Hot on the heels of yesterday's post and recent posts on WE'RE NOT TO BLAME regarding the lack of justice regarding Hillary Clinton, news came out yesterday that Hillary and six members of her staff were granted Top Secret clearances long after Clinton left the State Department and even after she announced her candidacy for president. Senator Charles Grassley, smelling a dead fish, started inquiring about the matter from the Obama White House, which never responded to his requests.
“I have repeatedly asked the State Department whether Secretary Clinton
and her associates had their clearances suspended or revoked to which
the Obama Administration refused to respond,” Grassley wrote in a March
30 letter to Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
It is entirely possible that Clinton, Cheryl Mills, Huma Abedin, (her traveling chief of staff and former
assistant, who went on to become the vice chair of her presidential
campaign), and Jake Sullivan, (her senior policy advisor), still have
access to the classified and top-secret archives and systems. The State Department has refused to answer inquiries as of blog post time Thursday.
Chris Farrell of Judicial Watch said it is “outrageous” that Clinton and her
staff would have access after they left the state department, and may
still have access, considering their egregious behavior. “It is so unimaginatively offensive that Hillary
Clinton or her staff would have any access to classified or top secret
information," Farrell said. "It is a mind blower."
What is the Department of Justice, now under Jeff Sessions, going to do about it?

There was a day in this country when, if you did something illegal, immoral or unethical... you paid for it in one way or another. You got charged, tried, convicted and made to pay a fine or go to jail; you got tossed out of your church; or you lost your job and your reputation. You might have heard about those days as being about "truth, justice and the American way."
It didn't matter who you were, who you knew, how much money or power you had, or what side of the tracks you lived on; screw up and pay for it. Countless Senators, Representatives, Judges, corporate executives and Hollywood actors got caught and lost virtually everything in the process. That way of life even affected a president... Richard M. Nixon.
It's not that way anymore; it seems to me that nobody has to own up to their misdeeds these days. Illegals come to our country, commit crimes and get put on pedestals. Corruption is an everyday occurrence everywhere. An innocent young woman gets shot and killed on a wharf in San Francisco and everyone turns their backs on the family while the City rushes to defend the perpetrator and the circumstances.
Along comes the most powerful and wealthy political woman in modern U.S. history who is directly responsible for the deaths of four innocent Americans in Benghazi, who violated national security regulations, and who actively participated in "pay for play" schemes involving her husband, the office of Secretary of State and her "foundation." Rather than having someone blow the whistle, she had hundreds of employees and high government officials from the White House to the Justice Department, to the State Department, to the F.B.I. and God only knows where else... covering up for her in an open, flagrant scheme to obstruct justice.
And it looks like she totally got away with it. Well... nobody's even talking about it anymore, are they?
Mr. Trump: Someone needs to get this poison off the American table.

Illegal alien criminals commit all kinds of crimes against legal American citizens. Illegal alien criminals should be incarcerated, pay their debts to society, and be tossed out of the country; if they return, they should go to jail for violation of our immigration laws.
I'm sick and tired of liberal platitudes. The law is the law. If you don't like the law, then get it changed. If you disobey the law and flout it, that amounts to anarchy and treason. If you are in charge of a state, county, city, school or other public entity and you knowingly and willingly allow your entity to violate the law, you need to go to jail.
Not ony should the federal government refuse to fund sanctuary entities, but we as Americans should quit doing business with firms which reside there. Let them dry up economically and blow away in the winds.
The days of liberals picking what laws to shove down our throats and what laws they will not obey themselves has to come to an end. Now.

If you'll remember correctly, China made a move to take over security at many American ports when Hillary was Secretary of State. Now, China is on the move in a similar direction: it's trying to buy up and control land around the Panama Canal. The Panama Canal Authority, which has managed the canal since the United
States ceded ownership to the Panamanian government in 1999, will officially open approximately 1,200 hectares of land around the waterway to development into a logistics park by the end of this year. Chinese authorities are expressing an interest.
Chinese state-owned corporations have expanded their presence in ports located
along strategic waterways in an effort to control global trade routes. Firms owned by the Chinese government have already acquired majority control over key ports in Sri Lanka and Greece, as
well as minority control over ports in Europe, Africa and Asia. China is backing up its intent to fully control these ports by expanding its military marines.
The United States and other western-oriented nations could be in dire straights if they become unable to conduct international commerce on the world's waterways.

The Republicans have been given the ball so many time in recent decades, I can't even begin to count. It seems as if every time we place our trust in them, they crap on us... over and over and over again.
The Obama-Reid-Pelosi Democrats conjured up the monstrosity of a bill called ObamaCare and shoved it down our throats for over seven years. We gave the GOP the House, and then the Senate; they couldn't manage to stifle the single worst piece of legislation to come out of Washington since Prohibition. We made it clear: get rid of ObamaCare in its entirety. It costs too much, it sucks up too much of our economy, it doesn't provide decent health care, it amounts to a federal government takeover of too many of our individual rights and it's created a huge bureaucracy of its own.
Oh, they promised us on a stack of Bibles they would get rid of ObamaCare if only we would give them the House, the Senate and the White House.
Well, we kept our end of the deal. They, however, did not. Once again, they screwed us.
With the ball totally in their court, they simply glossed over the petty details and put lipstick on the pig.
They obviously expected us to dummy up and buy it.
Well, we managed to stop them, but in the process... we got stuck with ObamaCare. In other words, the people in whom we placed our trust responded by putting us in a "lose, lose" situation.
At this point, my attitude is: "Piss on them; they're just as bad as the Obama-Reid-Pelosi Democrats. I hope they all rot in their own stupid mess. Thank God the 2018 elections are just around the corner, because they have not yet learned what the 2016 elections were really all about.

Thank God they pulled the health care bill, because it was almost the dumbest thing the Republicans have ever done. They have no one to blame but themselves and... Paul Ryan.
Ryan never aired the bill properly among the House members. He wrote the bill and then kept it under wraps until the very last moment. He then had the audacity to say that his bill was the only option... that, or be stuck with ObamaCare. He compounded his arrogance when he refused to listen to the chorus of House Members who were complaining that the public was raising hell over the process and the contents of the Bill.
Then, he convinced Trump to stand behind him by insisting that the House rules wouldn't allow it to happen any other way. When faced with certain defeat, they both tried to shove it down America's throats.
Had it passed, I think that would have been the end of Trump's honeymoon and the death knell for his second term. It also would have been the total end of the Republican Party. The plain, absolute truth is that we are sick and tired of being manipulated, lied to and treated like scum. We're in rebellion, and the only way we are going to settle down is when Washington comes to grips with the phrase, "consent of the governed."
That all having been said, let us now move on to the task of getting the job done correctly.

As of post time [yesterday], there was some talk in Washington about scuttling the American Health Care Act due to opposition from the Freedom Caucus. The game plan, evidently, would be to star working on a new plan next week.
The full-court-press being exerted by Trump and Ryan ignores the fact that those of us who voted for them did so because ObamaCare is a disaster and we want it done away with in its entirety. It's not only useless and expensive, but it constitutes an intrusion into our rights to determine our own health care. The new plan is almost exactly the same with a little very artificial sweetener added.
I intend to scribble down the name of every Congressman who votes for it and to publish the list on this blog right around the middle of the 2018 elections.

FOX NEWS Senior Judicial Analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano has reportedly been taken off the air as a result of recent reporting that British intelligence agencies may have been used by then President Barack Hussein Obama to spy on Donald Trump. Napolitano had reported he had confirmations of the story from three separate and reliable sources and the Trump White House has continued to insist that eavesdropping of Trump did in fact occur at Trump Tower.
Nevertheless, FOX NEWS newscaster Shepard Smith stated that FOX has absolutely no evidence to support Napolitano's claims. Smith has been an opinionated and less-than-favorable reporter regarding the Trump Administration.
Napolitano at one time had his own FOX NEWS show, but was abruptly shut down after the Obama Mafia complained. He is a highly respected legal guru in most knowledgeable circles. As of blog post time, FOX had neither denied or confirmed Napolitano's hiatus and it is unclear when, or if, the former judge will return to his duties.
Napolitano is one of the only reasons I continue to watch FOX NEWS at all; their shifting priorities in reporting have caused me to be less trusting in their objectivity. It never ceases to amaze me how so many major companies are unwilling to stand behind their most trusted employees. It's easy to understand how cops must feel after someone who wasn't even at the scene of a shooting starts second-guessing what actually occurred.
I think it would be a tragic mistake if he has been permanently taken off the air.

Nevada's famous Yucca Mountain is back in the news. Located north of Las Vegas, the mountain was once slated to be a national repository for nuclear waste, but Nevada's Harry Reid successfully engineered Obama's trashing of the plan and it was put on hold.
Nevada claims that due to the long, long life of radioactive waste, depositing it into the ground in Nevada could lead to underground poisoning of groundwater in centuries to come. The simple and plain truth is that Nevada's Mercury Test Site, also located north of Las Vegas, was home to extensive above and below-ground nuclear testing for years; in order words, the area is already full of unconstrained underground contamination.
In that respect, the most logical place to store future piles of radioactive materials, mostly consisting of spent nuclear fuel rods above ground at the nation's nuclear energy sites, would be someplace where nuclear tests have been conducted... where such radioactivity already exists.
Reid and other Nevada leaders have successfully been able to stave off opening of the Yucca Mountain site... all for political purposes. Yet, we simply must find a solution about what to do with a burgeoning mass of highly radioactive materials, and leaving them above ground where they are subject to being stolen and used by foreign enemies just doesn't make any sense to me.
As it stands, there isn't a living human being within 100 miles of Yucca Mountain, although nearby Area 51 is reportedly teeming with alien beings. Since it is in the middle of an uninhabited desert and already virtually completed, I suggest we finish the project at the earliest possible opportunity.
And, perhaps, they'll have there next Democrat National Convention there.

Last week, it was the guy who jumped the fence and managed to spend 16 minutes working his way toward the White House before he was detected and apprehended. Then came the guy who jumped the bike rack, but somehow did not manage to get onto the White House grounds. And then... AND THEN... someone, assertively a guest, slipped past Secret Service at Trump's post Mar-a-Lago estate and into his study where he took a selfie... while Trump and his family were there! The Secret Service is denying the seriousness of the event, saying it was okay for an unescorted official guest to be in there.
Also last week, a Secret Service agent had his laptop stolen from his car. Among other highly sensitive and classified documents contained thereon was a complete floor plan and layout of Trump's offices and suite at Trump Towers. The Secret Service is trying to downplay the ominous significance of that breach.
Here Trump is, hated by every single lunatic in the Democrat Party, surrounded by thousands of radical left-wing extremists in the country, and faced with a multitude of overt threats from that of impeachment to that of assassination... and his Secret Service seems to be openly complicit, failing to provide him with the full-on and intense protection he is both entitled to and requires.
If all of those facts don't add up to his being a sitting duck, what does? Does it also add up to another deliberate trap set for the new President by his predecessor? And what, if anything, is going to be done about it?

It used to be that this country always strived for excellence. We wanted to be the best, to create the best and to have the best... of everything. We were proud to be Americans because we epitomized what it is to be the best of the best.
No more.
Even Donald Trump is willing to settle for second, or third, or fourth best.
It's all about this damned new heath care bill, the massive change in America that moved our health care decisions from we, the people, to them, the government... taking over one-sixth of our national economy with it. And regardless of all of the ballyhooing by Ryan and Trump, that's the way it's going to remain under this new plan. You know it and I know it.
Trump and Ryan keep saying we can't let ObamaCare implode. So, they're hell bent on preventing the Democrats from looking like the scallywags they really are. It's not about creating a proactive and responsible bill, it's suddenly about saving ObamaCare from its inevitable disaster.
That's one excuse.
The other excuse is that the Democrats in the Senate won't allow the Republicans to pass the kind of repeal and new health care plan that Trump promised when he was running. In other words, the Republicans are openly admitting to us that the Democrats are still in the driver's seat and that the Republicans don't know how to deal with it.
So, folks, we're going to have to settle for less than best?
Well, I don't know how this all sits with you, but I do know that "settling" for second best doesn't turn me on at all. In fact, it's already starting to look as disastrous as it turned out to be the last time the Republicans controlled Congress and the White House.
Ryan says it's his way or nothing. Then, let it be nothing. I don't want another piece of government crap; I want the best.

Here's a story that's not likely to appear on Wretched Maddog's MSNBC Show.
After 23 years, four months, 24 days, six hours and 43 minutes... I've finally read some good news again. You remember that Trump and Sessions just asked for the resignations of 47 U.S. Attorney's, one of which refused and had to be fired? Well, it turns out that a couple of those who were asked to resign were career government types with only a few months to go before reaching their 20 years required for retirement. U.S. Attorneys Deirdre Daly of the District of Connecticut and Richard
Hartunian of the Northern District of New York both worked in the
U.S. Department of Justice in various capacities for over 19 years.
Now get a load of this: Sessions agreed to allow them to stay on
for a few more months in order to reach their 20-year marks!
Can you even remotely fathom the idea that Obama, Holder, Lynch or Clinton would have dome the same under similar circumstances?
Yeah... Good news! Integrity. Compassion. Genuine care and interest. All are qualities that the Democrats are famous for exhibiting, correct?
What a breath of fresh air!

Faced with mounting opposition to the new American Health Care Act, the House Republicans are now trying to entice Americans by claiming the new plan will save us over $337 billion dollars during the next ten years. They fail to mention that ObamaCare was going to cost us $1.34 trillion over the same years, so we still have a net increase of over $1 trillion in taxpayer costs during the next ten years.
The Ryan Republicans are playing the same damned games the Pelosi Democrats played when they shoved ObamaCare down our throats, and I for one do not like it one damned bit.

You may recall that there was a huge earthquake just off the coast of Japan in 2011 that led to a meltdown at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant and simultaneous releases of highly radioactive water and gases from the plant. The Japanese government downplayed the matter and refused help from other counties, including the United States. Since then, news about the status of the plant and efforts to clean it up has been rather sparse.
We do know that efforts to create a frozen ice barrier around the base of the site have been largely ineffective. There have also been some reports of increased radioactivity among sea life in the vicinity. In December of 2016, we learned that radioactive cesium-134 had reached the coastal waters of the Pacific Northwest. Also for the first time, cesium-134 has been detected in a Canadian
salmon.
In early February, there was a brief one-day report circulated among some U.S. media outlets that radiation levels at the plant had reached the highest levels since the original disaster. Cameras sent in to one reactor to examine the extent of the problem immediately malfunctioned due to the high levels of radiation. Speculation was, and is, that reactor number two is in total meltdown, with horribly high levels of radiation being detected under the reactor... radiation strong enough to kill a human being in one minute.
Once again, both U.S. and Japanese officials are downplaying the danger. U.S. officials insist that the cesium reaching our shores poses no threat to human life and is well-below the danger level; they cease to mention that all it takes is one particle of radiation to strike the right human cell and cancer is born. The Japanese insist that no radiation is in danger of seeping into the ocean or the groundwater beneath the plant; the fact is that we all know high levels of radiation have existed in the groundwater for years and that fish or other sea life in the vicinity have to be getting their increased levels of radiation from somewhere.
Just so you have an idea of what we are discussing here, the previous record of 73 sieverts per hour in radiation was detected in 2012; the most recent reading is at 573.
The Fukushima disaster always has and always will pose a significant threat to the west coast of the United States, and after six years of efforts to contain the problem we are no closer today than we were on day one.
We'd better keep an eye on it.

Jeff Sessions is getting rid of the last remaining 46 U.S. Attorneys hired by the Obama regime.
This is by far the best move the new administration has made so far, and they have made some damned good moves. The problem here is that the Democrats have openly declared war on Trump and his team. They are putting their politics way ahead of what s right and best for the country, and they have proven themselves to be devious and downright nasty in their methodologies.
That means we can't trust a damned one of them.
Every Obama appointed federal employee should be terminated pronto, and that include James Comey at the F.B.I. There is too much at stake and their anti-American agenda is too much like cancer; leave it alone and it grows.

With all of the justifiable hullabaloo over the fact that the House has simply changed some decorations on ObamaCare and renamed it, everyone is missing the real story.
When the "Affordable" Care Act was created, it created a huge... as in HUGE... bureaucracy. Thousands of new jobs with tons of regulations and zillions of gigabytes of data were created. This is costing the taxpayers big time and further dragging the economy down.
There is nothing in the "new" act that changes that.
What needs to happen is that we enact a law or two to establish the few good things that were in ObamaCare, and then we need to push the oversight and management of health care back to the individual states where it most certainly belongs.
Unless, that is, the new guys in Washington are unwilling to do what is right and break that bureaucracy up.

I have read the Constitution several times and I fail to see any language in it that provides foreigners with any rights to cross our borders into America. Therefore, we have every right to deny anyone entry into this country for any reason whatsoever. We can deny them whether or not they have terrorist connections; whether or not they are Muslims; whether they live in Switzerland or if they live in Syria; if they have money or if they don't; if they have contagious diseases or not.... the list goes on. We can even deny them entry if their mother has a wart on the big toe.
We control our borders and our government has every right to decide who can come and go and under what circumstances.
I'm sick and tired of hearing the left-wing liberal whiners trying to tell us differently. If they don't like our Constitution, that's not my problem; it's theirs.

Why is the Obama mafia and the left-wing faction of the Democrat Party so intent on playing up this obviously fake-news Russian story?
Let's suppose for a moment that Obama and his goons really wanted Hillary to win. There's the real story: Obama really did want Hillary to win so that she could cover up all of the misdeeds he and his henchmen perpetrated while he was in office. Given that incentive, he had every reason to pull whatever strings were necessary to make sure that Hillary won.
What better way to gain an advantage on the "enemy," Donald J. Trump, than to know his every move in advance? That, of course, would mean bugging his office, his plane, his cell phone... whatever could be bugged. But, just in case some snoop might catch on to such an immense bugging operation, there had to be a cover story and Trump handed it to them on a silver platter when he said that he wouldn't mind getting along with Putin.
Hence, the story would be, if they were discovered, that they were bugging Trump to find out about his Russian connections when, in fact, the operation was really a Nixonian operation to find out what Trump was up to in his campaign.
Just suggestin'......

More and more people who I talk to are becoming concerned that there is an organized attempt by the left wing of this country to overthrow the government and the Constitution of the United States. They see the constant barrage of lies and fake news being proliferated by the media and by the leaders of the Democrat Party as an attack upon the integrity of the Constitution and the will of the American people.
This is scary stuff and, if true, means that we are now engaged in a fight to the end to protect and defend the very essence of our history as a nation.
I hate to say this, but it's true: this conduct could actually lead to armed conflict.
Folks, this is to time to sit on the couch; this is a time to be acutely aware of what is going on in our politics and in our government. We cannot afford to make any mistakes.

Just a few months ago, before the election, Republicans were licking their wounds and literally complaining that Trump was handing the election to Clinton; the Party, they were lamenting, was doomed.
Well, the election results handed Trump the White House, solidified Republican control of Congress and installed Republican governors across the country. The Republicans, however, seem to have lost sight of the fact that it was Trump and his campaign who engineered this modern-day miracle.
They still don't grasp the fact that if it were not for Trump, Clinton would have won the White House and probably regained control of at least the Senate. Instead of uniting behind the new leader of their Party, they remain split and to some extent they are still in denial themselves... sniping and nipping at Trump's heels at every turn.
Here, they have the golden opportunity to unite and to serve the country well, but they seem bound and determined to squander yet another chance at the golden ring.

The Democrats make a little noise and the White House bites. If this keeps up, Trump is never going to get anything done because the Democrats are going to keep firing at him on all cylinders.
The problem stems from Barack Hussein Obama. He said right after the election that he was staying in Washington so that he could keep an eye on Trump. What is now getting to be widely known is that he is the self-designated leader of the Democrat Rebellion and he's letting it be spread that he intends to either force Trump to resign or to get him impeached.
The sad part is that if Trump gets mired down in this garbage, he's not going to be able to push his agenda and meet his promises to the American people and that will most certainly diminish his ability to win reelection in 2020... if not worse. And as long as he and his administration keep responding to it, they're going to keep pushing it.
Two things need to happen: (1) Trump has to learn to ignore the majority of these antics and to stay focused on his proactive agenda, and (2) the Republicans need to go after Clinton, her emails, Benghazi and her foundation like barracudas.
By their actions, the Democrats are begging for it, so let's seize the narrative and put the shoe on the other foot.
Like Einstein said: For every action, there is an equal reaction. Let's teach that lesson to the would-be demagogues. Let us go after them: Any eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.

Obama is still president; that seems to be what he and George Soros think.
Barack Obama and Eric Holder are joining forces to bring down the Trump Presidency. And since it's against the law for a former president to use his government-paid office space for political purposes, Valerie Jarrett is moving into Obama's Washington house to work with him in the trio's new endeavor: bring down the Trump Presidency.
Among other things, the group seeks to direct resources into winning certain state
elections, pushing ballot initiatives for nonpartisan district-drawing
commissions and waging legal wars to redraw existing voter districting maps. His direct and immediate push is to organize nationwide efforts to force Trump out of office, and he’s doing it through a network of leftist nonprofits led by Organizing
for Action. Normally you’d expect an organization set up to support a
politician and his agenda to close up shop after that candidate leaves
office, but not Obama’s OFA. Rather, it’s gearing up for battle, with a
growing war chest and more than 250 offices across the country, probably funded by Obama's close friend, anti-American George Soros and your friends in Hollywood.
These are the people who are behind the initial and now incessant rumors that Trump's team has been in close contact with Russian operatives; they're the ones who orchestrated the embarrassing removal of Michael Flynn from Trump's cabinet and they're undoubtedly behind an ugly, despicable attempt to smear Carryn Owens... the wife of Ryan Owens who was recently killed in Yemen... by calling her out as being dumb and willing to be "used" by Trump as a pawn for political gain.
This is no fly-by-night operation. It's like ACORN on super-steroids. Obama's intention to extend his presidency through Hillary Clinton was thwarted, and he's damned well pissed-off about it; he means business. He intends to prevail, even if it causes another Civil War.
We need to make ourselves aware of it and we need to start developing solid strategies to deal with this psychotic would-be-despot today... this minute.

As I posted yesterday, the Democrats did show some unexpected decorum during President Trump's speech: they didn't yell, they didn't hiss, they didn't boo. But, they did stage a sit in, managing to stay glued to their seats while those in the gallery and on the Republican side gave standing ovation after standing ovation. And the instant the President finished... that very instant... they arose and headed for the doors, undoubtedly heading for the nearest commodes.
What class! What charming class!
Well, it has finally dawned on me what their real issue is.
As Trump outlined problem after problem, important things that we need to tackle, they watched as their traditional agendas got taken from their grasp. Take jobs, for instance. That's always been a Democrat issue... more jobs, better wages. Nevertheless, in their hearts they know damned well that Obama stifled those issues and that the things which really matter to Democrats didn't mean spit to Barack and were therefore sorely neglected. They know damned well that they wasted eight years of their political lives blindly following a jackass.
And that, my friends, must truly be a bitter pill to swallow.
Most people I know would pick themselves up, dust themselves off and start to do something positive for a change. Yet, in their own self-pity... they seem to be willing to let another eight years go by without joining in and having any meaningful, contributing voice in our American government.
Go figure.

fights is behind us. We just need the courage to share the dreams that
fill our hearts, the bravery to express the hopes that stir our souls, and the confidence to turn those hopes and those dreams into action."
In all respects, President Trump exceeded even my wildest expectations. Not only was this speech the best he's ever made, it was probably the best Presidential address to any body by any president since Ronald Reagan. And to their credit, the Democrats managed to maintain some semblance of respectful decorum.
Anyone who listened to this speech who can criticize anything he said or the way it was said surely cannot be an American.
Let us come together and rejoice.
