LET'S MAKE A DEAL

Sidney Blumenthal has been a longtime associate of the Clintons and just about everywhere dirty Clinton laundry has surfaced, Sidney's name pops up.  When Hillary took the job as Secretary of State, she signed an explicit agreement with Obama saying that Sidney could not be involved in the State Department or be on any government payroll for anything.  So Hillary, being the industrious, slimy, conniving,  scheming and independent woman that she is... hired Sidney on at the Clinton Foundation and tasked him with gathering independent intelligence and giving advice to Hillary on foreign affairs... in particular Libya.  

Of course, any of his emails couldn't go through government servers or they'd be caught, and their plans included things far more nefarious than gun running through Benghazi; they had some fat cat foreign leaders and countries that needed to be plucked.  

Sidney was subpoenaed by the U.S. House committee investigating the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi and Hillary's handling of it. He was expected to testify about a series of memos containing sometimes specious intelligence on the situation in Libya, which he sent to Hillary’s personal email account.

Today, David Brock owns MEDIA MATTERS which doesn't hesitate to trash everyone who even thinks of going after Hillary for her misdeeds.  Brock is a longtime confidant of Hillary and, naturally, Sidney now works for MEDIA MATTERS.  Whether or not he also continues on the payroll of the Clinton Foundation, he is rumored to be on the payroll of the Clinton Global Initiative.  

But, if you think the Clinton Foundation is the only vehicle for moving money in the Clinton regime, check out https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clinton_Foundation#Clinton_Global_Initiative_.28CGI.29.  You'll find a long list of "charities" under Hillary's umbrella.  And you can bet your sweet petunias that deals and schemes are flying everywhere... some probably even include Sidney Blumenthal.  

 

Unfortunately, thanks to James Comey and Loretta Lynch, it's much too late for these percolating scandals to affect Hillary's run for the presidency.

KEY REPUBLICANS SUPPORT, DEFEND CLINTON CORRUPTION

Those 70+ Republicans who are demanding that the Republican Party cease funding Trump's campaign... those "Never Trump" Members of Congress who refuse to vote for Trump or support his run... those prominent party members who have collaborated to start a third-party run against Trump...  None of them want to see Trump in the White House and they are all willing to do anything and everything to stop him.  

This means that they subscribe to the Clinton candidacy.  It means that her disastrous email scandals, her "pay-for-play" Clinton Foundation, her Benghazi Massacre debacle, her rampant abuses of power and her corrupt activities are not only acceptable to them, but they are also willing to support and defend her... whatever it takes to defeat Trump.  

They most certainly are doing nothing... nothing... to stop Hillary's evil ways. 

And they call themselves Americans.  How disgusting can you get?

WE NEED TO PUT GOD BACK INTO THE EQUATION

When you read the Bible, in particular the Old Testament, there are countless tales of how God came to save the Israelites, but He always extracted from them the promise that they would abide by His commandments and pay tribute to Him.  Everybody involved would readily comply, because they had seen the wrath of God before and they didn't want any more of it.  But, sure enough... a few years or decades would pass and they would fall back into their sinful ways, worshiping other gods and ignoring the Commandments.  Invariably, they would find themselves plagued with pestilence, drought, floods and horrible kings.  They'd finally resort to prayer, God would relent and come to save them and the cycle would start all over again.  

In the history of America, way back in the good old days, we were a God-fearing nation.  We didn't tolerate crime, sin or ungodly ways.  And, it seems that our nation was blessed with abundant food, beautiful children and a good government. We regularly defeated our enemies and became known and envied throughout the world as being a just and Godly country. 

But, here we are now... our economy sucks, we're plagued with terrorism, disease, pestilence, drought, floods and a government that is just as corrupt, (if not more corrupt), than the money changers of the temples in Jesus' time.  And when you stop and look around at the situation we're in, you can readily see that we have once again... as a people and as a nation... turned our backs on God.  

We can't just keep on going through the same old cycles over and over again, century after century... and expect different results.

HILLARY, GIVE ME A BREAK

Donald Trump made a remark... a facetious remark which got laughter... about those who support the Second Amendment being able to straighten out Hillary's anti-gun platform and the potential for the Supreme Court under her presidency to trash that Second Amendment.  Well, that didn't sit too well with the Hillary camp or the left-wing Democrats who seized upon the opportunity to label every responsible gun owner in the country as a probable future presidential assassin.  

That's right: They are suggesting that the millions of us who legally own guns and who have never hurt a flea are now going to go out on a murderous rampage and take out the POTUS... all at the drop of a red baseball cap that says "Make America Great Again."  

Give me a break.

IS HILLARY REALLY GOING DAFFY?

In Tuesday's BURNEY MOUNTAIN HERMIT, I alluded to Hillary's apparent health problems.  Since then, I have learned of some more interesting information.  For example, I understand a medical doctor, disguised as a Secret Service agent, is constantly by her side and that he carries a hypodermic syringe filled with Diazepam.  Diazepam is used to treat chemical imbalances in the brain and their effects, including anxiety and muscle spasms.  

She has a long history of falls going back to at last 2009 when she broke her elbow.  She had a serious fall in 2012 which resulted in a six-month recovery period.   She needs help getting up stairs and is rumored to require adult diapers due to the inability to control her urine stream, probably as a result of some neurological problem.   She had that famous late return to debates which has been unexplained.  She suffers from apparent muscle spasms without notice.  

She also had a blood clot to the brain; such things cause strokes which in turn can cause brain damage.  It is possible, entirely probable, that her seizures have led to the now infamous "short circuit" on the Chris Wallace show  as well as some personality disorders.  How she can finally acknowledge that she misspoke and then turn right around and double down on it befuddles even me.  

The Democrats questioned McCain's health and ability in 2008 due to a tumor he had suffered with ten years prior.  We have the right to know to what extent Hillary's mental and physical health may be impaired and whether or not she is literally about to go totally off the rails.

G.O.P. DECLARES WAR ON TRUMP

The G.O.P. announced yesterday that it is backing a third-party run for the presidency by Evan McMullin, a staunch member of the establishment and chief Republican policy director of the House Republican conference and an alumnus of the CIA.  He is being sponsored by "Better for America," founded by one John Kingston III, a close and personal friend of Mitt Romney.  Bill Kristol is also involved in the endeavor.  

The word on the street is that several top Congressional Republicans, possibly including Paul Ryan, are licking their chops and climbing aboard.  

I do not think that this bunch of scurrilous jackals can adversely affect Trump's campaign at this point, but it is plain that they are willing to take votes from Trump and hand the election to Hillary Clinton.  They are traitors against everything we stand for: change in the status quo, and the will and power of the people.  

I firmly believe that any Republican who climbs onto that bandwagon needs to be denied reelection.  And that includes Paul Ryan.

CHARGE OBAMA WITH TREASON

If that $400 million ransom money to Iran was not treason, what is? 

• It was deliberately hidden from Congress.  
• It was in unmarked, laundered money.
• It was against the law.
• Iran is a terrorist nation. 

I don't care if he only has six months left in office.  Impeach him and throw his sorry butt in jail.

WHAT'S REALLY BEHIND THE $400 MILLION?

The other day on WE'RE NOT TO BLAME, I made a taunting remark about wondering how much of the $400 million Obama sent to Iran ended up in the Clinton Foundation coffers. That thought has been rolling around in my cavernous brain ever since I made it and I now find myself compelled to amend it. 

Not only do I wonder how much of that money ended up in the Clinton Foundation coffers, I wonder how much money will be transferred from there to Barack Obama a year or so after his retirement.  Not that I think he's corrupt, mind you, but he has been firmly joined at the hip with Hillary ever since that one day when they had a very secret meeting in a New York hotel room the night before Hillary dropped out of the 2008 neck-and-neck race and threw her total support to Obama. 

Indeed... he made her Secretary of State, a position which she used to launch the Clinton Foundation and to solicit donations from everybody on the face of the earth who might benefit from having their own, dedicated Washington "juice."   And you have to know... this is obviously a fact... that Barack knew about every little thing Hillary did.  It's not as if they never talked with each other or Emailed each other... Maybe one of those "missing" Emails could shed some light on the true story of the Benghazi Massacre.

So, why shouldn't Hillary reward Barack for his enabling of her schemes... or for the F.B.I. conclusion on her Email scandal?  

Maybe some guy with investigative know-how and a yearning for the truth will check that probability out.

ANTI-TRUMP MOVE IS MORE G.O.P. TREASON

News came out from various sources yesterday afternoon alleging that Donald Trump was considering dropping out of the presidential race.  That was followed not long afterwards by news that a group of "concerned people within the party" were going to force an "intervention" with Trump to make him toe the party line or, as they put it, to make him focus on Hillary and to quit running down rabbit holes of distraction.  

Can you imagine Trump dropping out the race after all he has been through?  

Now, I do not deny the fact that Trump has not positioned himself properly to get the full, complete and energetic support of Americans.  I said yesterday that what we really want is a leader... someone we can look up to like a Reagan or a Truman.  We so desperately want that... and every time we start to get comfortable and to think that Trump can do just that, he pulls the rug out from under our dreams and, as my dad used to say, "pulls a boner."  

But, what the stories coming out yesterday tell me is that there is an organized effort still going on within the Republican establishment to prevent Trump from winning.  There were even a few G.O.P. luminaries who said they were going to bolt from the party and go vote for Hillary.  What they are saying is that they would rather lose the election to Hillary than to lose it to Trump.  

They are traitors and nothing more.  They are traitors to the American people and to those in the party who have put Trump where he is by voting for him.  They are traitors to American idealism and democracy.  

As far as I am concerned, they can eat poop and die. However the tide ebbs and flows in this race, I cannot fathom the thought of having four more years of Obama... four years of a presidency marred by the ghosts of Benghazi, a total lack of national cyber-security and scandal.

DEAR MR. TRUMP

What this country needs and sincerely wants...is a leader. 

We don't need an entertainer.  We don't need a five-year-old kid throwing rocks from his sandbox.  We most surely do not need a liar or a corrupt crook.

BE WARY OF MEDIA AND PRESS POLLS

No one wants to vote for a loser, right?  So, if the polls say that Hillary is going to win, that means more people will be inclined to vote for Hillary.  

Reuters, supposedly one of the most respected news reporting bureaus in the world, has just revamped how it conducts its polling.  When they did that, they erased all of the old polls on their website and changed the results of a poll they did a week ago.  All of the sudden, Trump has gone from winning to losing.  Political strategist Pat Caddell says: “This is what the media is willing to do, to try to elect her.  This poll is nothing but a part of a media offensive. In the 45 years since I was a child, in top-level presidential campaigns, I have never seen the media on such a jihad, and so involved in hiding facts, and not following up. This is a crisis of democracy, what the press is now doing.” 

The gloves are off and the left-wing media will now be changing formulas and coming up with polls that favor Clinton, just as Obama lies to the American people about what the true percentage of unemployment is in the country.  

From now on and until Election Day, you must question everything.  That's not to say that you have to arrive at a pro-Trump conclusion, either.  Just question everything you hear and read, because the political spin cycle has just shifted into overdrive.

HILLARY'S NEXT SCANDAL: VOTER FRAUD?

Barack, Hillary and their goon squads have been relentlessly tearing away at the fabric of our democracy by trying to make it easier and easier to gain control of the ballot box.  They have raised holy hell over all efforts to require voter identification and proof of citizenship.  Indeed, there is evidence to show they have been at least complicit in allowing illegal aliens to vote in past elections.  

They even made an effort in Virginia through Governor Terry McAuliffe to gain the right for those convicted of felonies to be able to vote, even while in prison!  McAuliffe has long been a close associate of the Clintons.  

It is common knowledge that the Clintons have been engaged in abusive, scurrilous conduct for decades, going back in all probability to before they were born.  These scandals involve everything from illegal fundraising schemes, to covering up fraudulent loan practices, to the Benghazi Massacre, to her endless Email activities, to presidential pardons in exchange for campaign contributions, to the Clinton Foundation, to the use of confidential F.B.I. files for gaining information about their enemies, to hiding law firm records... it never ends.  So, why should they stop now?  

There is a lot of power in the presidency and that power can be very useful in carrying out various sundry corrupt activities; the Clintons have proven that by their past actions.  So, in what is possibly going to be a close election contest, isn't the incentive for them to try and tamper with the election process?  After all, if they get caught, Barack Obama, Loretta Lynch and James Comey will protect them, and if they don't get caught they could win all of the marbles.  

All they have to do is to salt each and every precinct with a few bogus votes... votes from dead people, illegal aliens, non-registered voters, jailbirds or double voters and they can swing the election results nationwide.  And I propose that the Clintons are much too used to sneaking into the cookie jar and getting away with it to sit this one out.

THE F.B.I. HAS LOST ITS LUSTRE

In days gone by, we looked to the Federal Bureau of Investigation with reverence and awe.  We knew that they would catch the bad guys and see that they got punished.  If the F.B.I. got on your case, you'd sure as hell better fess up, because they'd most assuredly dig up the facts.  

But when James Comey stood in front of the country and recited all of these things that Hillary did with her Emails that were just downright wrong... things that would send the average bad guy to jail for a very long time... and then looked the cameras straight in their lenses and proclaimed that she was getting off... well, it shattered our belief systems into countless pieces.  

Then he stood before Congress and told them he had not investigated whether or not Hillary lied to them under oath, because no one had asked him to.  Does that mean the F.B.I. just sits on its fanny and watches crime after crime, but does nothing until it is asked to?  

Now comes the alleged, but probable, hacking of the D.N.C. computers and they're all at full attention and alert, scurrying around like the world is about to come to an end as they investigate.  Even though it took well over a year to research and investigate the Clinton servers and report to the public... well, by God, they're going to have an answer to THIS computer case before the end end of tomorrow.  

The F.B.I. has obviously become a political tool, and I'd be totally ashamed to be working for it.  It sounds to me like we're already in a fascist totalitarian state.

DESPERATION IN THE DNC RANKS

Faced with justified criticism that there had been no mention of I.S.I.S. during the first two days of the convention, the D.N.C. had Leon Panetta revise his Wednesday night speech to throw some focus on the issue.  But, that wasn't the only damage control the D.N.C. had to address: they gave credence to the Black Lives Matter movement and totally ignored the families of slain cops; in a last minute switch, they decided to bring some of them to the stage Thursday night.  

But, let's get back to the real issue, that being what happened before the convention even started.   The leaks of the internal D.N.C. Emails showing that members and staff were openly anti-Semitic toward Sanders and that they were plotting to sideline his candidacy from the very beginning were a bleeding embarrassment. Although they made a strong effort to change the dialogue and make it Trump's fault and to blame the Russians, Americans were just not buying that maneuver.  After all, it was the verbiage in the Emails and the intent and scope of those Emails that was sickening to all Americans.  

So, it was a natural that when Trump said something sarcastic about the Russians probably having copies of all of those "missing" 30,000 Emails from Clinton's server that they would seize the opportunity to accuse Trump of treason and change the conversation from D.N.C. Emails to Trump's supposed transgressions.  

They almost got away with it.  

Late Wednesday night, Wikileaks came out with 29 D.N.C. voicemails that had been hacked.  The voicemails are thoroughly mortifying and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that money takes precedence over politics, ethics and the law as far as the party is concerned.   

What a mess they have deservedly gotten themselves into.

I'M NOW A SNIPER ON THE HUNT

I'm holed up in my house, hiding behind the living room curtain.  I've got my loaded Glock 23 holstered on my hip and my loaded Savage 7mm Rem Mag laying on my lap.  There is dead silence in the house; the lights are out and it is as dark as it can get.  I'm waiting, ready for the enemy to make a move.  

John Kerry says that air conditioners and refrigerators are a bigger threat to this country than I.S.I.S. and if either one of them makes a move, I'm going to blast them into smithereens.  It's either me or them, and I'm not taking any chances.

BACK TO THE BATHROOM ISSUE

Here's something I'll bet you didn't know about the transgender bathroom issue with respect to public schools: When a school band, sports team or other school group travels for an event, a student must be allowed to sleep with a student of the opposite sex if he/she says he/she identifies with that sex.  

In other words, that sneaky little kid who has been trying to get into your daughter's pants must be allowed to sleep in the same room as her if he tells the school that he really identifies as being a woman.  Furthermore. Mr. and Mrs. America, there's not a damned thing you can do about it.

IS THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION RIGGED?

Immediately after the news broke that Debbie Wasserman-Schultz was, in the middle of an ugly scandal, finished in her role as the DNC Chair... Hillary hired her on to be honorary Chair of the Clinton campaign.  If that isn't an in-your-face "I don't care how many Americans know I'm corrupt" move by Hillary, what is?  

What does that mean?  We know that Hillary was never in fear over her Email violations, because she knew that the trio of Obama, Lynch and Comey had her back from the very beginning.  That backing comes from the very pinnacles of corrupt Washington power.  Anyone who thinks that the State Department investigation into her emails, the FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation or a Congressional inquiry into whether or not she lied under oath is going to go anywhere has another thing coming: the fix IS in.  

Any astute politician, and the Clintons are very, very astute, would not saddle herself with the Schultz baggage at this stage of the election game... unless... 

Well, think about it: the "establishment" of both the Democrat and the Republican parties is so afraid of Donald Trump coming in to clean things up that they are willing to do anything to stop him... maybe even rig the election.   


Just remember: The end result of the election will not be about how many people vote or for whom they vote, it will all come down to who counts the votes.  I suggest that this unabashed "up yours, America" from Hillary at this point in the process signals that Hillary knows that the BIG fix is in.  

Our only chance is to show up at the polls in such hoards that NO fix can be in.

MUNICH PROVES THE POINT

Germany has some of the toughest gun laws in the world.  So there the shooter was, coming out of a MacDonalds with gun in hand.  Only the bad guy had a gun.  

We have all of these laws in this country which, if enforced, would put the bad guys with guns in jail for a very, very long time.  Then, people like you and me... people who carry because they want to protect themselves and their families from bad guys with guns... could quit the hassle of carrying a gun because they'd know the streets were safe.  

With Hillary and Barack in charge, that just is not going to happen.  They, and the Bloombergs, Newsoms and Schumachers of the country, have an endless track record of ignoring the bad guys with guns and blaming the good guys.   If the bad guys with guns aren't obeying the laws as they exist, it is unreasonable to suggest that they are going to obey any new laws.  In fact, that's absurd.  

There are laws in many jurisdictions of the country that add penalties for crimes committed with guns or other deadly weapons.  I suggest they are rarely enforced because, they are either not prosecuted or they are not taken into consideration in the courts.  

I don't want to be like the unfortunate people of Munich... helpless against the bad guy with a gun.  But, Hillary and Barack and the rest of the dolts don't have the balls to deal with the bad guys with guns, so they turn their frustrations against the good guys with guns.  

This picture has to change.

GOVERNMENT TYRANNY GROWS

We now have a government that does what it wants and is accountable  to no one.  Our president issues laws when he has no authority to do so and he ignores our Constitution at will.  We have a Congress that is complicit in his dictatorial reign and we have law enforcement officials covering up for him and his cohorts. 

Our State Department covered for Hillary and allowed her corruption to rule everyday events.  Our I.R.S. illegally targeted conservative organizations and got away with it.  The Attorney General stonewalled Congress, received Executive Privilege from the president and the courts upheld it.  The F.B.I. conducted a phony investigation into Hillary Clinton's activities and then let her off the hook despite substantial evidence that she was guilty as hell.  Now, the FBI has refused for a second time in six months to answer key lawmakers' formal questions about the bureau's handling of the Hillary Clinton email scandal, including pointed queries about whether the former secretary of state received preferential treatment; they have not responded to a July 20th deadline.  

F.O.I.A. requests are ignored by virtually every federal agency, or the information that is forthcoming is incomplete and takes months... even years... to come out.  

Anybody and everybody who trues to stand up for what is the law and supposed to be right in this country gets marginalized, scandalized and silenced.  The government is gathering monumental files of information on every citizen in the country.  

These facts all add up to tyranny.  It occurs to me that, short of another revolution, Donald J. Trump is our last and best chance to put an end to it.

TED CRUZ

Ted Cruz was asked to speak at the Republican National Convention.  Given the animosity between Trump and Cruz, that was a generous gesture on the part of the R.N.C. and Donald Trump.  Unfortunately for him, Cruz did not live up to the occasion.  

When the primary campaign started, Cruz and the other 16 delegates were asked if they would support the winning candidate, no matter who it was.  

Cruz agreed to do so.  

Cruz did not.  

In fact, he snarled that people should vote their conscience.  That was somewhat like saying, "I'll be damned if I'll vote for Trump."  

Go ahead, Ted; pray for Hillary to win so you can prove you were right.  All you have done is to convince me that I was right when I didn't vote for you.  

Cruz is not trying to help mend and change the Republican Party; he's trying to tear it apart because we, the people, didn't choose him.  Politicians like Cruz make me sick, and if I were a Texan, I'd throw the dishonorable, sniveling lizard out of the state.

WOMEN GETTING INTO VIOLENT TERRORISM

FOX NEWS is reporting that there is a surge of radicalized Western Islamic women getting involved in the business of terrorism.  "Additionally, FBI, DHS and NCTC warn of the women’s potential role in carrying digital surveillance of potential targets over the Internet through a practice known as 'doxing.' Doxing leverages publicly available information on the web to plot attacks against specific individuals or locations.  

One might even be running for president of the United States.

TRUMP CAN'T DO IT ALONE

We all know, regardless of political persuasion, that our country has been headed down the road and in the wrong direction for years.  I don't need to reiterate the details, except to say that our social values, our political foundations and our moral compasses have been turned 180 degrees in the wrong direction.  

We now look to Donald Trump to save us.  I suggest to you that he cannot save us; no human being can save us.  The job is too monumental for one man alone.  It's going to take every single one of us to pitch in and help.  

Hillary Clinton doesn't want to change directions; she just wants more and more of the same old horseshit.  

We need to rebuild America's social organizations.  We need to rebuild our community spirits.  We need to get involved in our political processes and to ensure that every single person we elect to any job in local, state or federal government is not only qualified but is also firmly committed to the tasks at hand.  

We wanted new blood and with Trump's official nomination, we're almost there.  Let's not miss this opportunity to do what is best and what is right for our country.

I STAND WITH GINGRICH

Newt Gingrich said on Fox News that the government "should frankly test every person here who is of a Muslim background, and if they believe in Sharia, they should be deported. Sharia is incompatible with Western civilization."

Barack Hussein Obama had this to say about that:  "The very suggestion is repugnant and an affront to everything we stand for as Americans." The president said such a test would undermine the constitutional right to freedom of speech and religion.  

Number one, who is he to be asserting Constitutional Rights when he has overtly done everything possible to trample upon them throughout his presidency?  He's a bigot: he has his rights and we have only the rights he chooses to allow us to have?  

Well, I have news for him.  I'm an American.  When it comes to Constitutional Rights,  I have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; I also have a right to free speech and freedom of religion, all of which are in direct opposition to Sharia Law.   

The shooter in Baton Rouge was an I.S.I.S. member.  Virtually every terrorist act in this country over the past few years has been at the hands of a member of Islam.  

Gingrich is absolutely 100% correct.

IT'S TIME FOR OBAMA TO SHUT UP

Obama's two best attributes are that he knows how to whine and he is a pure artist at delivering condescending speeches.  Outside of that, he has no significant attributes.  

He's given plenty of lip service to terrorism, but he has done absolutely nothing to address it.  His main diatribe after a terrorist attack is to tell people they have no right to fear and they sure as hell had better not blame terrorism on radical Islam... essentially because in his mind, radical Islam does not exist and all Muslims are peaceful.  

A white kills a black and, justified or not, Obama immediately jumps onto the tube and blames the cops while demanding gun control.  His fangs are bared when he blames Congress for not passing serious gun control legislation, but he does absolutely nothing to stop blacks from killing cops.  You can hang Dallas and Baton Rouge on a necklace of thorns and hang it on Obama's neck, as far as I am concerned.  

Obama has no right... no right... to open his worthless mouth on these subjects.

TERROR REIGNS SUPREME

Radical Islamic terrorism, whether Obama likes the characterization or not, is on the move throughout the world.  Obama, who won't even utter the words, continues to insist that I.S.I.S., Al Qaeda,and the Taliban are on the run, "almost finished."  After all, the story out of the White House was Thursday morning, their caliphate is collapsing and they are desperate.  

And in his blind stupidity, with our country facing its own San Bernardino and Orlando-style terrorism, Obama suggests that we not be afraid and that we get rid of our guns.  It seems to me that his answer to terrorism is to turn us into a nation of sitting ducks.  

He needs to be removed.  We need to arm up, train up and gear up to go after these bastards who rape children before they burn them alive in cages, who know no laws but their own, who are not afraid of death themselves, and who want us... each and every one of us... dead.   

It is Obama's asinine approach to the "J.V. Team" that has emboldened them and turned them into the evil bastards who they are.  

Again, he needs to be removed... today.  And he does NOT need to be replaced by his protege, the illustrious and debauched wizard of Email and Benghazi.

TERRORISM ALIVE AND THRIVING IN FRANCE

The "J.V. Team" has evidently struck again, driving a truck into a crowd in Nice, killing at least 60 as of post-time.  Estimates are that more than 100 are injured.  After running down the spectators,  the driver of the truck emerged and started shooting.   France, by the way, has some of the toughest gun laws on the planet. The crowd had gathered to watch Bastille Day fireworks.  

Important holidays to make note of that are upcoming in the U.S. are Labor Day and the 15th anniversary of 9/11.  I don't think we need to be concerned however, inasmuch as Obama and his fellow idiots are thoroughly vetting anyone coming to the U.S. from a Muslim-terrorist country.  Yes siree, Bob.  

Personally, I think it's passed the time for Obama to make another apology tour to the Mid East.  

In the Meantime, be sure to hold tightly onto your guns; Obama is surely going to come after them now.

CHINA FLEXES ITS MUSCLES

A special tribunal at The Hague has ruled that China has no right to build up islands and has no basis for claiming jurisdiction over much of the South China Sea.  The tribunal was under the auspices of the United Nations and China is therefore legally bound to honor it.  However, they are not.  China "does not accept or acknowledge" the tribunal or the ruling, China's state Xinhua news agency said.  

The tribunal also ruled that China had interfered with Philippine petroleum exploration, tried to stop fishing by Philippine vessels within the country's exclusive economic zone and failed to prevent Chinese fishermen from fishing within that zone.  

China is essentially saying to the world, "What are you going to do about it?"   Indeed, they summoned their demobilized sailors and officers for training drills and exercises that apparently started just days ago.  

China, Russia, Iran and North Korea all know that Obama will be gone within a few months and they are all making concerted efforts to gain territory, influence and power before that happens.  The worst that can happen, they theorize, is that Obama will reach into his closet, grab a marker and draw a red line someplace.

IS THERE REALLY A "SHADOW GOVERNMENT?"

Remember Johathan Gruber, the impudent MIT economist who was the self-proclaimed architect of ObamaCare and who laughingly called the American people "stupid?"  Although Nancy Pelosi distanced herself from him and the White House denied even knowing who he was, Email traffic between Gruber and others involved in shoving ObamaCare down America's throats confirms that there was a major conspiracy between the players to shove the unpopular health plan down Americans' throats and that Gruber was central to it.  

Given the recent pass of Hillary Clinton by FBI Director James Comey and DOJ Secretary Loretta Lynch regarding the infamous EMail scandal, one has to speculate that the whole thing was a big,  massive charade.  The heat was on Clinton; she kept denying that there was anything wrong, and all of the sudden we had Loretta Lynch and James Comey in charge of the investigation.  Although the press, the White House and the Democrats... even the Republicans... were parading around Washington proclaiming the solid ethics of both, the plain truth is that they both had long associations with each other and specifically with the Clintons.  

Gruber was correct: The American people are stupid.  

One has to also wonder why we have had eight years of a well-orchestrated dance between the Republicans in Congress, the Democrats and the White House.  Obama exceeds his authority or does something totally outrageous, the Democrats sing his praises and back him up, the Republicans hold hearings and make bold statements about "accountability but do nothing," a new "crisis" appears, and the cycle repeats itself, over and over again.  Why?  

In this process, the public is unable to focus on any one scandal... there's always another one waiting to play out... just around the corner.  At the same time, the radical left is encroaching more and more upon American liberties and the very foundations of our country and society.  

All this this cannot be coincidental.  

Could it be that all of the conjecture about there being a "shadow government," a large group of individuals who are pulling the political strings in the country and who tell everyone else... the "front men" in government... what to do and when to do it, is actually the truth?   

Could it be that Trump is not playing along with the program and that is why the Democrats, the media and the Republican "establishment" are so uptight about his being on the stage?

OBAMA'S I.S.I.S. OIL LIE

Obama would have us all believe that we have greatly diminished the ability of I.S.I.S. to raise money by obliterating it's oil refineries.  But, I.S.I.S. has been building "mini-refineries" all over Iraq.  Because they are small and scattered, the mini-refineries are more more difficult to destroy from the air and any that are destroyed can be easily and cheaply replaced.  

The sad part about it is that there are still a helluva lot of people in the United States who have not awakened to the fact that Obama is an outright liar.

ANARCHY REIGNS

It starts at the top.  We have a president who defies our Constitution, who fans the flames of hatred in all corners of our country and who defies the will and the voices of the people.  We have a Congress which refuses to contain the obsessive arrogance of the president and which itself also defies our laws and the will of the people.  We have politicians who believe they rule our country; when the people put forth their candidates for office and the politicians disapprove, they seek to circumvent the rules which they themselves created.  There is open and flagrant crime and corruption at the highest levels of our government, as exemplified by the manner in which they have dealt with the blatant disrespect of our foundations and institutions by Barack Hussein Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton.  

The very first move our president made, after apologizing to Islam for our democracy, was to unjustifiably attack law enforcement at Cambridge.  Since then, he has relentlessly torn at respect for our laws and respect for our law enforcement.  When two bad cops kill two blacks, he blames all cops; when a black nutcase kills cops, Obama blames guns.  

These are all in-your-face symptoms of anarchy, a state of lawlessness and disorder resulting from a failure of government.

My fellow Americans, I submit to you that the time has come when we, the people, must firmly and soundly reassert our duties to take charge; our government belongs to us, and we have allowed it to break the bonds of democracy is to disintegrate into the sewers and gutters of lawlessness and impropriety.  We simply must make our voice heard, and we must do it with hoards citizens at the polls in November.  

Those who impugn the very government which our forefathers founded over two-hundred years ago must be removed, for they are no less a danger to our way of life and our society than are the radical Islamic terrorists who would lop off our heads and burn us alive.

A PATRIOT'S CALL TO ACTION

The Clinton decision has to hit you over the head like a ton of bricks: our government is crooked as hell.   

Everyone in our government, from the lowest peon in Paducah to the president in the White House, members of Congress, cabinet members, judges, lawyers and truck drivers... everyone... must be replaced.  They're either corrupt or they're complicit because they're keeping their damned mouths shut.

UP YOURS, JERRY BROWN

Jerry Brown this weekend signed into law six of the dumbest and obviously political bills ever signed into law in California.  These laws were pushed through as a direct result of the San Bernardino and Orlando terrorist attacks.  "My goal in signing these bills is to enhance public safety by tightening our existing laws in a responsible and focused manner, while protecting the rights of law-abiding gun owners," he claimed.  Not one of these laws would have changed what occurred in San Bernardino, Orlando or anywhere else. 

Here they are, with my opinions:
1.  Reclassifies thousands of legally owned semi-automatic rifles as assault weapons and bans their ownership or possession.  The types of weapons being banned have no association with any terrorist or individual gun crime.  
 
2.  Bans automatic magazine locking devices on rifles.  These devices have nothing whatsoever to do with gun crime of any type.  

3.  Makes it illegal to temporarily loan a gun to anyone except an immediate family member without going to a gun dealer and getting a permit for it.  In other words, if you and I are at the gun range and start talking the differences between our guns and to allow each other to try the other one's gun, that's totally illegal.  

 4.  Bans gun ownership for ten years to anyone who falsely claims that one of their firearms has been stolen.  Suppose you come home one night and discover a gun missing and you file a report.  You then remember that your wife has been taking lessons at the local gun shop and she has the gun.  T.S.    

5.  Requires a background check every time you go to buy ammunition.  If you decide right now to go hunting or to the range and you don't have ammo, you're going to have to wait for and pay for a background check.  Well, I could drive across the border and buy my ammo, but that's against the law.  I could borrow some from my friend, but that's against the law.   Moreover, the store where you buy the ammo has to keep a record of the purchase and provide it to the attorney general.  If I buy too much ammo, they're going to come knocking at my door.  
 
6.  There's a current California law saying you cannot buy or use a magazine that holds more than ten cartridges.  This new law says that, even if you had the magazine before the law went into effect, you have to get rid of it; it's illegal to own one or possess one, even if you're planning on traveling to a state where such magazines are legal.   

 Not one of these laws is going to have any bearing on gun crime.   Criminals, terrorists and thugs are not going to give a damn about these laws.  So, all this amounts to is turning the legal gun owner into a criminal... a second class citizen.  
 
And not one of these laws adds any penalties to actual gun crimes or terrorist activities.  

Up yours, Jerry Brown.  You and the jackasses who originated these B.S. laws need some Colorado-style recall justice.

FIREWORKS IN PHOENIX

They would have you believe that it was just a "chance meeting" and that they simply just "bumped into each other" at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix... just like two people sashaying across a street in downtown Waco, Texas.  You know the scene... a startled "Howdy there, Loretta!"  followed by an adjournment to the sidewalk for gossip, family talk and golf stories.  

Well, you have to remember that Bill is the former president, the husband of the Democrat Party presumptive nominee and he has a security detail.  Loretta, there on her own plane, had her own security detail.  So, they didn't just "bump into each other."  And, under the circumstances, you don't just climb out of your own plane, trot across the tarmac and up the steps into the other plane; you'd be out in the open and your security people wouldn't allow that to happen.  So, there had to be a dance-caller for this square dance do-si-do... someone to make all of the arrangements and call out all of the moves.  

After all of this fuss, when one has to presume that both participants had places to go and to be on time, they sat down for a 30-minute or so chit chat about nothing in particular... small talk.  Thirty minutes of small talk on a Phoenix tarmac in the 122 degree sun; one would wonder why they didn't slip into a private room in the airport hub where they could enjoy some Long Island iced-tea during the chit chat. Or, perhaps they could have touched base on their cell phones and avoided all of the hassle, or maybe they were afraid somebody might be listening in to their chit chat?  

Well, you know as well as I do that the F.B.I. is due to make its recommendation about what to do with Hillary's legal messes soon.  And, of course, there was that pesky Benghazi report coming out from Congress.  Never mind that Loretta will end up being the chief decision maker about all of this or that Bill is Hillary's husband and the former president who owes Hillary big-time for standing by him during his White House dalliances.... He wouldn't even think of asking Loretta to let Hillary off the hook and, of course, she wouldn't have entertained the discussion in the first place.  

After all, they had grand-kids to talk about and we all know what the real priorities in life are... don't we?   

Have a nice holiday.  I'll be back Tuesday... smelling like hot dogs, beer and skeptical pie.
