WARNING: DON'T SCREW WITH THE NATIONAL EMERGENCY DECLARATION

Any idiot, Republican or Democrat, who thinks he can gain some political advantage by scuttling the border wall project is going to be in for a very rude awakening in 2020.  

Americans have had enough of the murders, the drugs, the gang activity, the sex trafficking and the diseases coming across our southern border.  

Build the wall or get the hell out of office... and our country, for that matter.

IS AN AMERICAN CIVIL WAR IMMINENT?

You might pooh-pah the idea but... you need to read on. 

Joseph diGenova, the former U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, believes that America's divide will eventually result in violence, and so do I. 

“There’s two standards of justice, one for Democrats one for Republicans,” he says.  “The press is all Democrat, all liberal, all progressive, all left – they hate Republicans, they hate Trump.  So the suggestion there’s ever going to be civil discourse in this country for the foreseeable future in this country is over. It’s not going to be. It’s going to be total war. And as I say to my friends, I do two things – I vote and I buy guns.”  

In October, NPR reported that there’s a “deep national pessimism about the outlook for peaceful politics in the United States.” 

While you might think this is all hyper-nonsense, ask yourselves why government agencies are continuing to buy thousands of guns and tons of ammunition.  You will recall  that this practice started back in the Obama years; the practice is growing.  Government agencies not normally associated with law enforcement are spending millions of dollars on guns and ammo.  Many small, non-military agencies have enough firepower to start a small war. 

Who do they intend to battle?  What major national calamity do they anticipate?

WERE RYAN AND MCCONNELL IN ON THE COUP ATTEMPT?

Disgraced former FBI Assistant Director Andrew McCabe is now alleging that he told the top eight members of Congress, four Republicans and four Democrats, about the investigation into President Trump and the attempt to remove him from office by use of the 25th Amendment.  You can hang your hat on the fact that McCabe has been proven to be a liar in the past but, as of this post, none of the eight has denied it.  

The list includes Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Andrew Schiff and Mark Warner, (Democrats); Paul Ryan, Devin Nunes, Richard Burr and Mitch McConnell, (Republicans).   

The briefing allegedly took place in May of 2017 during an eight-day period after the firing of James Comey.  McCabe alleges that all of the Gang of Eight already knew about the FBI involvement. 

If you read back through my major three blogs, you will discover that I have been alleging a Deep State coup against President Trump from the very beginning.  I refuse to believe that this shocking plan originated within the ranks of the FBI.  I believe that Jeff Sessions and Rod Rosenstein were in on it and that it actually was born within the walls of the Obama White House... and under the urging or direction of one Hillary Clinton.  I also believe the plot continues to this day. 





Every single one involved should be investigated, charged accordingly, tried and, if convicted... impeached, removed from office and thrown in jail...  from Lisa Page to the Gang of Eight, to Loretta Lynch, to Jeff Sessions to Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and the two as-yet unnamed Trump Cabinet Members who participated. 

We Americans should demand and expect nothing less.

PATHETIC MAHARAJAHS

I have two main daily sources of opinion/news... Lou Dobbs on Fox Business and Liz Wheeler on One America News Network, (Tipping Point).   Of course, have have several other sources of information and opinion, but those are the main two.  

I mention, this because Lou Dobbs hit the nail on the head Monday night by repeating something I've been saying for two years: the Republicans in Congress, by-and-large,  do nothing more for this country than to give lip service.  Failing to recognize that they owe their jobs to President Trump, on whose coattails they managed to get into or stay in Congress, they often work behind the scenes to subvert his agendas; at the very least, they fail to support those agendas.  

Republicans like to postulate that the Democrat Party is on the ropes.  They need to start looking inward and come to the realization that they, themselves, are also on the ropes.  The plain truth of the matter is that Americans are sick and tired of the endless parades of bullshit coming out of Washington.  

We all recognize that Clinton, Lynch, Comey, McCabe, Strozk, Rosenstein, Page and maybe Sessions belong in jail.  Some of them should be charged with attempting to overthrow the government; some of them should be charged with obstruction of justice; some of them should even be charged with treason.  

When it comes to protecting national security, which they are all obligated by law to do, Pelosi, Schumer and Ryan should be charged with malfeasance and misfeasance in office for failing to act on the southern border.  And frankly, Kevin  McCarthy has yet to demonstrate that he is willing to stand up and support the President or this country either; you don't see him clamoring for a special prosecutor to investigate the sinister plan to remove President Trump from office.   

May God damn all of them in 2020.

MY TAKE ON THE AURORA SHOOTING

While the facts continue to be investigated and revealed, some of the information in the public realm as of Saturday raise my concern.  For one, Gary Martin had been called into a room where he was terminated... after being on the job for 15 years.  Aurora police said they had arrested Martin six times on charges that included traffic violations and domestic violence. His last arrest in the city was in 2008.  His most recent arrest was two years ago, when Oswego police picked him up on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.  

Normally, if an employee is going to present serious problems to the work environment, you know it within six months... maybe a year.  The fact that he had a lengthy record of domestic violence, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property leads me to believe he was probably a troublemaker on the job.  Sometimes, management is afraid to confront such behavior; he at least should have been refereed to mandatory counseling.  I cannot think of a justifiable reason to keep a troublemaker on the job for 15 years.

Secondly, if you're going to discipline or terminate an employee with this kind of track record, you should always have a security guard in the room.  

Third,  I'm going to assume that the five fatalities were all either in the room or in the immediate vicinity of the room, and it further appears that all five were killed in the immediate bursts of gunfire.  After that, Martin evidently started to roam the plant and warehouse, shooting at other employees indiscriminately.   There is absolutely no indication that any other employee had a gun with which to shoot back, and about five minutes elapsed from the first shot to the arrival of law enforcement.  

Finally, Martin bought the gun used to commit the shootings in 2014 and there was no evident reason to deny the sale at that time.  However, five days after taking possession of the weapon, a Smith & Wesson 40-caliber handgun, Martin tried to obtain a concealed carry permit.  During the fingerprinting and background process it was discovered that he had a felony conviction for assault in Mississippi in 1995.  They therefore turned down the concealed carry permit but failed to seize his gun, which should have happened because he had a felony conviction.  

Five innocent lives were lost and a dozen people including five police officers were wounded.  It seems to me that there's a helluva lot of blame to be spread around.

WHY CAN'T TRUMP FIRE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES?

The duties and responsibilities of government employees are to serve the American public and obey Federal laws and regulations.  Almost from the inception of our Constitutional form of government, employees have either sought to gain favor with their elected bosses by donating to their campaigns and doing political favors, or elected politicians have required them to do so in order to keep their jobs.  

Enter the Hatch Act of 1939, which forbids the intimidation or bribery of voters and restricts political campaign activities by federal employees. It prohibits using any public funds designated for relief or public works for electoral purposes. It forbids officials paid with federal funds from using promises of jobs, promotion, financial assistance, contracts, or any other benefit to coerce campaign contributions or political support. It provides that persons below the policy-making level in the executive branch of the federal government must not only refrain from political practices that would be illegal for any citizen, but must abstain from "any active part" in political campaigns, using this language to specify those who are exempt:

• (i) an employee paid from an appropriation for the Executive Office of the President; or
• (ii) an employee appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, whose position is located within the United States, who determines policies to be pursued by the United States in the nationwide administration of Federal laws.  

President Trump inherited a White House full of Democrat political operatives who continue to actively undermine his administration at every turn.  But, the Civil Service Union protects their jobs, or so they would have everyone believe.  

Union or not, if they are engaging in political activities for or against the President, they need to be removed from their jobs.

BORDER WALL CORRUPTION?

Further to my post of yesterday regarding the border wall...

Drug Enforcement Administration agents have busted a “huge and sophisticated” meth lab near Atlanta, Georgia they say is run by a Mexican drug cartel, Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG); the operation is deemed to be  “huge and sophisticated.”  They were taking the liquid meth that had crossed over the border in Texas and converting it back into solid meth.  

With the exception of one individual, all those involved in the operation were here illegally.  “Mexican nationals absolutely control the entire methamphetamine smuggling process, and it’s all coming from the border...from the smuggling and the processing and the initial distribution all the way through the mid-level of trafficking,” according to a DEA agent.  “There’s a nonstop flow of illegals willing to make the trip over for the amount of money they are going to earn from the cartels.” 

I simply must ask the question again: "How much money is being paid by the cartels to the Democrats who refuse to build a wall?"

COMMITTEE'S FARCICAL, ASININE PROPOSAL

The special Congressional Committee working on a compromise bill to fund the border wall has proven itself to be the worst Committee ever to exist in the nation's Capitol.  

They propose $1.375 billion to build a "wall" consisting of concrete dividers like you see on highways topped with bollards... large round pipes every 3-4 feet or so.  Such a barrier will only stop vehicular traffic... pedestrians will have absolutely no impediments to crossing the border at all... zero, nil, zilch.  

They then go on to propose reducing the ability for border patrol agents to incarcerate and hold violent criminals or gang members; they propose this through the reduction of available detention beds, which would force the release of the violent illegals into our society.  

These asinine proposals come on the heels of the discovery that a dead woman found stuffed into a suitcase in Greenwich, Connecticut, was killed by an illegal immigrant... another in a growing, continuing patrade of atrociouis crimes committed by illegals in this country.

DEMOCRATS DECLARE WAR ON AMERICA; REPUBLICANS HIDE

Why is it that Mueller's 27-man FBI task force showed up at Roger Stone's house armed with assault rifles at 5:00 AM to roust him out of bed, scare his deaf wife almost to death, storm through his house seizing everything in sight, handcuffing Stone and marching him out of his house in pajamas and bare feet while CNN just happened to be there to record and publish the raid?  That gestapo tactic surely would convince any watching American that Stone was a hardened criminal most likely associated with the Mafia... all over a minor charge.  

Why is it that the Democrats started introducing bills left and right to raise taxes, seize guns, destroy the economy and impose draconian EPA regulations?  

Why is it that Democrats tried unmercifully to tar and feather Brett Kavanaugh, but are fighting like hell to save a Lt. Governor accused of sexual assault, a Governor accused of infanticide and racism,  and an Attorney General who admits to racism? 

Why is it that the Dems are foisting criminal Mexican gangs, rapists, murderers and drug runners on Americans while refusing to even discuss closing the southern border? 

Why is is that House Democrats treated Acting Attorney General Whitaker so insolently during Friday's hearings... much as if they were grilling Simon Legree? 

Well, anyone can see that it's all about destroying President Trump, the Republican Party and the fundamental foundations upon which this country was built. 

You would think that the Republicans would be standing united behind the man who helped them secure their elections to office, and that they would be taking a strong stand against these attacks on our country. But... they're ominously all missing in action.  

I can't wait until 2020.  It will be time for huge American revenge.

TRUMP'S HOME RUN

SPECIAL POST:
President Trump hit it on all eight cylinders last night in front of an enthusiastic Republican crowd and an openly hostile room of Democrats.   Frankly, I think he overdid himself.  

Nancy Pelosi fumbled with a sheaf of papers in trying to ignore the President's message, often sitting in sullen silence while the rest of the audience was largely on its feet.  A freezing chill overtook the Democrats when the President launched into a call for dealing with the border crisis and when he made it clear that the nation was not ready for, and would not tolerate, their left-wing socialist agenda.  

Thank you Mr. President for a speech well done.

GUTTER POLITICS

The conduct of the Democrats at last night's State of the Union Address was beyond disgraceful and disgusting.  It was unbecoming t0 Americans.  It was uncivil.  It was decadent.  

Shame on them.  Shame on those who elected them.

DEMOCRATS, MEDIA JOINED WITH THE DEVIL

With New York legalizing and Virginia introducing legislation to allow late-term abortions up to the instant of birth, not one Democrat Party leader has come forth to disavow such an agenda.  Not Schumer, not Pelosi, not Waters, not Harris, not Booker... not one.  

Indeed, when the liberal left-wing reporters questioned Virginia's Governor Ralph Northam on Saturday,  not one question was asked about his stance on abortion so sickeningly described and defended to the nation only days before.  

They all want your guns, they want your Bibles and they intend to spread their evil.

WHY NOT LEGALIZE MURDER?

Within days of New York's legalization of abortion at any time up to the moment of birth, a Virginia Democrat has sponsored a similar bill in that state.  I presume that if the baby is in the process of being born, he/she can still be aborted and, if alive when removed from the birth canal, can be euthanized. 

If this isn't legalized murder, what is? 

Further along the same line: If we have illegals crossing our border and murdering innocent civilians and we refuse to take measures to stop it, doesn't that amount to legalized murder?  

So, why don't we quit beating around the bush and formally legalize murder altogether?  We can then release all of those prisoners from death row and save the horrendous incarceration costs and legal expenses, and we can allow Planned Parenthood to sell as many fetus parts as it wants to.

And we can rename the United States to Sodom and Gomorrah.  

My God, what have we become?
