NEXT TERRORIST TARGET: YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD?

The President recently proclaimed Al Qaeda to be defunct and the war against terrorism to be over.  The attack on the Libyan Consulate surely shows the opposite, that Al Qaeda is alive and well.  What does this mean for the United States? 

To begin with, just because you cut off the head of a snake does not mean that the snake is dead.  Obama took comfort in the fact that he was able to take out several top lieutenants in the Al Qaeda organization and told us the leadership ranks of the organization had been obliterated.  What he is faced with now is the plain fact that… Al Qaeda is still on-going and very tough customer to deal with.  In fact, Al Qaeda is obviously capable of delivering stunning attacks in what should be secure places. 

In other words, the war on terror continues, regardless of the Messiah’s proclamations. 

As I write this, it comes out that the Libyan Consulate buildings were horribly constructed from a security standpoint.  How can you defend staff with paper-thin walls?  We already know that the presence of armed security personnel was virtually non-existent.  There is no one the Administration can blame for these security breaches except itself. 

In January, automatic cuts in the Pentagon budget will severely gut our ability to conduct a war on terrorism overseas.  We will have to draw down our military personnel and send them home to try and find a job in a jobless economy.  We will also be wide open for more future terrorist attacks right here on our own soil because we won’t have the intelligence assets required to protect us.  Congress appears to be unwilling to deal with this threat and we have a President who is hopelessly detached from the reality of it. 

Are you ready to see terrorist bombs go off in the shopping mall where your spouse and children are shopping?  At the football stadium?  In your church?  I’m quite serious here: how are we going to stop this type of activity with the President we currently have in charge?

TURN OFF THE MEDIA

There are growing, well-founded accusations that the press and the media are engaged in an overt attempt to win the election for Obama.  Indeed, they are viewed by many observers as being mere "propaganda machines" for Obama... an extension of his political machine. The average American is dependent on the press and media to sort through the hyperbole and deliver a meaningful, well-digested, short and concise version of what is occurring on the political battlefield.  Obama knows that. 

So, how is the average American going to find out for himself what is going on if he ignores the press and the media?  Well, there's only one way and that is to listen to the speeches and examine the facts for yourselves.  It is especially critical during this election... another 39 days, that we make time to investigate these facts for ourselves and to form our own conclusions.  We simply cannot rely on a biased media or press or we are going to reach the wrong, tainted conclusions. 

So, listen to the speeches and turn off the TV before the commentary begins.  Then, apply your own logical thought and evaluation as to what you have just heard.  

Tune out the commentary; we're living in a world of reality, not fiction.

OBAMA'S ARROGANCE COSTING U.S.

In the face of a nationwide fear of fiscal calamity and although he "speaks" spending restraint, Obama submitted a budget a few months ago that was so outrageous even his Democratic controlled Senate refused to touch it with a ten-foot pole.   Virtually every month for four years, the unemployment and new jobs figures came out followed by Obama's repeated promise to make jobs his number one priority next month, which never came to pass.  

His refusal to meet with world leaders, or even with our number two ally in the world, Israel's Benjamin Netanyahu, is an open slap at their faces and a complete usurpation of international protocol. His coverup of Fast & Furious and the attack at the Libyan Consulate, Holder's dropping of charges against Black Panthers accused of voter intimidation and his open refusal to abide by the nation's immigration laws all point to his completed disregard for our justice system.     

The unfettered arrogance of our President is costing us trillions of dollars, jobs, international prestige and justice.  The day has come when we Americans have to hang our heads in shame for allowing these things to happen to us.

ON YOM KIPPUR

Iran's Airhead Ahmadinejad on Monday disregarded a U.N. warning to avoid incendiary rhetoric and declared ahead of the annual General Assembly session that Israel has no roots in the Middle East and will be "eliminated."

Yom Kippur is the holiest of days for the Jewish.  It is no accident that Ahmadinejad requested to speak before the U.N. General Assembly today, on Yom Kippur.  It is also no accident that Obama's State Department has not filed a protest or asked for the speech to be moved a day.  It's unquestionable that Ahmadinejad wants another Holocaust.  

Are we going to be content to reelect the President who seems to be willing to let that happen?

VOTING FRAUD MAY BE RAMPANT

On-going developments on the subject of voting in this country are coming to a head as the November elections draw closer.  If you can believe the polls, the two Presidential candidates are running neck and neck, within a point or two of each other in any given hour.  Thus, the enticement to commit voter fraud will be much larger this year than ever before; if you can add just 1% to the side of your choice, it seems you can swing the election to your favorite candidate. 

Tactics in the works include: 

• Preventing the overseas military vote, (predominantly Republican)
• Refusal to require voter identification: (most illegals vote Democrat)
• Use of community organizations in the registration and voting process: (Remnants of ACORN) 
•  New Black Panther Party: (Intimidation at the polls, as happened in Philadelphia in 2008)

It is vitally important that every American vote.  It is also vitally important that we all keep our eyes out for anything that even remotely resembles voter fraud, and that if we see it, we report it to every agency and news outlet we can.

Over the weekend, American Muslim leaders across the country stepped forward to memberships of their Mosques and pleaded for constraint and peace.  They one-by-one brought forth that the basic tenets of their religion call for peace, not war. 

To my recollection, this is the first time American Muslims have turned away from their more violent, radical religious elements.  Since radical Islam believes that there is no room on the face of the Earth for anyone who does not strictly follow their interpretations of religious teachings, American Muslims do so at some risk to themselves and to the members of their Mosques.  For these statements, we are thankful and respectful of the risk they take in coming forward.

SHORT SHOTS

I haven’t decided yet whether I want to die from Hanti Virus, West Nile Virus, arsenic in rice, a Jihadist or ingestion of too many big gulps.  I’ll probably die from high blood pressure over how Obama is handling this Middle East, African and Asian protest stuff.  

It’s obvious that Jesus Christ was not married. If he was, his wife would have been doing all the talking.  

I don’t know why there’s all of this sudden fuss over Obama calling for the redistribution of wealth.  That’s been his position since before the last election and Joe the Plumber can attest to that.  But, since that’s his position, why doesn’t he redistribute some of his wealth to his relatives in Kenya who live in absolute poverty?  Maybe that’s different? 

I’ve got a solution to two problems: Rather than release Omar Abdel-Rahman to Egypt from Federal prison, let’s send Eric Holder over there.  He knows how to run guns and get away with it. 

The polar ice caps are shrinking at unpredicted and unprecedented rates, which undoubtedly explains why Nancy Pelosi has water on the brain. 

Don’t you just love it when someone calls you on their cellphone and then proceeds to order dinner in a fancy restaurant while you wait?  And, what do you do when you get calls from two political organizations asking for donations at the same exact time?  I just connected them to each other and left the phone sitting on the desk. 

Did you read that 1,000 church pastors are going to defy an IRS ruling and preach politics from their pulpits?  The ruling says they can’t do that and still be tax exempt, and their argument is that the ruling is a violation of their First Amendment rights.  Obama’s trying to figure out how to get his hands on the receipts from the collection plates.  Maybe Bernie Madoff can figure it out. 

The polls show that the November Presidential Election is still neck and neck.  There were 75 million eligible Americans who did not vote in the last election.  Short of holding guns to their heads, how can we get them to the polls this year?  We need their votes.  We cannot risk another four years with Obama.  Let’s head for the hardware stores and get our hands on some cattle prods. 

Senator Mitch McConnell read the riot act to the Senate’s Congressional Democrats the other day for sitting on their collective donkey-butts and refusing to address the nation’s serious issues.  The sly Democrats are able to say they have not over-spent the national budget because they have failed to enact a budget for the last three years. 

I wish we could get the U.N. Ambassador Rice, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and Jay Carney into the same room at the same time and get a straight story on what’s been going on in the Middle East.  Even with them all in the same room, I’m willing to bet you’d get four different stories… all laundered on the spin cycle.    

I’ll bet Obama never played football; he fumbles too much. 

Now they’re saying top White House aides on the advance team may have been involved with the same Columbian hookers that got the Secret Service in dutch.  Nahhh.  We all know that everyone in the White House is squeaky clean, right?  You don’t suppose that Obama could have, uhh… well, you know.  I mean, he’s been learning from Bill Clinton, right?   

Now that Mitt has released his tax returns, we can look forward to Obama’s release of a genuine birth certificate any day now. 

Somehow, I think if we had Benjamin Netanyahu as our President, we wouldn’t be in all of these messes.

WAITING FOR THE NEXT SHOE TO DROP

As the violent Islamic protests spread around the world and as the American death toll mounts in Afghanistan, Americans are wondering what can possibly happen next.  We have a President who can’t meet with Netanyahu, who wanted to meet with Morsi instead but backed down under pressure, and who ultimately decided to spend a night with David Letterman.  While Americans look to Obama to deal firmly and proactively with the uprisings, news comes that one of the major players in the attack had been released from Gitmo.  And Obama seems content to ask Muslims to please be nice and polite to our citizens overseas?  

Why are our President and Secretary of State so quiet over the Middle East events? 

Standard & Poors dropped our credit rating over a year ago and Egan-Jones cut our credit rating just a few days ago in response to our “QE3” quantitative easing announced by the Fed.  The Congress, instead of dealing with our budget as they have been consistently promising to do for three years now, is kicking the can down the road again. 

Tuesday morning, Chinese demonstrators attacked the car carrying our U.S. Ambassador as it tried to enter the Beijing embassy.  Chinese police and uniformed guards rushed to the scene and pushed demonstrators away.  Cyber hackers from Eastern European countries hacked the computers of Bank of America and cyber attacks against U.S. firms and the government are increasing dramatically.  At the same time, we have a President and State Department apparently in negotiations with the Muslim Brotherhood and other terrorists over the release of one of the worst terrorists of all time, "The Blind Sheik."

It seems to me that our nation’s day-to-day security is severely at risk and we have a President who prefers to deal with it on a reactive basis; when something happens, then he’ll deal with it.  So… what’s going to happen next?  An Iranian nuke to Israel?  A Terrorist attack here in America?
