple fact of the matter is that F.B.I. agents took an oath to abide by and uphold the laws of the United States.  Failure to come forth and relay the facts is a violation of that oath.  But, they have not.  

They deserve to be disrespected and tainted.  I'll be damned if I would sit there and be part of this, keeping my mouth shut.  But then, I'm an American.

PUTIN WARNS U.S.

Vladimir Putin has warned the United States not to interfere with Russia in Syria.  He warns that American aircraft "could be" shot down by newly installed Russian ground-to-air missiles around Syria.  

Thank you Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton for bringing us to this point in history.

BUM STEER MANURE

If you can't win with facts, dazzle them with bullshit.  Tim Kaine certainly lived up to that age-old adage in the Tuesday night Vice-Presidential debate.  

Just as I had no hesitation in scoring Hillary Clinton as the winner of the first Presidential Debate, I have no hesitation in naming Mike Pence as the hands down winner Tuesday night.  Early on, when it became apparent that Pence came to the event fully prepared and polished, Tim Kaine did what the liberal left always does when it is being left flat-footed at the stage stop: he became louder, ruder and interrupted virtually everything Pence was saying.  By the time the night was over, I was convinced that Kaine must have been a sniveling, two-bit bully on his grade school playground.  

Pence stated facts, Kaine shucked, ducked, spun and lied.  It's easy to see why Hillary Clinton gets along so well with Tim Kaine and why she chose him as her running mate.  Birds of a feather... two peas in a pod... a couple of farts in a whirlpool; you know the story.

HAS COMEY ADMITTED HE'S IN CLINTON'S CAMP?

F.B.I. Director James Comey said over the weekend that maybe he should take a second look at the investigation into Hillary's emails.  He followed that up by adding that it might happen after the election.  

Okay, so he halfway admitted that maybe his conclusions could be flawed.  But then... he revealed his true position by saying that even if wrong, he didn't want Americans to know until after the election.  So, he's definitely protecting her.  

So much for the fairness, objectivity and impartiality of James Comey and the F.B.I.

COVER-UP: ILLEGAL FOREIGN VOTING IN U.S. POLLS

In at least one state, Virginia, election officials are deliberately enabling registration and voting by illegal aliens and other foreign citizens.  Democratic Party operatives, reportedly under the control and direction of George Soros, are participating in a cover-up of the activity.  “Virginia election officials don’t seem to care that thousands of [foreign] aliens have corrupted their voter rolls,” by illegally registering to vote, said J. Christian Adams, the former Department of Justice lawyer, and now the president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation. “Even worse than doing nothing about it, they are trying to cover it up,” he told Breitbart News.  

This has all of the earmarks of being another close election, similar to the one in 2000 between George W. Bush and Al Gore.   It got down to one state, Florida, as being the deciding state and it appeared that some voting fraud and deliberate miscounts had occurred in that state.  It ultimately ended up going to the Supreme Court before a decision was made and Bush was declared the winner.  It was that close.  

Just a small amount of election fraud in several key states could throw this election, and if you don't think that the Clinton Mafia and the Democrats have the fortitude and willingness to risk getting caught in an attempt to assure Clinton's election, you haven't been playing close attention to the state of national affairs.

WHO CARE'S ABOUT BILL?

We all know about Bill Clinton's sordid past.  We can all remember his parsing of words such as "is," and the shame his conduct bought upon the White House.  And yes, we wonder whether or not any female White House aides will be safe if Hillary gets elected.  But...

The nation is craving and starving to find out the real answers behind Benghazi.  We don't give a damn about some crazy bimbo from Venezuela; we want to know the full story behind Hillary's emails.  We want to know the skinny with the Clinton Foundation and just how much of this country has already been sold down the river by the Clintons.  What's behind the story that some drastically needed aids medicine was watered down by the Clinton Health Access Initiative before it was sent off to an African nation?  

Hillary wants this election to be in the gutter because she has a whole lot to fear if Trump sticks to the issues and goes after some facts.  Just how far-reaching is this conspiracy of corruption between the Clintons, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Barack Obama and the rest of Washington?  

Right now, Hillary is glowing and smiling and knowing that she has regained the upper hand over Trump because she and Lester Holt exposed the nation to a phony presidential debate; Trump fell for it and she changed the dialogue of the day.  Donald Trump needs to stop letting Hillary lead him down meaningless rabbit trails and to focus on the things that we DO really care about and getting us some answers to the questions that we desperately want answers  to.

IS AMERICA ALREADY GONE?

We have a Supreme Court that makes law instead of interpreting law that Congress is supposed to be making.  We have a president who is also making law and ignoring what laws Congress does pass.  We have a Congress that lets the Court and the White House do what ever they want.  All three are corrupt as hell, in bed with lobbyists, corporate interests, the rich folks and George Soros.  

Our chief legal officers, the Attorney General and the Director of the F.B.I., refuse to do the jobs they took an oath to do, and both are in bed with the politicians.  In fact, when caught in their mutual dereliction of duty, they just smile and you and pat you on the head.  If you rain on them, they get their backs up, claim you don't know your ass from a hole in the ground and that they are angels, saving America.  

We have a presidential candidate who is up to her earlobes in scandal and illegal activity, smiling and winking because she knows she is going to get away with it.  And we have a press and media that has become her propaganda arm, covering for her and promoting her selfish interests at every turn.  

Is it too late?  Have we already been had?  Is our democracy and our free way of life now gone forever?  

Are we just going to sit here and let it happen?

SAY GOODBYE TO HP PRINTERS

Everybody knows that HP consistently makes one of the best computer printers.  We also know that they charge an arm and a leg for their refill cartridges.  Those of us who use our printers a lot cringe every time we have to purchase more cartridges, so we instinctively look for ways to cut those costs.  We get cartridges refilled or we purchase off-brands.  

When we install a refilled or off-brand cartridge, we usually get a warning.  Well, HP has decided that if you are going to use their printers, you're going to have to do it their way... or else.  From now on, instead of the warning message, your printer will just shut down and you'll be toast.  That's right: you may own the printer, but you don't own the right to use at as you wish.   Like it or not, if you want to print, you're going to have to pay the premium and purchase only their cartridges.  Of course, the logical next step is that when you update the software for "security" reasons in your existing printer, that'll produce the same result when you go to replace cartridges: unless it's a genuine, new HP cartridge, you're not going to be printing anything soon.  http://www.wnd.com/2016/09/hp-software-now-self-destructs-in-printers/

WHO WON?

Well, I surely don't think that Hillary won.  She made many statements that were soooo off the wall.  To have the unmitigated gall to suggest that the "deal" with Iran was the greatest thing since sliced bread is beyond ludicrous.  I honestly think she was so pumped up on uppers and other medications  that she was "spacey," as exemplified by her silly smile.  

On the other hand, I don't think Trump won it, either.  He had several chances to drive home the fact that she is not fit to be president and to dwell on her emails and foundation, but he didn't.  I also felt that she got under his skin more than once, not that she doesn't deserve it... but, not in a public forum.  

So, I guess there were no winners and, therefore, no losers.  Frankly, for some reason the whole debate left me kind of blah.

1. The Democrats were against the abolition of slavery and against the Civil Rights movement. 
2. Neither Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton give a rat's behind about anybody who is not in their circle of friends or on their level of "intellectual elitism."  They don't care about Native Americans, Hispanics, Whites or Blacks, except when it comes to election time.  

We have a problem in this country that has been festering for decades.  The unemployed, the impoverished, the disenfranchised... of any color... are justifiably angry.  They are striking out at authority figures in the elitist government of ours, and uniformed cops surely represent the authority they have come to despise. 

Change needs to start in the election booth.  I don't care if you're raising hell at Standing Rock or in the streets of Charlotte; right now, that seems to be the only way you are going to be heard.  And, if I were one of them and really wanted things to be better for me, I'd be damned if I'd vote for a Democrat.

THE MESS WE FACE

I don't care what you say or think.  I say this country is in one helluva mess... from San Bernardino to Orlando to New York City to Dallas to Ferguson to Baltimore to Charlotte to Tulsa to Congress to the White House to unemployment to the Clinton Foundation to North Korea to the borders to Iran to the South China Sea to I.S.I.S... on and on the list grows. 

Somebody has to fix it, and it sure as hell isn't going to be Hillary Rodham Clinton, because she's right smack dab in the middle of all of it.

OBAMA'S ELECTION SHAM

First came the story that the Obama administration has mistakenly granted 850 illegal aliens citizenship.  Then came word that as many as 1,000 more may have "mistakenly" been given citizenship in 2014.  And, now the real story finally comes out.  

The orders of the day are that immigration officials are to process and grant citizenship to as many aliens as possible before the November elections, even if they have to work overtime to do it.    Presumably, as soon as the new citizens are sworn in, they are marched over to a table where they register to vote as Democrats.

DON'T BE AFRAID OF TERRORISM?

I've heard enough of this "Don't be afraid of terrorism" bull.  We have every right to fear terrorism.  We've seen for ourselves its deadly impact... maiming and killing the innocent.  And it is spreading its bloody tentacles all of the way around the country while the impotent chief cretin in the White House can only continue to espouse the philosophy that if we're afraid, we're giving them what they want.  

He sure as hell shows absolutely no signs of doing anything about it. 

From what I've seen, they don't care whether we're afraid or not.  They don't ask whether you're afraid, they just kill you anyway.  They might ask if you're a Muslim, but they generally don't even bother to ask any questions at all; they just start indiscriminately shooting, stabbing or bombing.   

Well, I'm not afraid to die, because that is eventually going to happen anyway, I think.  But, I don't want to spend years in pain filled with shrapnel, that's for sure.  

So, I am afraid... And, because this Muslim sympathizer in the White House can do nothing about it except give lip service, I'm even more afraid.  Trump is correct... we have no business allowing in more Muslims until we know who they are and what their intentions are.  This business of bringing in another 110,000 of them before the end of the year, and Clinton's planning to go for 500,000 more on top of that... has to be stopped and stopped now.   

Those imbeciles in Congress aren't doing anything about it, either.  The day has come when we should be showing up on the White House and Congressional steps and raising holy hell.

HILLARY'S HEALTH: DEMOCRATS NEED TO COME TO GRIPS

All politics aside, it is becoming increasingly evident that Hillary has some serious health issues.  If that is truly the case, it is inhumane to continue to subject her to the rigors of campaigning and the potential stresses that come along with the White House.  

Saturday, there was a bombing in Seaside, New Jersey and another in New York City.  Hillary seemed confused and appeared to be very worn out at 9:00 PM or so, when she responded and spoke about it.  I suspect that she has some form of Parkinson's and/or that she has been suffering from some type of brain damage resulting from her fall.  I also suspect that she is being maintained by some stimulant drugs to keep her appearing "buoyant" and some medications to try and control the effects of her disease, whatever it really is.  Over time, this drug treatment "cocktail" could backfire on her and cause some really dangerous, if not deadly, results.  

Attempting to prop her up with medications, when she really needs rest and good medical care... simply because the Democrats want to win the presidency, lacks compassion and true concern.  

Let's put an end to hiding things and cover-ups.  Let's get it all out in the open, where it belongs, and deal with whatever it is in a responsible and proactive way.

OBAMA'S BIRTHPLACE

There's ruckus anew over where Obama was born and whether or not he is a natural-born U.S. citizen as defined by the Constitution as being a requirement for becoming President of the United States.  I'm going to borrow a quite from Hillary Clinton at this point and ask, "What difference at this point does it make?" 

If he was actually born in Kenya or in Indonesia, he's not a U.S. citizen within the strict confines of Constitutional language and is, therefore, not legally the president.  So, what are we going to do about it?  Remove him from office?  Early on in his term, that would make sense to try it, but now... when he's just about out the door?  It would take us until the end of 2018 to get through the legal hurdle to remove him from office, and then what? 

Still, we might wonder whether or not he is legally entitled to be there, but that question had been posed to us way back in the first part of his first term.  In the interim, we reelected him, essentially ratifying his right and capacity to be there. 

Personally, I have to wonder why it is not required for any candidate to submit proof of all of his qualifications to office.  I also have to agree with anyone and everyone who says that the "certified" evidence of his birth in Hawaii is by no means compelling; as a legal document, it's impeachable. 

But, at this stage of the game, what is... is.  So, forget about it.  We have many more important things to tackle.

STANDING FOR THE FLAG

Those who refuse to stand for the Star Spangled Banner, the Pledge of Allegiance or the presentation of the American Flag are making it all about themselves.  They remind me of adolescent teens with Mohawk haircuts, died green, wearing rings in their navels or through their noses, plastered with tattoos and wondering why they can't find a job.  

If there is something in America that ticks you off, there's a system for addressing your concerns:  you show up at meetings and hearings and voice your opinions; you join a local service club or some political association; you write your Congressional delegation or letters to the editors of your newspapers; and you vote in every primary, every off-year election and every national election.  

The last thing you do, if it's really not about you but is truly about a better country, is to sit on your ass and show total and utter contempt for your country and others because you're just too damned self-absorbed and lazy to become part of the real solution.

"PAY TO PLAY" EXPLODES

Hillary Clinton's "Pay to Play" scheme involving the Clinton Foundation and the State Department stinks badly enough.  You make a donation to the Foundation, you get a meeting with Hillary, the government pays out some enormous benefit to you and Hillary siphons off a large portion, if not all, of the donation to the Clinton Foundation.  Additionally, Bill may get a huge speaking fee in the process.  

That appears to be just the tip of the iceberg.  

New hacked documents leaked by Guccifer regarding the Democratic National Committee appear to show an even more sinister and far-reaching scheme.  You fork over contributions to the DNC and get rewarded by the government, which names you to some high-profile job, such as U.S. Ambassador to the United Kingdom... a job forked over to Matthew Barzun after he donated $3.5 million.  One list shows 57 donors of similar amounts getting top jobs in the Obama administration.  What happened to the money after it ended up in DNC coffers is anybody's guess.  

The reaction of the DNC to this story sounds like squeals from a pig farm after the mud runs dry.

“You know, to just be grossly generalistic, you could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. Right?  The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic — you name it."  That was Hillary Clinton, trying to drum up interest during another half-empty rally.  

"My cough is from allergies.  I've got bad allergies.  Every time I hear the name Donald Trump, I cough."  Followed by, "Mrs. Clinton got overheated and had to leave."  Followed several hours later by, "Mrs. Clinton has pneumonia."  Followed by Hillary emerging in the sunshine with a huge smile on her face.    

And just like that... POOF!  Nobody's talking about her emails, her Benghazi lies, or her Clinton Foundation anymore.  

Now, if that ain't magic, what is?

LET'S MAKE A DEAL

Barack Hussein Obama never did come up with a legitimate birth certificate.  Mind you, I'm not saying he was born in Kenya; I'm just saying he refuses to prove he was born in the U.S.  He also refused to provide college records or anything else of substance for those with an interest in his background.  And the Democrats fought valiantly for his right not to disclose.  

Now, we have Donald Trump, who has yet to disclose his income tax returns.  Not that he has any legally compelling reason to do so, he just hasn't done it. And the same Democrats are now foaming at the mouth, indignant with rage that Trump would dare... dare... not to release those returns. 

I say, If they expect Trump to release his tax returns, then we should expect Hillary to release all of her emails, all of her Clinton Foundation records and all of her meeting schedules while Secretary of State.  

Let's see where that idea goes.

9/11: WHAT DIFFERENCE AT THIS POINT DOES IT MAKE?

Most of us, with the exception of those who weren't born yet, can remember exactly where we were at very the instant we heard that the World Trade Center was being taken down.  It was as if we were transfixed at a very slow moving moment in time, watching in horror as thousands of people either fried or jumped to their deaths.  Confusion and anxiety reigned as Washington, DC became the next victim and we wondered where our president was, if he was safe and what he was doing.

Over the next few hours and days, the country came to grips with what had happened and we came together, bound by the common bond of concern for our safety, mourning for those who were lost and planning to secure our nation's future.  Democrat, Republican, Independent, Black, White, Native, rich, poor, Christian, Jew, Hindu... we stood together, united in purpose and steadfast in determination. 

Tomorrow marks the 15th anniversary of that horrible day.  I heard a zombie network guru refer tomorrow as a "celebration of 9/11."  Good God, man... how can you celebrate that? 

Look at where we've come in those intervening 15 years.  Hillary Clinton has run for president... twice.  Our military might has been sorely degraded.  The Middle East has become a virtual tinderbox.   Worldwide terrorism abounds and we have a president who seems impotent in its face.  North Korea has nuclear weapons.  Iran has become the belligerent super-power of the Gulf.  Virtually every facet of our society is on the precipice of wanting to extinguish all other facets.  Crime, greed, lust for power and corruption infest our government.  

And the lessons of 9/11 are all but forgotten.  Tomorrow, the bells in Manhattan, at the Pentagon and in Shanksville will toll once more, but who will be listening?

ABOUT HILLARY'S NEW "EARPIECE"

There's been much buzz and "to do" about what is perceived to be an earpiece that Hillary was wearing during Wednesday night's presidential candidates "forum."  The website TRUE PUNDIT quoted New York police sources saying Clinton was wearing an “inductive earpiece” during the NBC song-and-dance routine hosted by Matt Lauer. The website described the unit as the kind of tech used by stage actors in need of prompting to recite forgotten lines.  

Well, we all know that Hillary replied with an "I do not recall" assertion around 40 or so times during her so-called F.B.I. interview a couple of months ago.  So, it's obvious that she's lost her mind.  We also can suspect that she was afraid of being caught speechless when it came to answering some important question in front of a live television audience.  

Now, that might be considered as cheating by some people.  After all, wasn't the idea to ask questions and get spontaneous answers to serious issues of the day?  Perish the thought: according to Hillary's campaign staff, she was wearing no such device and it must have been a reflection off her jewelry.  Perhaps she had an abundance of shiny earwax protruding from her ear?  Maybe a caterpillar crawled in there and built a cocoon?  Could it be that she was abducted by an alien being and implanted with a high-tech control device?  

Or, maybe it's just a simple trick of your imagination and you don't really see it at all.  One thing we know for certain... it's not an "inductive earpiece," because they say it's not and we all know they never, ever tell a lie.

HILLARY MAY BOW OUT

There is growing concern about Hillary's health.  Several prominent physicians have suggested that her mental condition is tenuous.  This may be leading to physical problems as well, such as not being able to climb steps without assistance or having uncontrollable coughing fits.  

For the first time, it appears that Hillary is vulnerable politically due to issues surrounding her numerous scandals, including transactions involving her several charitable organizations.  The possibility emerges that Clinton may withdraw from the presidential race due to "health concerns," providing that an agreement is reached not to prosecute her for her misdoings.

OUTRAGE IN NORTH DAKOTA

We white folks know no end to our insensitivity or mean spirits when it comes to Native Americans.  

A number of natives have gathered in North Dakota at the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe to protest the building of the Dakota Access Oil Pipeline, and not without some justification; there was a recent break in the Keystone Pipeline in South Dakota and another leak occurred at the Ventura Pipeline in southern California.   In fact, there have been almost 600 oil or gas line leaks in the country just since 2000.   

Tribal officials now say construction crews deliberately destroyed American Indian burial and cultural sites on private land near the Standing Rock Sioux reservation.  Several hundred protesters confronted construction crews Saturday and violence erupted.  A security officer was taken to a Bismarck hospital for undisclosed injuries and two guard dogs were taken to a Bismarck veterinary clinic.  

Tribal spokesman Steve Sitting Bear said protesters reported six people had been bitten by security dogs, including a young child. At least 30 people were pepper-sprayed, he said.  The tribe fears the project will disturb sacred sites and impact drinking water for thousands of tribal members on the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation and millions further downstream.  The protest Saturday came one day after the tribe filed court papers saying it found several sites of "significant cultural and historic value" along the path of the proposed pipeline.  Tribal preservation officer Tim Mentz said in court documents that the tribe was only recently allowed to survey private land north of the Standing Rock Sioux reservation.  Mentz said researchers found burials rock piles called cairns and other sites of historic significance to Native Americans.  

Nevertheless, Federal laws regarding the national preservation of historical and cultural sites not withstanding, the builders of the pipe line appear so focused on rushing to completion of their project that they are willing to trample the sacred rights of Native Americans.  I can't begin to imagine how those calloused bastards would react if a tribe were to start building a road through an all-white cemetery.  

This reaction of mine has nothing to do with my stance on pollution and energy; in fact, I'm all for getting more energy to more Americans at a cheaper price.  However, the actions of those involved in the North Dakota project are outrageous and totally insulting to the dignity of mankind.
