Forget Obamacare! Now, It’s Bidencare!

Uncle Joe has learned from Fancy Nancy that trickery is the best way to shove Socialism down an American’s throat. 

 

The widely forecasted debacle of Obamacare has literally pissed off both Obama and Pelosi! Nevertheless, they don’t surrender easily. They’re bound and determined to get socialized medicine enacted, whether Americans want it or not! 

 

Recognizing that Americans are dead set against socialized medicine and Obamacare in particular, they’re going for a new strategy. This time, they’re going to co-opt Medicare as the vehicle to get “Bidencare” passed.  The plan is to start by lowering the age to qualify for the nearly bankrupt system from 65 to 60.  That, they feel, will resolve one of the major problems with Obamacare… the 60-65 age group. 

 

It will also hasten the demise of Medicare. 

 

Obamacare will continue to operate in the shell it currently operates in, minus the seniors.  To slow the upcoming exhaustion of Medicare funds, they will further reduce covered services, thereby driving more Medicare providers from the marketplace further giving the shaft to seniors.  When Medicare collapses under its own weight and Obamacare hits the skids, the U.S. medical system will be in a dire state of emergency, widely opening the door for a total grab by the government of our medical care through socialized medicine.

Enough of This Wuhan Virus Tyranny!

Fourteen months after being told we needed to stay at home and wear masks for two weeks to “flatten the curve,” the oppressors are still putting thumbs down on America. 

 

Open up, close down. Wear masks, masks aren’t effective. Okay to eat outdoors only, perfectly fine to board a crowded airplane. The latest… the audacity to tell Americans who are fully vaccinated that they can go maskless only if they’re outside, in small groups, and everyone in attendance has a vaccination card… goes beyond the pale.  And no… you can’t celebrate Independence Day this year, either!

 

The fact is, after all of this time there is still no clear evidence that any of their restrictions has had any positive impact. In fact, states with fewer restrictions have had better results than those who mask up, stay inside and hide under their beds. 

 

Enough of these sickening platitudes and oppressive “laws!” Take them, your masks, your vaccines and your orders and stick ‘em where the sun don’t shine!

The Insane World We Live In

A former Oklahoma resident has lost a few jobs along life’s way, but never really understood why. 

 

Now living in Texas, she recently married and applied for a change of name on her driver license. She was denied.  It turns out that she had an active warrant for a felony embezzlement charge for the past two decades after allegedly never returning a rented VHS tape to a now-closed movie rental store in Norman, Oklahoma in 1999. 

 

She did get the district attorney to drop the case, but problems continue.  "Just because the district attorney’s office dismissed the case, it doesn’t make the case completely go away," Ed Blau, who runs a criminal defense firm in Oklahoma City, sys.  "It’s not as simple as just filling out a form. You actually have to sue the state of Oklahoma and clear your record!"

 

"I had lived with a young man, this was over 20 years ago. He had two kids, daughters that were 8, 10 or 11 years old, and I'm thinking he went and got it and didn't take it back or something. I have never watched that show in my entire life, just not my cup of tea," the alleged criminal said. "Meanwhile, I'm a wanted felon for a VHS tape."

 

She’ll probably now be charged with voter fraud, because she was a felon for the last 20 years.

Republicans Have No Grounds for Complant

It's too damned late.  For the last 25 years at least, the Republican leaders have sown distrust in their constituencies by failing to live up to promises, refusal to counter Democrat agendas, and endless bickering among themselves. They refused to back the most popular President in recent history and didn't lift a single finger to investigate the election fraud of 2020.   

They now moan and groan, justifiably claiming the Dems are trying to pack the Supreme Court and increase power by making D.C. into a state.  

The plain, simple fact of the matter is that if they had done their jobs and stood up to the trust we mistakenly placed in them, we wouldn't be in this damned predicament.

Derek Chauvin: My Turn

You can say what you want, and you’re absolutely correct. George Floyd was no angel. George Floyd used drugs. George Floyd had just committed another crime.

 

Derek Chauvin kneeled on George Floyd’s neck for over nine minutes. During that time, Floyd quit struggling and passed out. Bystanders began to scream for Chauvin to let up, but Chauvin kept on kneeling… and George Floyd died.

 

George Floyd may have had enough drugs in him at the time to kill him. But, the threat to life he posed had ended long before Derek Chauvin stopped the kneel.

 

Just as you don’t shoot someone when they no longer pose a threat, you don’t kneel on their neck after they become unconscious. 

 

The verdict was just. Those who burn and riot in Floyd’s name, however, are terrorists and need to be treated as such.
